[ F O O D ]: Always: "You Order 2" of strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken soup. Really simple, delicious and much better and healthier choice than opting for fast food. The salad is refreshing and very tasty with crunchy romaine tossed with poppyseed, nuts, strawberries, and chicken mixed with a very light coat of vinaigrette. Our cashier was very friendly; she was patient and understanding with us. My boyfriend ordered the Barbeque flatbread sandwich and a Power green smoothies; I ordered 1/2 a Cream of chicken with wild rice soup and 1/2 a Smokehouse turkey panini. Everything was a little pricey. The Power Green smoothie was nice and refreshing; it had mango, peach, passion fruit, and spinach. My soup was pretty good but my panini was just average. The bacon was too dry and salty, which made the entire panini too salty for my taste. I liked the bountiful seating inside and nice, clean environment inside. So this is my second time to a Panera restaurant. I paid $11.53 for a half steak sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The soup was okay but at almost $6.00 I think it is over priced. The steak sandwich literally has two slices of steak inside, 1 1/2" wide, 1/4" thick and about 2 1/2" long. WTF right? I eat out all the time and usually, when you order a steak sandwich, you get a piece of 1/2" steak! Not slices. Just now, I remembered why I have not been to a Panera restaurant because it is a rip off. You can get better and more food elsewhere. read more

I feel happy and lucky that a Panera Bread opened so close to me! It's about a 5-10 minute drive. I have always felt very comfortable and relaxed at every Panera Bread. It's my favorite place to eat while studying, reading, or working from my laptop. The environment is just perfect for a simple, hearty meal and for concentrating on work/studies. I also enjoy the iced lattes here!! I can get my coffee fix and a great meal! My orders are always simple and satisfying. I have tried different sandwiches, but no matter what sandwich I choose, I always add avocado to it. I add avocado to nearly everything!! I also love to order the sourdough bread bowl soup with your choice of soup. They are SO filling and SO yummy!! Don't get me started on Panera's endless trays of dessert and pastries!! They have a wonderful variety of irresistible goodies (This one pastry is seasonal, but i LOVE the pumpkin muffie!!). used to love panera bread, but I think this is my last time here. in previous occasions I have noticed bugs flying all over the breads by the counter. I just made it a point not to buy anything that was out there not in a container. but their food was still good. until today, we order the veggie sandwich and the tomatoe and mozzarella and that was the last straw! Ordered a Rapid Pick Up order... be sure to check your order. I failed to do so. When I got home i saw they forgot to put chicken in my "Caesar Chicken" Salad, along with extra avocado, extra hard boiled egg. I don't think it takes a lot of thinking when you have a PC type screen in front of you and you add extras as you go along. Didn't bother going back. I have spent nearly every day for the last year, walking 4-1/2 miles to this Panera. The staff has been so great thru COVID and several have become like friends. Some are so good they have been promoted to managers in other locations! They remember us and our orders and often have had them ready when we got there, before we even ordered. They are using good safety procedures and as things open up, they continue to give great service. read more

I ordered the "pick 2" so I really wanted Mac & Cheese but picked a Greek salad. I also wanted a veggie panini, but they don't have a veggie panini. The cashier suggested to get the sandwich pressed in the panini grill. Ugh, I agreed. Anyway, what I should have done was tell her to do it in panini bread and just process it as a panini... I've had it like that before and loved it, but since I'm not a regular, I forgot...boo! She also gave me a choice of: apple, chips or bread. I got the apple, but really wanted the chips instead @_@, but I'm kind of chunks...so yeah that's why I had to compromise my whole order. Anyway, that's what I get for not changing my lifestyle. Something gots to change. Anyway, everything was delicious. Free wi-fi but ONLY for 30 minutes. If you plan on coming here to study, make sure you use your internet within the first 30 minutes or else you cannot use it afterwards. Coming here for lunch on a weekday is crazy packed (even the parking lot), because the lines are usually out the door since there are a lot of companies around the area. Their food is consistent as other Paneras and their baked goods are always just so delicious and fresh! Plenty of seating and sometimes they even have the fireplace going! Quite cozy. Make sure to get their Panera card and register it online because there are free goodies here and there. Service is always great as well! read more

I only get their bagel packs cause as an ex New Yorker, I miss mah bagels. Their bagels are great and they come in specially made paper carrying thingies to fit a baker's dozen for $9.99. Their special cream cheese is good too. Personally I wouldn't order any sandwiches from here. You can make it for $1 at home people, just slap on some cheese and ham or whatever floats your boat. Pastries are good here too, not great like Porto's but good. One thing I must complain about is the early closing hour. A little disappointes with this Panera. Service is friendly and efficient however the quality of the food is poor. I ordered the half salad half sandwich today and paid over $12 for something I could have made myself. I ordered the Bacon turkey Bravo sandwich as I was told it was popular. The sandwich had 2 slices of processed turkey in it folded a few times to give it that mile high look. The so called applewood bacon was pre- cooked and not fresh- like they prepared it days ago and just put in in the sandwich. For the half salad I picked the Greek. ..nothing spectacular at all and lacking with the calamata olives. One other thing about this Panera is that there are hardly any tables available for dining customers as its filled with people doing their homework or on the computer due to the free Wifi. He was very friendly and even when I got distracted and pulled my card out too early he was patient with me! Like a dog and pavlov's bell I have been conditioned to make visits to panera bread, even without special coupons and discounts from their pretty awesome mypanera rewards card. These discounts were the only reason I would go to panera bread before, and now I go without them. I salute you, panera bread. This location is the closest to my home and been a place I've been coming to for some time. In terms of competing with other panera breads I have been to, there's not much of a difference in my experience. The area is always kept clean, and the coffee is constantly being brewed in alignment with their rotating schedule. You'll find families, college students, adults, and just about every people group in a panera bread thanks to its welcoming enviroment and free WiFi. The measure of all panera bread food for me is made by their Thai chicken salad, my go to meal. Since they do that one well, I have no complaints. There is nothing amazing about this place but I never leave with complaints. I will be back again, whenever my instincts tell me it's time to visit panera and put some greens back in to my life. read more

I have always liked Panera bread. I agree that they are not amazing and nothing special, but I really enjoy the simplicity of panera and it feels kind of like home when I'm here. However, this location has always severely lacked. The food takes sometimes up to 45 mins to come out, even if it's fresh food like salads. But my review is on the customer service. Tell me why they always make me feel like im a nuisance at this location. I'll smile at them and say hello before I order and they just stare at me and not respond. For example, today the team lead at the till whose name I won't mention, made me feel completely unwelcome and acted as if I was a complete annoyance to her day. I assume most people think that if they wear masks and glasses, their facial expressions are not apparent to the customers but come on, of course they are. Either way, I enjoy Panera so I'll give them a 4 star instead of 3. That being said, this Panera is a convenient location for me, but I'd recommend a different one :) read more

10/10 Stopped by after gym and wanted something healthy, Zach took my order and was very helpful! I've never ordered anything here before but clam chowder and so Zach helped me with picking which one to get. I ordered roasted turkey and avocado BLT and Caesar salad. I was in and out within 5 mins! The salad & sandwich were fresh. Customer service is 10/10, Zach introduced me to their rewards program and told me about a free pastry. I signed up really quick and tried to get them while I was waiting, but it takes 24 hours to get to their system. I gave them a 5 star because usually someone wouldn't bother to even try and checked, but Zach was patient.
