22% is what owners of this New American restaurant decided that I must pay my fair share, but only you can decide what's fair. But aren't you exempt of the minimum wage law, aren't you? It seems that you are balancing your payroll on the backs of your customers, do we? Although why not just charge 25%, but you advertise no gratuity included, what a trip. Food was so so, nothing exceptional go back to the good Old American cuisine, oh there's those pesky under appreciated kitchen staff at it again. From what I saw looks like ambiance was done on the cheap. At least get some seat cushions, Under staffing, slow but under appreciated kitchen help, our waiters and waitress, excellent service.

Cute restaurant. The interior was done well. Lots of natural light and open space. I really dug the color scheme with the fun greens and oranges, giving the place a pop. I ordered la pepita salad with steak. It was one of those dishes where I had a hard time deciding if I liked it or not. I did finish it, so it must've been at least pretty enjoyable. The cucumber lime refresher was good but tasted more like a flavored water than a juice. Our friend recommended we try their bread, but it wasn't anything special lol. Our waiter was super nice and friendly. However, the service was super slow. There was a zoning mishap in the beginning, so it took 15 minutes for us to be given waters/menus. The server apologized. The food also took a while to come out. The server again apologized and gave us a carrot cake on the house. I love carrot cake, so it honestly made everything worth it lol. I also appreciate the accountability. The carrot cake was really good. Overall, nice spot with a solid hearty meal that didn't leave me feeling blah afterwards.

Vinaigrette has wonderful salads and sandwiches. Everything appears amazingly fresh and ripe. The dressings are delicious too. Their salads are creative. I plan to duplicate some when I get home. All good news! Why only 3 stars? First, the floor was dirty. Food and napkins left behind. Second, the menus were sticky. All three on our table were filthy! Third, even the bathroom door was sticky. You need to clean the place better. This could have easily been a five star for me.

Super cute environment - popular back shady patio, and an amazing eclectic salad menu with a little something for everyone. Plus the Bob Marley Spotify station was fun!

Sandwiches were pretty good, salads were decent on taste but the mac and cheese was awful...no flavor. Parking is super difficult.

My husband ordered the Guajillo Braised Boneless Short Ribs, which were cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. In my case, the scallops were slightly overcooked and a bit tough, and the corn purée was a little too spicy for my personal taste. The fry bread and the Picuris salad were excellent and truly memorable. The restaurant is located inside the beautiful Hotel Santa Fe and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with a wood-burning fireplace and a very friendly staff. The décor is artistic and thoughtfully curated, honoring Native American culture, which I deeply appreciated and which gives the space a unique and special identity. Happy New Year!

Also make sure to check the bill and if anything seems off, ask there! Thankfully the restaurant was able to explain the bill after we had left where there were errors (we were charged the $75 teepee fee plus a 20% service charge that included the teepee, drinks, and food). Overall though the food was good. We had a newer waiter that was unfamiliar with the process so that was aggravating but overall the food was delicious. We did the set $90 price fix menu. The quail was the best part. My fiancé was upset because his entree was cold but at least the other three of us had warm food. I do recommend if you want this experience to go just make sure to double check some items !

The restaurant was dimly lit, with large whiskey barrels tastefully scattered throughout the space. The ambiance felt dressy casual with a touch of farmhouse charm, complemented by a curated country music playlist serenading us throughout the evening. Since we had mentioned when making our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, both the hostess and our waiter greeted us with a warm "Happy Anniversary" and surprised us with two complimentary glasses of champagne. It was a very thoughtful touch and set the evening off to a great start. For drinks, I ordered the Buffalo Trace whiskey flight, while my wife chose a shrub, which is a sweet fruity cocktail with a hint of vinegar (like apple cider vinegar or kombucha). We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks. To start, we ordered the corn chowder with bone marrow, which was such a unique and incredibly delicious experience for both of us. You scrape the bone marrow directly into the soup, adding richness to both the flavor and texture, which were already excellent. For our entree, we shared the ribeye steak with duck fat fingerling potatoes, and it was more than enough food for the two of us. The steak was cooked to perfection and, surprisingly, had very little fat. The duck fat potatoes were soft, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. For dessert, we ordered the Kentucky butter cake and...oh my...the salted bourbon caramel was absolutely amazing!

The chili was excellent came with a large side of rice and beans, lettuce, pico sour cream guacamole was absolutely delicious. Same as the salad I replaced the blue cheese with goat cheese and it was excellent. The dressing was so good and the fruit fresh. The margarita, perfect not too sweet not artificial tasting at all. Now, the tamale oh my goodness I've never had such a moist tamale maybe the best tamale I've ever had. The pupusa was delicious and they didn't skimp on the cabbage salad. I expected something different with the beef stew. It was much thinner and Brosier than I expected, but it had an absolutely delicious flavor and plenty of meat. I would definitely come back here and I would definitely recommend this to anybody

The server also failed to tell us that we could order only off of the one menu that fit the exact time of our visit, which happened to coincide with the time that they switch from offering lunch to the time they serve dinner. The cheeseburger was very tasty. The grilled salmon tacos were good but served with flavorless beans and bland rice. Not a place we'd refuse to visit again, but definitely not one we're eager to return to either.

I started with what I thought was going to be a plain Caesar salad, but when it arrived, it was served like a sushi or lettuce wrap. It was very creative and tasty! It made it much more fun to eat than the average salad. It was rich and topped with anchovies, like a true Caesar salad. I then had the peppercorn Elk tenderloin. I asked it be served as the chef recommended, which is medium rare. I am sometimes wary of medium rare, but this tenderloin was DIVINE! It was so moist and bursting with flavor. I loved it. The cocktails were creative and just as enjoyable as the meal. Other options for dinner apps include: cornbread, ahi crudo, mussels, and bison carpaccio. Mains: scallops, pan roasted Branzino, toasted masa gnocchi, grilled Maine lobster tails, duck leg confit, and a pecan coffee rubbed prime flat iron. I'm sure all of them would be amazing. Reservations recommended. Please note that the rooftop bar does not take reservations and is not on the same system as the restaurant. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.
