Good lord what happened to this place. Can't say it's ever been wonderful by any means but each time I come it seems worse. Tonight the ordering kiosks were down as well as the soda machine. I had to keep swatting flys away while eating my $9 bowl of soup that was a half inch deep in the bowl. Last time I had to ask for an item they forgot to put on my tray and the staff member acted like I asked her to cross the Mojave desert to get it. And when checking out it asks me to give a tip...for a place where i ick up my own food and am expected to put my dishes away as well? Come on. This location is located conveniently for your post-shopping needs in the Webster plaza, but for my dollar I would find it hard to heard here as opposed to a CoreLife or Chipotle, also in the same plaza. I had a gift card so off I went, to enjoy some nostalgia via a you pick 2. The chip, apple, or bread question is one I still smiled at (bread DUH) and the broccoli cheddar soup is still an absolute favorite. I also went with a Frontega Chicken sandwich which was my go-to back in the day. Everything is still good, just pricey - I will be back I am sure with my gift card. Drive thru takes a good bit of time so order ahead if possible. read more

I recently had a very bad experience at the Panera in Webster, NY. I ordered a half Caesar Salad. What I received was a very small salad that could have been eaten in about 5 bites. Dissatisfied, I did not eat the salad and returned it. I discussed this problem with a young person who identified himself as the manager. He refused to make any concession. I have been sick for a couple days so decided to door dash Breakfast. I'm always a little skeptical ordering take out, especially breakfast food but I have it a try! I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! Temperature of the food wasn't hot, but still warm (can't complain when you have it delivered). I got their new sausage, egg, and cheese Asiago sandwich which I HIGHLY recommend. Might be a top 5 breakfast sandwich for me! The two things that make it killer is that they toast the bagel perfectly AND they add garlic aioli...YUM. I thought adding that might be messy with the runny yolk of the egg, but it was perfect. I also got a cinnamon roll. This was very rich and the frosting had almost a lemon taste, different but good! I really am not a fan of Panera. Since they moved from Panorama Plaza, I think I've been here one other time. I stopped in here right around lunch time, and they were really busy. They have two stations where you can place your orders on iPads, so I did that . All I wanted was a bagel and cream cheese. After I placed my order, there were no instructions. It never asked for my name, and it didn't tell me to take a pager. I stood around waiting for awhile, and eventually went up to the counter and my bagel was sitting there. The screen next to the counter did have my name on it, so it must have read it off of my credit card. There should be some kind of instructions telling you that, or asking for your name, etc. I didn't wait that long, but I was confused and didn't even know where to wait. And it was crowded, so it wasn't easy to just look at the counter. The bagel was ok. I got the pink ribbon one, which was pretty impossible to dip into their long narrow cup of cream cheese they give you. It's always been that way, but I don't understand why they can't actually put cream cheese on the bagel for you, especially at the prices they charge. Not impressed. As a member of the Sip Club I get to this Panera quite often. I recommend this for everyone. Not only do you get drinks all month for the monthly fee, you also get other deals along the way like a dollar off, 20% off your order. I am a fan of most their soups and I really like the tuna sandwich and almond chicken salad sandwich. Very tasty. I try to ask for lite lettuce though because they go heavy on that. The pizza isn't bad either. Service is fast they the drive up window as well as inside. No pictures though because I usually eat before I remember! read more

I ordered 2 bowls of soup with bread, grilled cheese sandwich and 2 drinks. The total was just under $32.00 which I was ok with. The soups were served with chips, no explanation and my soup bowl was less than 1/2 full. I took it back to the counter and had to yell excuse me to get someone's attention. I asked for bread and he told me that they ran out! At Panera BREAD!!! I asked if they were making more which he thought was funny, but he did go to the bakery end and got a loaf. I said my soup bowl wasn't even 1/2 full and he informed me that that was their portion size. My husband's bowl was quite a bit fuller than mine. I didn't want to argue. Got back to our table and realized I didn't get the tea I ordered. Back to the counter where I was told to take a cup and get the tea. Finally sat down to eat and the soup was just tepid. This was my first time at Panera in a long time. This Panera was comfy with lots of seating. I sat by the window and it felt pretty cozy. The location is very convenient. It's close to a lot of stuff. Parking is abundant. Our food came out fairly quickly even though it was relatively crowded around lunch time. I had a black bean soup which was ok. And a customized Mediterranean veggie sandwich which was decent. The option to customize it from the iPad was very convenient because it told you all the options right there and you could pick whatever. I was happy with the creation. The black pepper bread I chose was good! I'm a fan of their bread and the drink options, not so much their meal options. I wish the soup tasted better and it would also be nice if they had a vegan pasta option. Last time I went to Panera Bread (2+ years ago). They didn't have any vegan options for me to eat. I mean they might've had salads but I'm not a salad person. My sisters had some soups in bread bowls while I ate a piece of bread then got a meal from somewhere else. The time previous to that I ordered a soba bowl with edamame and it was bland and a weird mix of things. I wasn't going to do that again. I don't think I'll be coming back. Warm night, late dinner. Excellent strawberry poppyseed salad for my dining partner and a splendid pick two Asian salad/ grilled chicken sandwich. A hair more than $21 for two meals. This location has upped their game a bit after a wee slump in the heyday of COVID. Cleanliness, quality and service were all pleasantly improved. We ordered inside at the register, used men's and woman's restrooms, both acceptably tidy. Food order was promptly prepared, accurately plated, and attractively presented. We ate outside and were entertained by a pleasant employee on insect deterrent detail. No flies or mosquitoes but a report of a "bee"! of some sort. No problem for us. Drive thru line was steady at 7:30 to 8. Some take out orders were picked up and staff came out to deliver. A cheerful work crew. Nice experience for a Wednesday impromptu deal. read more

