Chipotle chicken avocado melt & broccoli cheddar soup
    Christina M.

I did the "You pick 2" so I got a 1/2 Chipotle chicken avocado melt and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, with a nice chunk of their bread. The bread had a nice crunch on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. It was perfect for dipping in my soup. The sandwich and soup had great flavor and textures. I went through the drive-thru and it was relatively fast. There was a car in front of me so I may have waited 8 minutes at the most to get my food. The woman at the window was smiling and friendly. I think the total was $12 and some change. Not bad! I would certainly stop by again.

Yes yes I know, We always like to eat here....and even more so since all the new Restrictions are in place! Now we can actually sit ALONE and not be so crowded or disturbed by loud talking! It just feels more comfortable! My favorite menu item to get is the French Onion soup in a Bread bowl!!!! So nice and tasty! I also enjoy the view of Thumb Butte as we sit and enjoy our meal = BONUS!!!!

This panera has probably one of the best views of any panera I've ever been to. Recently joined the sip club, so I've been here quite a few times, and the view just never gets old. The you pick 2 meal was good. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back for more sips!

I haven't been to Panera since moving to Prescott and on my way home I was in the mood for a sandwich so I decided to stop in. Located off of Gateway Blvd in the same plaza with Best Buy. Mediterranean veggie with Peppadew piquant peppers, feta, cucumbers, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, hummus, salt, and pepper on Tomato Basil. I got some chips with it. It was pretty good I wanted a blueberry and pumpkin muffin but they were all out so I settled for a zucchini muffin. It was so good I will be be ordering this again. The store was clean and staff was friendly. I love Panera and I will definitely be back to my new location.

I love this place and have lunch once to twice a week. Picked up something for dinner a sandwich and a salad. And found pieces of plastic in my salad what is up with this. Of course I tossed it in the trash

To say I'm a customer is an understatement, with their sip club I come here several times a day! I have gotten to know the staff out here. Shout out to Heather! You're awesome and the main reason I decided to review. Heather FTW!!!

We enjoy our meals here and they have been consistently good. The restaurant has great views because of its location on a hill. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean. It's a nice go-to spot.

Not bad, but overpriced for what you get. For their prices I expect to get full. Can't say I always do.

First and damn we didn't get servers name -she was great. We ordered chips and salsa which looked to tomato based but it was still delicious. We also ordered the mussels w Parmesan (rich and delicious), the salmon tacos -large, the Beef and garlic, and the shisito peppers. The shishito peppers were unusual, slightly sweet and had other vegetables. The salmon tacos were a generous portion, the beef and garlic contained large pieces of garlic amongst the sauce for the chunked beef. The Parmesan mussels are quite rich and delicious. We will definitely be back.

We had a reservation and were excited to finally try it! I ordered the Chorizo Hash and it came out as a plate of ground chorizo with a very small amount of diced potatoes. I assume what happened was they batched it with other orders and mine was the end of the pan. It happens. No big deal. I asked the waiter for some additional potatoes as it was unbalanced and he started counting potatoes in my dish!!! He got up to 5 and then looked at me like I was the idiot... this is after we sat there for 20 minutes before he even took our order. We wanted to have a drink or two first, but felt compelled to order as service was slow already. We made the right call... food took a while to come. We also had Brisket Tacos, which were decent but not warm. The margarita had soda in it... a travesty. All in all the food was average but the attitude of the waiter ruined the experience. I had high expectations. We will give it a whirl again at some point and if that is pleasant, I will update this review. I just couldn't let this service slide... he was TERRIBLE.

But I wouldn't recommend going to it all the time because it could've been better.

They're running a lobster fest into early September. Both of our lobsters were fantastic. During that time, several walk-in parties without reservations were seated ahead of us. When we were finally seated, we asked to move to an empty booth instead of a four-top in the middle of the dining room. We were told the booth had to be saved for larger parties. Thirty minutes later, three people were seated there. On the positive side, it was Lobster Fest, and our waiter was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and apologized twice for the unusually slow kitchen. Unfortunately, after waiting about 90 minutes for our food (plus the 20 minutes in the lobby), my lobster tail was slightly overcooked, although the claw meat was excellent. My son's 16-ounce ribeye, ordered medium rare, arrived medium well with excessive fat around the edges. This would have been a two-star experience were it not for our exceptional waiter. For a lobster and ribeye dinner at these prices, it simply wasn't worth the money, and we won't be back.
