This place has quality products, they are nice and fast but the rolls are terrible! I would go there more if the rolls were better!

Going in the place you would think cheap deli. But this is the opposite. Love small spots but I'd rather get a sandwich from jersey mikes

Highly recommend the Italian sub with O&V, onion, tomato and very hot cherry pepper relish. Just perfect.

They're a great local deli and have wonderful breakfast sandwiches. They're a community staple and family owned.

Great deli with great service! Right off 22 and across from the 114 bus to the city, super convenient.

However, on a Saturday if you want me to rise from the couch cushions my flesh has become indistinguishable from you're gonna need to give me a good reason. He did not. Instead he just whined lmao so I made us a reason. I wanted to go to Sierra f0r mY biRthDaY tRiP t0 AcaDiA (3 years running) so I chose a spot near there based on Yelp. Very meta. It was our first time so I had limited expectations other than price. I was right lol. $38 dollars later... This place specializes in Roma pizza and my only barometer for that is all the influencers going to Italy and complaining that the pizza looks "different" than here in the US. The gag is it always looked good to me so I was hype to try it as Massa. It kinda gives focaccia pizza and Massa does some really nice flavors. The slices are set up almost like a bakery - complete with the panic/relief that sets in when the person ahead of you takes the last slice of crumb cake. But then you see a fresh pan coming out the oven. We got: -cremini mushroom -pesto -hot honey pepperoni (The Stevearoni I think and the one someone grabbed the last slice of before me) -diavola aka spicy soppressata. We split a beet, walnut, and goat cheese salad and a Diet Coke. It was so good. Crunchy, crispy, flavorful, and yes different. We loved it. The salad was fresh, perfectly dressed and bright. Overall Impressions: -clean aesthetic and actually just clean -great food -good seating This would be a 5 star experience (instead of 4.5) if the staff was more outwardly friendly. They weren't rude or anything but a hello and goodbye is what separates this place from my local spot that is 2 miles away instead of 15 and $20 instead of $40. We look forward to returning - not every week at these prices but at least once a month. Delicious!

My wife and I have been romancing the idea of a trip to Jessica's for months. Are we classy enough?…read moreCan our simple palettes appreciate the medley of flavors throughout the menu? We decided it was worth the gamble, and boy did we hit the jackpot. We loved the BYOB option, proudly flaunting local beers while most tables had a bougie bin of ice helping to chill their wines. As we sipped on our own version of bubbly, we started with a couple of delicious appetizers - meatballs and fried burrata. While both were great, the meatballs were the clear winner, served hot in a small cast iron skillet. Moving to the main course, the pasta ragu was another hit. It had a bit of a peppery undertone, but wasn't spicy, just a wonderful blend of spices that gave it a unique flavor. For dessert, I had an apple-based dish that was a special that night. While again another creative showing, I think I'd stick to some of the simpler options on the menu (like a Caramelized banana split - YES PLEASE)

Funny thing: drinks menu is on the dessert menu not the main menu. We ordered the grilled octopus to share. It had a good amount of char and was tender. The beet salad was decent, a bit overdressed. The mushroom soup was creamy and strong in flavor (a good thing). For entree, we had the entree size lump crab crepe, braised short rib, filet mignon and seafood fettuccine. Depending on who you asked, everyone preferred their dish over the other. The lump crab crepe had enough crab meat and shiitake mushrooms to be filling, and was served in a satiny cream sauce. The filet was cooked to order and served with scalloped potatoes that had a nice parmesan flavor. The braised short rib was very tender albeit a small portion, served with silky mashed potatoes and baby carrots. The seafood fettuccine has a little kick and ample seafood, like mussels, prawns, scallops and squid. Outside of the menu, they also have prime rib and a tomahawk steak for 2. We finished the evening with their special lemon tart - definitely tart and lemony - in a shortbread crust and 2 orders of molten lava cake with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious and we will definitely come back.
