Hello- At around 9:30-ish tonight my mother and I went to Sonic for milkshakes and an ice cream. And while we were able to get our food after a considerably long time (that I'm not annoyed by) we were able to get our food. When we got home I opened the lid of my chocolate milkshake which I had asked for NO whipped cream or cherry, what I got was no cherry and the whip cream mixed in. Sonic how dumb do you believe I am to not notice when whipped cream is mixed with a chocolate milkshake? Apparently extremely unintelligent, while I am very annoyed with this and I want to give you the benefit of it being a very busy night; why in the world was it easier to mix whipped cream instead of leave it out all together? This, I may never know, but I will continue coming back because you're the only sonic close enough, but understand you will always be the side-piece to McDonalds. I was there yesterday and the girl who took my card was SO RUDE! She quickly swiped it 3 times locking the card. Told me it wouldn't work. Closed the window on me. I slowly opened the window back up and asked for my food. She then said you didn't pay for it. I said well you locked my card, she said your card didn't work. I then told her, well I can give you another card. She had the gall to reply with it probably won't work either! I handed her my card she swiped it, IT WORKED, she tossed the food at me, I and rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. This was around 3pm on Thursday 3/13. My sister and I went to this Sonic recently and the service was the worst I have received. The staff were rude and seemed unhappy to be there. We were borderline yelled at for not handing the worker my card quick enough when there was no one behind us and it was no where close to closing time. I would definitely recommend going her if you like being yelled at by random drive through workers simply for being there. I however, would not recommend if you expect at least decent treatment from people you are paying. read more

Went to the drive-thru, no one acknowledged us. No sign saying the drive-thru is closed. Waited a minute. No response. Asked if anyone was there. No response. Drove up to the window, 2 people inside with headsets on. We went and parked for a carhop order. Ordered a 44 oz drink and a small shake. Order took more than 32 minutes to be delivered. The shake was melting, so obviously it had been sitting on a counter for quite a long time. How hard would it have been to pour that 44 oz drink way back then too? Orders are getting longer and longer and longer to fulfill at this location, which I have attended for years. read more

Waited over 30 minutes for a cherry limeade and some mozzarella sticks. Finally had to call in to ask about our mobile order only to be told "we're really backed up." Then five minutes later we get told they're out of diet Sprite so no diet cherry limeade. And you can't just cancel a mobile order and get a refund. You have to call Sonic customer service, explain what happened, and then settle for Sonic gift cards as your refund. When the food fig arrived, the mozzarella sticks were cold, we were shorted our condiments, and the drink was leaking out the lid and dribbling down the cup. A real mess. And only one napkin supplied to deal with it. When you have to wait so long for a fast food snack that they turn on the outdoor lights, it's not "Sonic,"......it's "Sorry." I have been to this location many times. I usually order 1-2 items, at most. But of all the times I've have the slowest and non apologetic, extremely long wait times. I went to drive through on April 30, at approximately 8pm..... and after waiting, for what felt like 5 minutes or more, I finally drove away from the drive thru speaker. I went again on April 3. Again at the drive thru, what I thought were no cars in the drive thru, I was told there was a 20 minute wait!? AT THE DRIVE THRU!!! Are you kidding me? I said "All I want is a Sonic Blast, will it still be 20 minutes". I was abruptly told YES a 20 minute wait for ALL items. Needless to say I will not be returning. I understand that restaurants get short handed every once in awhile. But I kid you not when I say.... it's a LONG wait. No matter the time or the day. This Sonic is in desperate need of a management change, and now. The moral and the helpfulness of some of the employees is just either bad training or bad management. I've been a manager for over 20 years, so I know. I only hope that the corporate office sees this review and does some serious investigating of this particular location. read more

First off, They are rude as fuck. Literally some bitch said we didn't pay even though we did and were given a receipt not only that but i got a transaction notification from my card? She went "No you didn't" and slammed the drive thru window and left me and my husband stunned. I was craving a refreshing beverage and it was also after 8, so shakes were half off as part of their summer special. That was all the enticement we needed to stop by this Sonic for some drinks. I had the diet peach green iced tea and we also ordered a banana shake. It did take some time for our drinks to be made but they were quite good! The banana shake had a ton of banana flavor and my peach iced tea had a perfect amount of peach flavor and sweetness. It was the perfect way to cool down. read more

Why is the service at this drive-through restaurant worse than any other in a 2 mile radius? Why bother placing an online order when the three drive up order is behind you are filled before yours? I ordered a milkshake and churros online. Upon arrival at the order speaker, I told them I was there to pick up an online order, gave them my name and the items. I was instructed to drive up to the window. The employee at the window repeated back my order and then proceeded to take new drive-through orders. While waiting 15 minutes, I watched three cars place orders, have them hand-delivered to their cars, and leave before my order was even started. At the 20 minute mark, I knocked on the window to ask what was going on - where was my order and why were newer orders filled before mine? Another employee comes to the window and when I explain again that I've been waiting for 20 minutes, his response was "don't you know we're short staffed?" I replied that being short staffed doesn't explain why I watch three orders be taken and filled before mine. When they stared blankly when I asked about getting a refund, I felt I didn't have much choice but to wait it out. After 25 minutes at the drive up window I received my order. I think this deserves more stars since it's revamp. The service was nice, the kiosk you order through was obviously new and improved. You can even drive through and not stop in a stall if you wish. The food is. Well. Sonic, so, MEH. But I don't think it deserves the one to two stars that it's been getting regularly. My only REAL complaint was that it was difficult to hear the guy through my microphone. I got my mediocre burger and my sons hotdog quickly and it was what anyone should expect from fast food. To can't believe this place is still open! It's old, runner down and horrible service. I was here a few weeks ago. When I revived my order off the bat my root beer float was just liquid, my sons kids meal burger was hard as a rock! The buns were hard!! The order was wrong. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and instead I got everything on it and it was rock hard! Also I live in the back of Prescott Valley, near Glassford.
