Toasted Garden Caprese .... This once was a delicious sandwich. I'm so disappointed...

You should maintain consistency in the quality of the food. Maintain quality customer service and quality good production.

Friday night I guess was a bad time to dine in here. My husband and I are really trying to give the restaurant in our area a chance but they keep disappointing us. We ordered using the self service machines and took our seats. The staff was loud and rude to each other. Very unprofessional, singing songs and yelling at one another including the manager. A lady walked in a while after we ordered and had to yell someone to take her order. I ordered a salad and they provided me no fork. After diving in, I notice a strain of blonde hair, I have black curly hair so it definitely wasn't mine. We didn't complain we just won't return. The restaurant was visibly dirty as well( see pictures)

So we decide to order via app and pick up in store. I grab my bag and go and when I arrive at my house.. I realize I'm missing the cookies for the 2nd time (has happened before). The note apparently said to talk to the manager. We call up and for the 2nd then they will not refund or correct the amount paid. They "credit the account" so I can get cookies next time. Ordered 2 tomato soups.. no croutons added. Side order of bread was not the same either. Sorry.. place is slipping, bad service. Refund your customers if you will not provide them what they ordered. If I went there for just a cookie and paid for it.. and you don't have it, I want my money back! I don't want to have a credit in file with you in the future. What kind of policy is I'll keep your money and not provide you anything.. but we'll get you next time. Just not worth the hassle of just good enough good.

My local panera. It has decent staff and it's pretty clean inside. The front seating area is nicer than the back area. The back area has bigger tables for families. Here's some of my favorites: 1. Hazelnut coffee - full of flavor! One of my favorite fast food coffees. 2. Broccoli cheddar soup - my favorite overall item. This is warm, rich, and salty at times. I always get this and cannot get any other soup. 3. Asiago steak - tangy, fresh. The steak is tender and thinly sliced. The red onion can be a bit overpowering. Overall, I'd come back for my panera crave.

In my old tiny review, I mentioned that I would get more broccoli and cheddar soup in the future. Well, after taking a closer look at the sodium content, I decided not to anymore. So what did I order this time? Read on in the revamp, my friend. My parents and I came here for lunch. When we got in, we noticed that the self-ordering kiosks weren't operational yet. So we waited in line, and then the friendly employee behind the register took our orders. After that, she gave us a buzzer and told us that once the buzzer went off, we had to go to the pick-up area to claim our order. After a 8-minute wait, our food was ready for pick-up on trays. My father and I ordered the Creamy Tomato Soup in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. This creamy soup was mixed with red pepper and oregano, and topped off with three croutons. Some chunks of tomato were included too. We both agreed with what our relatives and co-workers said in regards to that soup. It tasted FRESH, HOT AND DELICIOUS!! Eating that soup out of the Sourdough Bread Bowl made the consuming experience even better. The bread itself tasted great, but ripping pieces and dipping them into the soup made the taste even better. When you're finished with the soup, you're left with the bread that tastes like the cream of tomato. In fact, when you're finished with any soup, you're left with the bread that tastes like the flavor that you had. We ate some parts of the bread bowl, and just threw the rest of that out since we were full. My mom had the bowl of Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. This contained regular and wild rice, pieces of celery, onions, carrots and chicken mixed in a creamy soup. She thought it was okay. We also shared a Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. This contained chicken, romaine lettuce, cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips mixed with a Asian sesame vinaigrette dressing. Even though this tasted fresh, we all thought that this was just okay as well. I had their hot chocolate to go along with my drink. This was topped off with chocolate chip marshmallows. I didn't taste anything unique about their drink. I didn't get a chance to eat the marshmallows since I was focused on my soup, and they dissolved. I should have ate that earlier, but oh well. Bottom line, that wasn't worth the price. Our meals came with a choice of a complimentary side, which included a baguette, roll, apple, or a bag of kettle cooked potato chips. We opted for the potato chips. Because we were full from lunch, we ended up taking those chips home. The amount in those bags didn't equate to a regular snack-size bag of chips. They tasted great, though! Apparently because we purchased a certain amount for lunch, we were able to buy a pastry for 99 cents. We obviously got a bear claw because of that fine deal. Overall, this was a very good lunch experience. We'll come back to this location for lunch and/or for more bear claws in the future.

