I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!! I went to the drive thru 08/13/2025 I ordered a broccoli and cheese bread bowl and half size Italian salad . When I got to the red light I check my order . The bread was cold , the soup was cold , and the top of the container the salad was in was half open and some of the salad was at the bottom of the bag . I went back to that location , and gave the bag back to them and advised the person at the counter I needed a re-do on everything because it was not hot or salad intact . The food is great, the staff is friendly plus accommodating. The place is welcoming and ordering on tablets helpful. BUT, check your order before getting home with takeout. I go daily.. the young Hispanic lady in drive thru (jacqueline) is so friendly,Her Customer service rocks. You need to promote her i always see her running around doing everything. Now for dining room young African American girl was drinking and eating at register, another time was leaning on counter looking at phone and has no hat(gross).There is a young red headed lady she is rude she acts like she hates her job and takes it out on everyone around doesn't greet you when you come in. The lemonade, tea were in open containers sitting in open lobby and the clean containers where drinks go were sitting upside down on counter. Parking lot and outside eating area is always nasty. Floor when you walk in front door is very dirty. Place needs deep cleaning. I went for my drink today and the lemonade tasted like it had cleaning product in it.I've gone both inside And drive thru. If i go before 10am it's fine after that i have to yell to get someone to come to counter. Plz talk to employees and team leads they need to be polite and smile. Every now and then I crave Panera for whatever reason, I stopped by to eat yesterday after a lake day. I kid you not I literally have food poisoning now. I only ate fruits beforehand and when I got home just my normal chicken/veggie mix that never gives me issues. I've had the worst stomach pain all night and day and I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning from this Panera my stomach literally won't hold anything for more than an hour. read more

Men Of Honors Church comes here every Tuesday night. Elyse does a great job at taking care of us. The food and pastries are great!

The only reason they even get ONE star is because we like their wild rice soup! We went earlier for the Chef Chicken Signature Take sandwich that they've been advertising on tv, and we were EXTREMELY disappointed! It was a cold bun with a standard sized chicken breast, but I had to take the sandwich apart to see if it had any greens or parmesan crisps on it. I counted 4 small pieces of lettuce/greens, and 4 half-inch parmesan crisps, that were nowhere NEAR crisp. When we went to sit, every single table had crumbs & water marks, clearly indicating they weren't wiping their tables. We had to wipe our own, then watched one of the employees continue the shoddy job of clearing tables. I reported all this to the Mgr (that looked straight out of high school) and to give her credit, she offered to remake our sandwiches, which I declined, and thanked me for letting her know about the table clearing. Guess we're gonna have to find some good wild rice soup elsewhere cuz we definitely won't be returning to Panera! And that's just sad cuz we've been going to different Paneras for years. But this one in particular, and the one at Firewheel, have turned us off completely. read more

I usually love this Panera but today I was really disappointed. I will say the people there especially the drive through people are always super nice, so this is not a reflection on them. Today is Sunday, they're supposed to open at 7 according to their website. I show up at 7:20 and sit in the drive through and wait for 10 mins because there is no one there. I try calling, no one answers. Finally someone came through on the drive threw speaker and says that the openers got a late start today and they're not taking any order yet. Ordered two items and a couple baguette's $26 Get to the window noticed an error and also on the receipt it says quality matters tk them. Long story short 25 minutes while we wait for them to correct our order. Manager "Brenda" was nice enough to. She tried to help, but did the minimum. I would have comped our meal. In full. Just for the 25 minute wait. If you put a statement in your receipt saying "Quality Matters" back it up. Won't be back. read more

What a disappointment- extremely slow service and manager is not particularly sympathetic to complaints. It is difficult to get an egg sandwich made correctly and when I told the worker at the drive through her response was "that's the way it comes". PS - look at the menu. It isn't with a scrambled egg. Don't go there unless you are meeting a few girlfriends for leisurely coffee dates this seems to be the target audience, not people who need to get to work and can't afford 10 minutes wait time in the morning. The only reason I continue to go there is the monthly coffee club, and I'm probably going to cancel that. Add the fact that the location makes it difficult to get to and what looked like a fun addition to the neighborhood is a real let down. read more

Covid protocols are well in place. Ordered the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl which was awesome. The broccoli Mac & cheese was more like the soup with pasta shells thrown in it. I drive by the Rowlett location on my way from work. From the opening of this store, both food and service have been hit or miss. I order through the app, so there should not be any misunderstandings, but at least 50% of the time, my sandwiches have vey little meat or something is totally missing. Some of the staff at the drive through window are nice, but again hit or miss. I am a good tipper, but I WILL NOT tip through the app when I can't be guaranteed a successful order. read more

New location. I dined here on a Thursday evening at about 6pm. The restaurant was modestly busy but I give it one-star due to extremely slow service. I ordered a Fuji chicken salad. That was 18 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. The food at any Panera is always good quality but this location has work to do on the service side. I really hope ownership reads this negative feedback and take appropriate action, as it would be a shame to not take full advantage of this favorable location in a high density traffic area. After the gym, dropped by their drive-thru for dinner. Ordered the Pick 2, a chicken southwest chicken salad and onion soup. Asked for and received extra cheese in the soup which was delicious, but the salad dressing was only 1/2 full and didn't cover the salad. This is the slowest and most unapologetic Panera in the area! They will probably write this review off as COVID, but they have never been fast. It took 30 min to get a breakfast sandwich made Togo. I ordered through the kiosk at 10:12, went to ask about the wait at 10:41. No apology, just asked what name I put it under. I explained that I didn't use a name. In about 30 sec I had a breakfast sandwich that is lukewarm and soggy. Excuse the service due to COVID or write me off as a Karen; the experience is unacceptable either way. read more

Great place for good coffee in the morning. I miss the almond pastry, but the bear claw is a good substitute.

This is about the chicken tikka masala. Absolutely terrible, tastes no where near how it should, I should have known coming from a place where Indian dishes don't need to be served from here. This dish should not be half water with a bunch of horrible tasting spices, chicken tikka masala is more creamy and delicious. We came in a few hours prior to closing on a weeknight. Only a few other customers. All the tables were dirty, and several employees were standing in the dining area, talking with a customer, who from the conversation was an employee. I was disappointed by the signs that they no longer deliver food to you, and as there wasn't an employee at the counter, we HAD to use the kiosks to order. Of course, the spot to add a tip was in large print on several screens. They were out of baked potato soup, and the server wasn't sympathetic at all. Went through the drive thru this morning. I was asked to wait to order at the menu board. Waited about a minute or two. Ordered then was told to drive to the window for my total. Then when I got to the window there was no one there and was completely ignored for about 4-5 minutes. Then I was finally told my total (pleasantly enough) and given my food.