I've been to this location a few times & have never had a problem. Good food & good customer service. Today I ordered Mac & cheese and a pepsi. The food (especially the beverage) tasted very off. I ate about half then decided it wasn't a great idea.. shortly after I started to feel extremely nauseous, & ended up vomiting about an hour after I finished eating. This was the only thing I had to eat (no time for breakfast today) and my stomach still doesn't feel right. While efficient, in more than one occasion an item I've ordered and shown as available online has been out once we've one to pick it up. I'm not sure if you need to prepare more but either way, if I order a pumpkin muffin, please send me a pumpkin muffin. I don't want blueberry or Apple....I'd like to get what I ordered. Please start taking this into consideration. Most locations are pretty on the spot, but we have walked into this one and the order not be ready and waiting where it should. When I don't pack a lunch (a rare occurance) I frequent this particular Panera due to its close proximity to my office. It isn't gourmet by any means, but a good lunch place to avoid the other fast food spots nearby. I usually order the same thing every time: a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup with a baguette - perfectly cheesy and has nice pieces of broccoli. If I am extra hungry I'll add on half of the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I love the hummus, I'm pretty sure it has a hint of cinnamon in it. Sometimes I need a boost so I'll get the chai. It's a liquid base versus many other powder based chai lattes elsewhere. It has a strong bold cardamom flavor with a bit of sweetness. It's usually packed during the lunch hour at this location, but they churn out the orders quickly so you can get on with your afternoon activities. I've tried just about everything at Panera back in my college days and have found the meals above are my favorites. However, I did branch out the other day and tried the French Onion soup for a bit of variety. It was pretty good - the broth was super flavorful. Be warned you will have onion breath the rest of the day so have mints on hand. The downside: the croutons. They give you about 3 and they're stale-ish. The baguette is a necessary side to soak up the broth. Although, in any other instance I would prefer the toasty cheese crusted slice of French bread baked in the soup that's customary with any "real" bowl of French Onion. read more

I used to come here quite regularly to meet friends. It's an easy place for grabbing a quick (or not so quick) lunch with friends. It seems incredibly busy all the time, which makes for some pros and cons. If you come around peak hours there never seems to be a good place to sit. You're relegated to the tables in the middle of the floor, which we all know are not our favorite. At least there is outdoor seating if the weather is cooperating. Also, the tables aren't kept particularly clean with the in and out of so many customers. I was forced on my most recent visit to clean a table I wanted to sit at. The food is decent though. I continue to enjoy their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. And their cobblestone muffin is delectably sugary and huge. I'll pay for it later, but it was a nice indulgence. I really like that they have free wifi - its one of the best reasons for coming here. A great place to get out of the house and get some work done if you come when the crowds have dissipated. If I could, I would give this a 3.5 stars, but I'll be generous because their iced green tea is delicious! read more

Did a delivery order and on the bag nothing was checked off or initialed by who checked the bag, so therefore the order was incorrect. Ordered a soup bread bowl and only got the tiny cup of chicken noodle soup which had no carrots and only a few noodles. Paid $7.19 for chicken broth. Called the cafe and the first thing the manager offered was to drive to the store to get a bread bowl. Are you serious? I did delivery because I'm 9 months pregnant and didn't have the energy to cook dinner tonight and you want me to drive to your cafe due to your error? Never even offered a refund. Only issue is they have really tiny water cups here. They hold literally two sips of water. This is only location I've been to with unreasonably sized water cups. Other than that the service is quick, food is good, and building is nice. Just would recommend bringing a water bottle. read more

Ordered the Turkey Avocado BLT. With no Avocado, the order got totally screwed up like Panera always screws up orders. I don't understand how hard it is to get an order right? Read the ticket, they were out of the bread it comes on, the sandwich sucked and the Turkey is suppose to be "fresh" it's not it's processed deli crap.
