I placed an online at your Panera in this location. But when I arrived, my order was missing. I found out that food was stolen. When I asked how it can be stolen, This employee, his name is CHANCE who is identified him as the manager by another employee, got frustrated. Instead of saying that I am sorry about it. Let me make food now or something else, he told me "Someone stole it. There is nothing I can do about it". I was shocked by his tone and respond. When I insisted with "What do you mean someone stole it? Don't do you something about it?", he got more frustrated and started talking to me with higher tone "What can I do about it! People steal all the time!" Then we started arguing about it. Suddenly he told me "F*** YOU on my face that we started yelling each other. I asked other employees to speak store manager, but nobody was helping me. Seems like nobody wants to involve with this issue but one of employee told me that HE IS THE MANAGER! When I was asking his name, he threw food on the side walked away couple seconds. Later argument, he started pointing finger at me and laughing on my face trying to make me more upset. I was shocked and felt completely disrespected. Maybe there was an issue with stealing orders in that store but seems like they were doing nothing about it. He got frustrated about people stealing foods, but I don't appreciate showing me his frustration about someone stealing foods.

Went in there for pick up after ordering online a family meal, I ordered 4 sandwiches and a Fuji apple salad got back home and realized not only was the salad wrong but I only had 3 sandwiches. Went back to get my food my sandwich was sitting in the kitchen the girl simply said o it's there and gave it to me, and swap me the salad to my correct one. I wasted my time and gas going back and didn't even get an apology or any accommodation for my time spent & their error, I will not return here again.

Came here with really high hopes to try out that new Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt Toasted Baguette but it was a little bit of a let down.. We asked them to go light on the cheese but they essentially went light on everything inside. If you look at the picture, the sandwich is loaded with filling but what he got was mostly a baguette with a tiny amount of buffalo chicken inside. Very sad of an experience here. Also got the new Chicken Tikka Masala Soup and that was nice. Very flavorful and the flavor was actually cooked well. Not like something just added on to a plain soup. Like the Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken as well. Dressing on that was 10 on 10! Took a Croissant to go and enjoyed it 2 days later. It was still flaky and crispy. Totally appreciate this part.

Solid Panera location in Pacific Highlands Ranch. Many parking spaces. High ceilings. The staff were polite. I stopped by in between lunch and dinner. The lunch rush that day must've been crowded. Several of the beverages were running low and the dining room was somewhat littered. The staff were in the process of tidying. I bet this location is great when it's clean and well stocked.

A Panera location in the wealthy area, very clean and spacious inside, self service kiosks didn't have any cups ready to grab, but no signs saying you need to ask for your cup at the register either, maybe no-one use the kiosks here because they'd rather order in person. Tables are organized, everything looks pretty fancy and new, even for the outdoor seatings

I ordered the two item special. The Cesar salad was good Bit the supposed half sandwich looked like a quarter of a sandwich.

Soup du Jour, a French? (No, Taiwanese fusion) restaurant in Convoy? (No, just south of Convoy)…read morelocated in a crouded strip mall? (No, lodged in an apartment complex). This place is decieving on many levels and subverts expectations in the best way possible. Walking in you wouldn't think much. I was surprised by the tall ceilings; this place is not large in square footage but it doesn't feel cramped in any way. We opted for the online menu as it included pictures, though not on every item. Very reasonable prices for generous portions. Every dish was a winner, though some better than others in the minute details. The Hainanese Chicken Rice was tender and rich that the ginger sauce cut through, but the color was strikingly yellow. The Rotisserie Chicken Salad offered a welcome sight of veggies, though the chicken itself tasted like that straight from Costco. The Scallion Pancake was crispy on the edges, doughy in the center, and you only get one per order. The Shitake Mushroom Minced Pork had no drawbacks, and would come back just for this. Combining familiar flavors and spices, adding roasted vegetables and rice made this a complete meal! We were unbothered by the service staff the entire time until asking for the check, strange as we were the only two in the restaurant. However, with these minor setbacks, I will be coming back to try their noodles, soups, and desserts!

I have a soft spot for places with hyper-specific menu with small amount of items that they specialize in. The spring rolls were thicc with two "c" and the soup was so delicious. The meat was so tender it fell off the bone! 11/10 would recommend and come back myself. The staff is very welcoming and nice! The restaurant is small and fills in quick so you gotta get on a waitlist and pay attention hard when called. As an entertainment side story that is in no way regarding service here because guys nailed it well for how busy it was: We did have an "interaction" with another guest who was convinced we took her spot in line and were seated at "technically her table." While in reality they never even answered when were called (a person called them inside and came outside to call as well) and somebody else (a party of two) ended up being sat instead of them. When it was our turn, they didn't even call our party by name, the person running the shift just pointed at us and called us up because he knew we also were waiting for an hour and we had a friendly conversation earlier. But yeah, for some reason girly-pop really felt a need to not only tell us they were skipped "because of us" but go on nagging about it lol

The restaurant is kind of small so when they are short staffed the wait can take a bit longer. But even with that the service was really good and quick.

Seating: Inside seating for maybe about 25 people, 5 small groups or so. Vibes: North Park is known for its lively food and entertainment scene, but this spot leans more on the calm and cozy side--which is a nice change of pace. If you're looking for something more relaxed, this is your spot. I enjoyed the subtle Japanese-inspired playlist in the background--it added to the overall ambiance without being distracting. The artwork gives the space a warm touch, especially the Bruce Lee painting. It feels like one of those places you can come back to regularly when you want something comforting and reliable. Definitely more comfort-focused than trendy, and that's part of the appeal. FOOD / DRINKS Spicy Miso Noodle Soup (Recommend) This was a solid bowl. You're getting a spicy miso broth with slow-cooked pork belly, bok choy, carrots, and noodles (ramen or udon)--so it hits that comforting, savory lane right away. The broth has a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the pork belly adds that richness to balance everything out. It's one of those bowls that feels hearty, warm, and satisfying--especially if you're craving something with depth and a little spice. SERVICE Friendly and efficient. Food comes out pretty quickly, which is always a plus when you're hungry. TL;DR OVERALL 4 stars. Good food, reasonable prices, rich selection, and a pleasant experience. It seems to be a favorite for locals as there was a steady flow here. If you're in need of some good broth, this is your spot. Best wishes to Chalathorn and the Nood Bar Team! #RepresentASIAN TIPS * Great for a casual meal--nothing too heavy or complicated * Come hungry--the portions are solid
