The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Their sandwich making area was very cluttered and unkept. There was food all over the floor. Their lobby was also unorganized and dirty. Their garbage was very full, and stacking way over the lid. The food was not fulfilling and sloppy. Both my gf and I had a poor experience. Will not visit this location again. read more

My favorite Jersey Mike's location. The staff working here are always so friendly and outgoing. We have gotten to talking with the staff multiple times and engaged in pleasant conversation. When we arrived for our latest visit we were informed all of the bread just came fresh out of the oven! You could smell the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. I ordered the number 9 club supreme. This was ready for me in minutes. The sandwich was packed full of meat. The ingredients were proportioned well. It was the perfect sub and left me feeling full. Upstate NY continues to disappoint. Jersey Mikes, the sandwich shop, has only white wraps and no bread at 7pm. What a disgusting way to conduct business as a sandwich shop. Could've been better. Actually I know Jersey Mikes can do better. I ordered a veggie sub online for pick up. You know, the really big one that comes to $17 with tax . And I was expecting it to be loaded with veggies in place of the meat and cheese... But it wasn't. At all. Just a sprinkle of lettuce, a couple tomatoes, another sprinkle of onion, a dusting of the green peppers, and like four pickles. I also asked for some yellow mustard and it came thickly sickly LOADED with mustard. Good thing I didn't ask for spicy I had to wiped most of it off with a napkin to even enjoy the sub. I guess next time I need to specifically ask for extra veggies on the veggie sub and the yellow mustard on the side ...or not even order online at all. Not a sub above this time around read more

We were very excited to try this place and had seen their commercials for years, but it was very disappointing. They had a commercial for free delivery, so we ordered during football. My husband got a "sub in a tub" because he does Keto. It was literally just meat in a bowl. I should have taken a picture, but we were watching the game. No lettuce, tomatoes, etc. And lettuce is cheap! Peppers and onions were also specifically listed. My husband said he saw one pepper. The meat itself was good, but not what was expected. A sub in a sub should be everything on the sub, but in a tub... I got a "giant" sub, and it barely had anything on it. I only get lettuce, tomato and cheese, and it has very little of any of it. When I order a cheese sub from other places, it's usually so much that I'm lucky if I can eat half. I easily could have eaten all of this, except the ends of the bread that were hard. And the bread looked good, but it was dry and flakey. And it was $14! We ordered a third sub for another person and it was the same thing. Hardly anything on it. We have very good sub places around here (Dibella's, Wegmans, etc). Unfortunately I don't think we'll ever try this place again. read more

A few days ago is the second time in a row I've had an issue at this location, location being Webster. I ordered via the app and they must not read the order. I requested no red/green peppers on my steak sub and to add mayo, lettuce and tomato. None of that was done. They made it menu style. Considering they are the most expensive sub in town I'm about done and don't recommend them. It's a shame they used to be worth it. read more

First time customer here. This place just opened and was super busy, I counted 18 employees that I could see! I ordered through the app, which was a breeze. Very well designed and easy to use.l, easily integrated with Google pay. It took only a couple of minutes to establish an account, and place an order. At 11:45 l placed an order and selected 12:17 as the pickup time. I got there and it was just 2 minutes behind, totally acceptable given the volume. I ordered the Sub Club which has ham, turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and oil on a parmesan crusted roll (by choice). The roll added salt and umami to the flavor profile. It's listed at 1100 calories for what I would is a medium sub by Rochester standards. A lot of times large subs are mostly bread and lettuce, this sub filled out every centimeter of bread. IMO the calories are compact and efficient. In summary the experience was great, and the sub was great and filling. $10 bucks and change. read more

There's a new sub shop in town! It has delicious subs! I got a cold one today. The club had ham turkey provolone bacon and Mayo. I also got the standard lettuce, tomatoes and onion. I watched him slice the meat and put it right on the sub. They don't skimp. I got the rosemary cheese bread and it is delicious. It's a bit pricey but for what you get in this sub I will get 2-3 servings. Well worth every cent! It's a small shop but they have a couple of tables with chairs. Definitely plan on getting there often! The shop is clean and service was fast. read more

This was my first and most likely my last visit to Jersey Mike's, let me explain...So right away the folks are super friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu, mad props for them...Now onto the sub...So I ordered the number 13 sub which was an assorted Italian large sub...Okay I got the usual for this sub anywhere USA and thus I was wondering what made this spot so popular?...Although my sub was sliced and made fresh while I waited, the sub was just another sub and nothing more...Now that being said I'm not hating on this companies product but rather just stating the facts as I see and taste them...The damage for a large assorted sub $17 big ones, oh well what else is new nowadays?...Give them a try and you decide...For me it's hard to beat a ma & pa style deli such as Rubino's... read more

Had ham and provalone sub,. Tasty and fresh. Soda in self pour was very flat. No sub oil for sub just wine vinegar or olive oil.

This was my first and last time at this business. purchased 2 hot large subs along with 2 drinks for just over $40.00. Of course I get all the way home to see the order was completely screwed up. I picked up two subs yesterday at Jersey Mike's. It was my first time here. The subs were the best that I have had in a long time. One other reviewer compared Jersey Mike's prices to Wegman's. Wegman's prices might be lower, but the Wegman's subs are not as good as Jersey Mike's. Wegman's puts in the bare minimum amount of meat. The Jersey Mike's subs were *loaded* with meat and toppings. They were delicious and all ingredients were fresh. This will be my go-to place for subs in the Penfield / Webster area. read more
