The thick cafeteria plates are hot when they arrive at the table. For today's lunch, I ordered an enchilada plate, swapping out one of the enchiladas for a chile relleno. My oh my did that hit the spot. The chicken enchilada was delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The plate came with some posole, beans, and red and green sauce. I had a simple plan based on the facts at hand to go to a restaurant my wife and totally non-obtrusive dog that suffered as a producer at an Oklahoma abusive puppy mill and we have enjoyed for over 20 years ( I think). Somebody needs to clean up the communication to customers to return to a quality restaurant. It's difficult to rate quality at 5 stars where poor communications is part of the equation.
