Half bowl of chicken noodle soup for over $8

Stopped in for a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The bowl wasn't even half full. They charge over $8 for a bowl of soup and do t even give you as much as a can of Campbell's. Pitiful.

Since I worked in Richmond 7 or 8 years ago this location has moved and I must say I love the upgrade, easer parking and kiosk ordering. I've been here several times over the last few months and service has always been good. I am a weirdo and I like cream cheese with my baguette, so this does not always land on my plate when I order soup. But they always are quick to fix the issue. I'm sure this will be one of my go to places while working in Richmond.

If the restroom is this dirty imagine what the kitchen looks like. This is restaurant is brand new and the bathroom is already got so much crud hair caked into corners. You can tell it is not cleaned

Nice chimney area to drink coffee.

Went for breakfast here today and to study with my family. The breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese was good, but they didn't have avocado. The food came fast and fresh. This new location is very clean and has plenty of seating and I love the layout. The employees were nice and all the kiosks were working. I also came here for lunch and got the Family meal with the pizzas and salad. They were very good and came out quickly.

As a national chain that makes soup, salad, and sandwiches, Panera should be predictable and easy. This location breaks the rule. First, the kiosk. I typed two Pick2 orders into the kiosk with what seemed like 30 screens, only to have the credit card reader fail at taking my payment. Then, Adam at the understaffed counter was less than courteous. He informed me that tuna salad doesn't come on croissant.. it's a dessert pastry. Hmm. Every other Panera is able to do that. While the food came out quickly, they were out of napkins. Yes, I'm hangry tonight, but why does soup and salad need to be hard.

Panera Bread Richmond Kentucky! Conveniently located right off I-75!

This Panera Bread location was very clean, had friendly staff, delicious food and excellent coffee! The location is directly off of highway I-75 so it is extremely convenient for dropping in for a coffee and restroom break when traveling! The Panera Bread dark roast coffee is excellent! It is nice that you get to pour your own coffee so you can fill it to whatever level you like! We love their Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese and their everything bagel toasted with cream cheese! Panera also has tasty options for lunch and dinner! Drive thru service is also an option!

Very high quality food, fresh and prepared to eat. Fairly fast service. I will say, not a lot of seating.

It's one reason I don't go out for breakfast ~ I can make a pretty good breakfast at home. No use paying someone to do something I can do. So, going into Jackson's restaurant, a mom and pop restaurant specializing in home cooked style food, I had my doubts. Walking up to what resembled a school cafeteria lunch line only furthered my doubts. And, seeing the sheer number of different options sitting out behind the glass window only furthered my suspicions. Look, I was wrong. The food here is really good. The service is super friendly and helpful. I was so overwhelmed by all the choices I just told the lady behind the glass counter to pick me something. She obliged with a kindness that made me think she knew me somehow. She chose the chicken and dumplings, beef stew, apples, and two different types of corn bread. Now, I thought initially, and she even admitted, that the chicken and dumplings/beef stew mix was a little unorthodox, but that they were both so good I had to try them. Both were fantastic. The apples were awesome. I liked both types of corn bread. When I got up to leave, she called me over to the counter and said that since it was my first time there, I'd get a free dessert. You all, I was too full to even try. The food here is both tasty and filling. I was in Richmond for a conference at Eastern Kentucky University. So it was really convenient to stop by. But I'd say that even if you're remotely close, it's worth a visit. Don't, as I did, judge a book by its cover.
