I am glad I am reading other people making comments about this location. We were FAITHFUL jersey mikes customers here for well over a year every Saturday after watching our grandchildren. Orders are wrong...sandwiches so soggy you could wring them out...staff just not as pleasant as usual...and anything off the grill from a particular Saturday night staff member tastes just awful and made incorrectly. This used to be such a pleasant place and our go-to sandwich shop. Very sad it's gone so far downhill. read more

I come to this location often, and am always greeted with a smile and great service. Angela and Valerie are always very friendly, welcoming, and make my day better by the time I leave. I love a great sandwich shop, and this Jersey Mike's always nails it. The restaurant is always clean, organized, and everything is always running smoothly. "My hand is right here" I went into Jersey mikes at around 8pm, I walked in and there were 2 young women making Togo orders and when I got in line a young man greeted me very nicely and got my order started. After the young man put my sandwich aside to do toppings, I waited for 10 minutes for the young lady to start doing toppings for my sandwich, during my wait the young women were cursing left and right about different things as more and more people started to come in with their small children. The woman doing my toppings was very apologetic and nice about the wait. After the lady put the toppings on my sandwich she set it aside for the cashier to wrap my sandwich, while waiting I asked the lady for 2 sides of pickles. I waited for the cashier to wrap about 3 sandwiched before me. Once the cashier was finished she started to punch in my order to the POS, she told me my total and seemed to get annoyed when I pulled out cash and set it next to me and she rudely asked if I was paying with cash. I then waited for the woman to wrap a sandwich 3 times before she took my payment, after she wrapped said sandwich she turned to me and repeated my total back to me, i POLITELY slide the cash towards her not thinking anything of it she then looked me in the face and RUDELY said "my hand is right here" i looked up and said "excuse me" and she then repeated herself with even more attitude and pointed at her hand "my hand is right here" I paid her no mind and I took my cup and went to fill it up while I waited for her to wrap my sandwich, after waiting for her to finish she rudely handed me my food. Once I got to where I needed to go I decided to have half of my sandwich as I go to pull out my sandwich it ALL falls out of the wrapping and all over me and my car. Not that it's going to matter and someone is going to make it right n give me my money back for the bad experience n wrong order but if it helps someone avoid same awful experience. If you expect servicing your order to be right, don't come here. i've been working since 6 o'clock this morning today. I finally got a break so I went to go get a sandwich while I had a break ordered it online was very specific about what I wanted. I took my order, sat down to eat it after I had already left the location when I opened up my order it was wrong just opening it up. I could see it was wrong because it had some rosemary bread. I had ordered just plain white bread so I was like OK whatever I'm hungry. I'm gonna eat it then I go and bite into it and I had requested no pepperoni because it makes me nauseous and the first bite I took of it. That's all I could taste with the pepperoni so now I'm nauseous and upset because now it wasn't just that they had also asked for extra lettuce and extra banana peppers I could do without those but the simple fact that I specifically asked for something not to be in it not only did I get the wrong bread. They didn't give me my extras and on top of that they put the pepperoni, which makes me sit to. My stomach is gross on top of that I did tip them two dollars, but I tipped them. It was just one sandwich but then to go into the store and to have these teenagers behind the counter being unprofessional, taking their time didn't greet me when I walked in. It's a joke then when I called them to to confirm to make sure that they did get the extra notes that said I did not want pepperoni and the extras on my sandwich. He confirmed the order so then when I asked to speak to a manager, they started playing hang up the phone cussing me out over the phone so whoever the regional manager or the franchise owner is for the store this is who you got working for you for lazy people. They don't wanna deal with their mistakes because they were sitting there playing on the other side of the counter instead of working. And the store itself was not clean. So if you wanna know who the workers were for whoever's reading this, it's whoever was working today at 3:29 PM and today is March 31. read more

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but I think I'm done with this location. I'm not sure why I have to explicitly state I want Lettuce and tomato on my BLT. If I say I want a BLT with mayo, that means a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato (BLT) with mayo. It's happened three times that I just get bacon on bread. The workers here seem to put the absolute bare minimum effort and completely switch their brains off. I'll be avoiding this location from now on. read more

Friendly staff, swift service, clean and quiet really. Not a lot of folks eat in that I've ever noticed in years, but not because its unpleasant. I've always found the sandwiches above average at Jersey Mike's. The place is generally clean and the service is usually quick. However, tonight's service was an exception. I asked for my sandwich to be prepared with mayonnaise on one side of the bread and spicy mustard on the other. The young lady that dressed my sandwich put a thick ... really thick glob of spicy mustard on my bread. When I saw it, I asked her to please spread it around a bit. She replied, "I don't have anything to spread it with." I said, "You mean you don't have a knife back there you could use?" She replied, "Not that I can use for that." I decided I'd just take care of it myself, as I was taking the sandwich home to eat. GRAND OPENING DAY March 11, 2020 Jersey Mike's Subs Brand new building, next to the new Panera's and the new Verizon Store along Lakeview Parkway, in Rowlett, Tx. I was one of the first customers today, Grand Opening, in a nice new location. The staff was excited and ready to sling the subs! Nice lobby, with seating for about 25. NO DRIVE-THRU. There are 2 unisex bathrooms, one has a baby-changer board. There is more parking behind the building, than in front. I got the "Jersey Shore's Favorite " capricola sub, and it was perfection, full of flavor! Now the Jersey Mike's fans in Rowlett have a Jersey Mike's to call their own! read more