This place usually gets picked during lunch hour but they have additional parking in the back. Panera has kiosks where you can order your food instead of waiting in line. It's so much faster. You can also order online ahead of time or right there if you have internet access. I use my Panera rewards card, I usually get a dollar off a drink, a free coffee, etc. One time I got a free salad. So you get rewards for using your card. My credit card Info it's Also stored so when I order from their kiosk I just swipe my card on my key chain and use my password to pay. No need to even open my wallet. I can even save my favorite drinks and meals so I can order them even faster.

    I I'm bald so I know it's NOT mine.

Usually my favorite place to eat but found a hair in my food. And response to my statement was wow I'm sorry I'll have the manager talk to the Baker yo wear a hair net. really that should've been already enforced. Oh well this location is crossed off my list.

Panera needs to replace every McDonalds. Peaceful cafe and eatery. -Only thing missing is dairy-free and egg-free pastries.

We decided it was worth the gamble, and boy did we hit the jackpot. We loved the BYOB option, proudly flaunting local beers while most tables had a bougie bin of ice helping to chill their wines. As we sipped on our own version of bubbly, we started with a couple of delicious appetizers - meatballs and fried burrata. While both were great, the meatballs were the clear winner, served hot in a small cast iron skillet. Moving to the main course, the pasta ragu was another hit. It had a bit of a peppery undertone, but wasn't spicy, just a wonderful blend of spices that gave it a unique flavor. For dessert, I had an apple-based dish that was a special that night. While again another creative showing, I think I'd stick to some of the simpler options on the menu (like a Caramelized banana split - YES PLEASE)

For dinner, tried the shrimp rigatoni (ridiculously good) and the ribeye. Steak was good, I just didn't love the sauce. It wasn't bad, I just prefer my steaks seasoned but dry with a lil char and full of flavor inside. Nonetheless I still enjoyed it. Staff provided great service and the new location is in a great spot, well designed, great ambiance, much bigger and pretty easy to find parking. If you haven't been to Jessica's, it's a must do. This gem that was relatively under the radar for years, is now being discovered. But the quality and consistency remains.

In fact it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel for a quiet, relaxing night to myself where I could just run downstairs and pick up my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to place an online order for pickup anytime that day even though they closed at 10p and it was 7:30p. I also tried calling several times and no one answered so unfortunately I had to put on deodorant (just got out the shower from doing my curls) and real clothes because I had no clue if they would make me eat inside since the takeaway options seemed to not be available. Luckily I was able to place a takeout order downstairs and wait in my room for a call. I ordered the Grover Double Burger, added a slab of bacon, and substituted the fries for a salad. The to go bag had everything I needed to enjoy the meal in my room such as silverware and a wet wipe. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the colorful, fresh, green salad I was given! Not what I was expecting from a hotel restaurant salad! The vinaigrette was also a nice light pairing for the delicious healthy salad. The burger patties were a nice size and cooked to a perfect medium. They were not playing when they said SLAB of bacon! That beauty was thick and delicious. There was quite a bit of bacon fat which I'm personally not a fan of so I tore it off but I know some people love it. The sauce on the burger could have been a bit more plentiful and had more flavor, although having more could have given it the flavor that was needed. The bun was soft, buttery, but sturdy enough to handle the patties. Overall my hotel meal was very good! It also seemed to be a popular Friday night option since the place was packed and there was even a wait for tables!

Tofu and Fish hotpot: Fried white fish, fried tofu, string beans, bell peppers in a sauce that is probably reduced chicken stock. I'm biased since it's one of my favorite chinese dishes. I don't know when this specific dish is amazing, but I can tell you when it's bad. Green Lake's version is anything but bad. Shrimp Stuffed Tofu: We were given a sample since they were trying something new. The sauce is similar to the tofu hotpot but has a porkier feel because of the ground pork within the dish. The tofu is the same, but the way they fried it is different, so it took a step up. The shrimp was fine, and I think they should have this on their menu. Whole Fried Chicken: It's fine. Didn't love it. There's no batter to speak of at all, and you're reliant on the spicy sauce and ginger sauce provided. Stir Fried French Beans w/ Salted Fish: Crunchy French Beans, and very salty salted fish. Not my favorite, but it keeps things different. Hot prawn salad with broccoli: The broccoli was just boiled. Nothing to talk about. The pawn was fried and bathed in mayonnaise. What's not to like? Pork Chop: This is another Chinese restaurant staple. 85% of the chinese porkchops that you eat will taste the same. This one is no different. Hokkien Fried Rice: My chinese restaurant guilty pleasure. How else can you get a shrimp fried rice bathed in an umami sauce? The restaurant did a really good job with this and I'm glad that I asked if they had it (in chinese). Service: It was a slow night, so we had all the attention that our table needed.
