Love the Lemon Ice Smoothie, got one every time in went there in the PV store but the price for a medium lemon ice drink it's $6+! I cannot believe this place only has 3.3 stars! First, the food. Amazing! Easily one of my favorite fast casual restaurants to hit when I don't mind spending a few more bucks. I have tried nearly everything in the menu since I discovered Culver's, and I have never been disappointed. Especially their ice cream, which you can get in all sorts of delicious ways when eating in or takeout, not to mention their pints for sale. Oh, and their root beer is so good. Second, the service - specifically at this location. Amazing! Always friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure they have happy customers. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past these days, and this Culver's - all Culver's for that matter - make it a point to provide excellent customer service. And lastly, the ambiance. It's fast casual, so not sure what anyone might expect. But with the staff always being cheery, and the place always being super clean, it's a nice environment when you feel like sitting down to eat. Total $ 19.03 No surcharge, instead, I got a 10% discount because I'm old. And I used my credit card. We have been going to Culvers in Prescott Valley for several years. I must say we have never had a bad experience there nor have any of our friends. We are always talking about how friendly and knowledgeable the order takers and servers have always been to us. One time it took longer to get our fish dinner because of the volume of orders, so they came over to us and explained how sorry they were for the delay and gave us a card for free meals. It doesn't get any better than that. We look forward to going there at least twice a month. Oh, and the veterans discount is a huge plus! read more

I will never eat here again. After a poor experience two years ago, I thought I would try it again when I had an overnight stay in Prescott Valley. I love Culver's. For a fast food restaurant they are awesome. Always friendly. Aware of their surroundings and customers. It's a classic fast food restaurant somewhat up-leveled. The food we have had is always fresh. Their frozen custard is yummy. We eat here often and the only thing wrong was that they forgot our salad dressing one time. Soooooo disappointed with the cod dinner platter tonight. The fish was overcooked dripping in grease which made it dry and inedible. We got the cheese curds and mashed potatoes for sides. Milkshakes need a spoon, and many sandwiches need a knife to split, they are large. Pork tenderloin a fave. Clean dining area with many seating options for low chairs or booths, high stools and kids chairs. Clean restrooms. Handicap accessible interior and parking. Senior discount applied when you ask at checkout. Friendly staff and manager follow up at table. Attention to training and detail is appreciated. Walked in around 8PM to no one taking orders at the counter, waited patiently for someone to take our order while we are standing at the register and someone walks in and up to a register and gets help almost immediately. For a fast food place Culver's is pretty good. I have only had their fish and chips and fish sandwich which both are great with a wonderfully crispy deep fried batter on top. The batter has the panko type crumb texture which makes it really crunchy but without an excessively breaded or thick batter. Of course their French fries are excellent. A great fast easy go to place. And they are opening a new one in Prescott soon so much closer. read more

I guess we now have 'the usual' at Culver's. Buffalo chicken strips basket (like a combo, including drink and side), plus Cheese curds ($1 extra for this side). Chloe took our order and she was nice and friendly. They bring your order to your table and they have a roomy diner with quite a few booths. The design of the place is not an open room, it has some walls and dividers and kind of gives guests some privacy. Plenty of parking. I've never been to a Culver's before but came in a couple of days ago with a buddy that had been here before. I'd already eaten earlier but what my buddy ordered looked pretty good (chicken salad and a bowl of chili). Looking around at the other peoples' food around me, it also looked pretty good. A little on the expensive side though. I would put Culver's on the upper scale of fast food. This is not a tableservice type restaurant. You go to the counter first, then order, pay and then they bring your food to you. Self-service soda machine etc. I'm not exactly sure what Culver's specializes in? It looks like a variety of higher end fast food with an emphasis on hamburgers. It would be better if the Culver's name also included/reflected an identity in the title. For example.... In-N-Out Burger, KFC, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Subway Sandwiches. No confusion as to what those companies are about. If I hadn't come in with my buddy (who already knew what Culver's was) I wouldn't think to come here. However, because the food looked pretty good, I'll try them when I'm in the area next time.
