My daughter and I arrived around 1 pm - end of lunch basically and it was still very busy. Surprisingly it was still quick service , the young lady was friendly and smiled the entire time which I always appreciate! My daughter got the Chicken Chipotle Avo sandwich. I did an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese and a cute pumpkin cookie. She gave us a buzzer so we knew when our order was ready. Love this so we aren't standing around in the way. Food came out quickly. Exactly wha we ordered and looked good. I've never tried a sandwich from Chipotle before but my daughter said it's one of the best. We stopped in here before a trip to Costco so we didn't buy out the store . You order up front on a kiosk. Our food came quickly and it was good. The portions are decent and the food was hot. The Service isn't the Greatest as well since you place your Order at a Kiosk, and have to get it yourself when they either call your name or the Buzzer goes off. As for Ambiance, it could use some Cleaning in the Lobby area, and the Outside as well with people just hanging around just Smoking or Drinking with Food from other places. I personally love this Panera. One, its close to ky house and two, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at all but that could just be me. I noticed mixed reviews on Panera but I've personally never had a problem. I love their Broccoli Cheddar soups. I've been getting that same soup everytime i go and im feeling some soup. Their bagels are a go to as well especially their Cinnamon Crunch, its sooooooo good. As for their food and baked good, It's also very fresh. Customer Service is always Great! The service is also amazing. I love how nice the people are. As for their location, yes i mentioned theyre close to my house but as per the area, its in Town Center so thats a plus there. I like their set up and how you can chill and eat outside too. Overall, I never had a bad experience at this Panera location and will always continue going. It was about 4pm, store was not busy at all. A grumpy cashier was standing by the registe, she did not asked us if she can help us! I asked her if she can tell me what a Chicken Bacon Rancher was, without making eye contact with me and her head pointing down , she said; "A Sandwich" I replied yes, I know but can she please tell me what does it consist of? Flavor was good and I loved the pickle chips on it but you could tell they were not made fresh it was just something out of a bag. We went because I had a gift card. This is my go to Panera in Town Center. I have dined here over 7 years or longer and have also used curbside. However today was a first for delivery through Door Dash. I placed my order on the app which is very easy to use. My loyalty number and credit card were attached to the account making it very convenient. Checkout was a breeze., A confirmation was sent to my email with a link to track my order through Door Dash. The timeframe was approximately 30 minutes. The system was darn nifty. The tracking worked flawlessly and a confirmation of the drop + photo of the order at the door was received for a contactless delivery. Wow! This was really good! The order of pizza, soup and sandwich arrived in a large bag with tape over the top. The pizza and soup was still warm. My sandwich was either incorrect or they forgot bacon. Since the Bacon Turkey Bravo is a regular sandwich it did not taste same, not bad just different. Everything taste wise was good. I contacted the store to advise the sandwich was not correct and they apologized and issued a refund for the error. This type of customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Panera and I will order take out again soon. read more

I don't usually come to this location. I usually go to the Greenbrier location. By this location by far there, everything bagel was outstanding the taste and everything bagel is amazing cooked perfectly so fresh and light and fluffy. The amount of egg that I got was great not just thin like I've gotten from the other locations. My order came out quickly. The Chicken Salad sandwich was really good. A heaping helping of chicken salad was served on delicious homemade, thick sliced bread. The sandwich also comes with tomato slices and fresh greens. The meal alsobcomes with a bag of chips. All around a really good sandwich. Now the reason for the rating was the horrible condition of the dining area and the restaurant in general. The restaurant is very run down, from the non-functioning self ordering station to the dirtiness. The place does a brisk business with lots of carry out business. The place seems understaffed and those working are really busting it. It's the poor condition of the restaurant that no amount of wiping down will fix. Located near town center, this location is usually busy but very accommodating! Upon walking in, there's outside seating perfect for spring/summer weather and many booths/tables inside. I love how they have some tables in little nooks and crannies for those visiting to complete work. It's a good environment to do so. For ordering, they have their regular cashiers and fast lane kiosks. I opted for the cashiers since I had a free You Pick Two coupon. The employee was straight to the point, though she did have some problems getting the register to accept the discount. The manager had to be called over, but it was really no big deal. After ordering, I had a seat on the small couch by the order screen that tells you the place of your order. How exciting! There's less to be imagined, which I like. I didn't even have to stand by the output counter because there was an employee there delegating orders. Great decision so everyone isn't clawing through others' foods. I took my food home and it was still good. Being that my order was takeout, I had napkins, silverware, and chips included. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy and delightful, extra points for it being with white cheese! The four cheese grilled cheese was okay, but not fully what I expected. My bread didn't taste toasted at all and the cheese was stuck to one side to the point my bread wasn't even sticking together. It was good, but could've been better. read more

Bryant, the store manager, has amazing customer service. I walked in and he immediately asked if he could get anything for me. I ordered bagels and usually forget to ask to slice it, but he had asked me if I wanted them sliced. He patiently waited as I decided which bagels I wanted. The staff were all friendly and I will be returning. I had ordered a side cream cheese and called the restaurant back after getting home because it was not what I ordered. He immediately apologized and asked if I could return to get the right one. I did have a mask on and it may have sounded like a different one than the one I wanted. The cinnamon crunch bagel and broccoli cheddar soup are must get item but they were out of the cinnamon crunch when I was there so I ordered the Thai Salad instead, and it was awsome! I remember I had this salad around 2 years ago and the sauce was kinda too sweet and nothing taste extremely good, but this time they really did improved a lot ob this salad. This time there is a smoky flavor in the carrots bites and the red pepper, the sauce is peanutty and not too sweet... I also had the passion papaya green tea, not sure if that flavor is papaya or not but it's fine it's refreshing. Overall everything is good, the only thing is that they will charge you a dollar and some change for a cream cheese, while I can buy a pin for like 2 dollars lol read more

I absolutely LOVE Panera's new app and rapid check out line! You can use it to order ahead, pay, and pick up without waiting in line! You can also further customize your order without confusing a cashier or feel like you're being judged when you're adding extra chicken to your already meaty Caesar Salad ;) All of the options are in front of you as well, with little photos, and all the prices. I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Panera location on Constitution Dr. I placed a small order of two items using their self-serve kiosk, but the kiosk didn't provide me with a printed receipt. When my order was ready, I only received one of the two items I ordered. I informed the young woman at the counter, but she was dismissive and rude, insisting that I only ordered one item without checking her system. I left feeling frustrated and unsure if I made a mistake or if she did. Later that evening, I discovered that my receipt had been placed in my bag, and it showed that I ordered and paid for two items. I called the store the next morning and was able to receive a refund for the missing item. I suggest that Panera retrain its staff to provide better service. As someone who has worked in service-oriented industries my entire life, I have never treated a customer the way I was at this location. Due to this experience, I will be visiting a different Panera location in the future. (also, what I did receive for food was old and stale tasting -- not good). read more
