First time in a long time ordered take out from Chili's. Was great will give them my business again.

Slow, issues with orders, steak was very tough. Service was very slow, had to even wait for utensils and napkins...When asked for something such as catsup, waitress forgot. The worse thing? Facing a TV that was running a continuous show on kids getting cleft palates!! really!! read more

I haven't been to one in years, and I can honestly say that I'll never go again. 15 minutes for an acknowledgment at the bar, and there were only 5 other people (a couple and a group of 3.) Average food, at best. It came reasonably fast. $85 for 2 entrees and 4 drinks (2 drinks were $6 specials.) I'm losing faith in corporate restaurants. Live and learn. read more

We were here tonight and let me tell you, our server was AMAZING. The food was ok. I have a very strict dietary restriction that limits most restaurants. If I eat something that is out of that, it will make me sick for days. Not the "oh, I'm going to get skinny sick" but the dreaded "oh Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I'm crawling into a hole and disappearing for a week while my body sheafs every last bit" type of sick...... I let are server know ahead "I'm vegan" and then proceeded to alter the heck out of my order to fit. She didn't even have to second guess anything and nailed it the first time. The kitchen messed up on something and when our server found out, she had it corrected right away, even involved the manager. I was NOT expecting that type of advocacy and tbh, I was just going to chalk it up as a loss and fill up on chips bc I didn't want to risk it. The simple fact that she even involved the manager without me asking gave me confidence to actually eat the replacement. Young lady I wish I had your name bc you deserve to be recognized for your professionalism. She was a cute little blonde, late teens/early twenties, tiny. Food was good. However, the beef I had for my fajitas was extremely hard. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Nope. Every piece of beef was mostly tendon than beef. My husband had tough time trying to get a bite. He had to use his hands yo tear it off. The serated knife they gave you wouldn't even ho through. The shrimp and chicken I had with my fajitas were fantastic! Tender and lots of flavor. Will not order anything with steak in it again from here. We've lived in PV for more than two years now and Chili's has been consistent and reliable. The food is good - and there is something for my entire family, which is rare. The service is good. It is exactly what we are expecting. The restaurant scene in this area is depressing so we've made friends with the consistently good places. No doubt that Chili's is one of them. read more

Edit: The server, Hunter, made up for all the initial train wreck experience. He was very attentive, ensured food arrived quickly - and hot - and completely changed my 1-star experience. Original review: I gave them a second chance. My mistake. Restaurant was ice cold. Couldn't remove our jackets. So we are bundled for lunch. We came in at 11:00 am in a Thursday. The place is not busy but they sat us in the section with a table of 10 people - separate checks. The server was taking their order when we were sat. By 11:15 am server was still taking their orders. Two more tables were seated after us but had a different server. They received drinks and ordered and here we sat. Still waiting to order a drink. Another person entered to add to the group. She interrupted our server, who still was still inputting orders to place her order. Twenty five minutes and we are still waiting. People who came in after are now eating. Our order will now wait and probably come out cold. How could it not when the restaurant is a freezer. I feel sorry for the server but they should not be seating so many in his section with that large table. read more

This BBQ restaurant quickly became my neighborhood favorite. The ribs were perfectly smoked and fell right off the bone. Their tangy sauce added just the right kick. I also liked how the staff checked in without being intrusive. I'll be back whenever I crave real BBQ flavor. read more

Best things about the order were the quick delivery and garlic bread. Chicken was very under seasoned, same with the street corn. The last time I ordered delivery through the chilis app it was great and all the food was amazing and hot! The street corn last time alone was enough to make me want to order, it was packed with toppings and piping hot. This time everything was warm but not kitchen fresh and out the door hot for how quick it was delivered. Not a good experience this time. read more

Absolutely awful experience from management at this location. Our server told us he put our order in, but after waiting way too long, we found out it was never even entered. No apology, no urgency--just a lot of attitude and confusion. The General Manager and other manager on duty were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. To make things worse, they refused to accept a valid government-issued state ID app on my phone--which I've used countless times elsewhere (and here multiple times at this location) without issue. Suddenly they've decided to be "strict" about IDs, even though it's legally recognized and widely accepted. No flexibility, no respect, just a hard line with no explanation. It's clear the management here is more interested in power-tripping than providing decent service. Won't be coming back. Very disturbing experience unfortunately from chilis never have been treated like this before at any location. read more

My husband I enjoy the occasional dinner at one of our favorite restaurants Chili's. We have tried it before every single time. I'd like to order their single burger. And every single time they cook the hell out of it! Completely over cooked, no matter how I order it. It's always overcooked and I try to order it medium rare. Currently a customer. I had to poop. Ok, they have a restroom. Went into the non handicap stall, poop all over the seat. Go into the handicap stall, poop all over the seat. So I cleaned the handicap stall seat. Before I sat down I noticed diarrhea drips on the floor. Nope, not pulling my britches down in this stall. So I went back into the non handicap stall, cleaned that one, inspected the floor, and pooped. Luckily I didn't poop my britches with all that cleaning I had to do for them. read more

It's been a couple years since our last visit here...not a pleasant experience then. BUT, this evening Chili's gets 5 stars. Our server was Taylor. He was the most attentive servers we've had in years. Professional, efficient, polite from the moment we sat down. He checked on us at least 6 times after our food arrived. I had the ribs n sausage BBQ Combo, and my wife had the chicken crispers. Everything was delicious and hot. I delayed doing a survey on the little table-top machines, and it timed out. I've eaten here a few times usually sitting at the bar for lunch. The service is good and polite. The all you can eat soup and salad is a bargain. Recently tried the Just Bacon burger and was impressed with the price, flavor and quality. The meat is flavorful and juicy, and comes with all the trimmings no up charge, fries are good. Good job! They were busy, but we're seated right away (party of 2 on Friday, May 3, 2924, atound 7:45pm). Our server, Josiah, was AWESOME. knew his stuff, had our orders right, and was extremely friendly, even though he was very busy!!! Food was good per usual. We went in for dinner tonight and was sat in Alexis' section. I ordered a corona which took about 15-20 minutes to get. As soon as our food was dropped off we were informed that we were her last table. As soon as we finished our food we were asked if we want boxes and again informed we were her last table. A few minutes later she comes by and informs us again that we're her last table and if we want to go cups for our drinks. After getting our boxes I asked how to pay cash through the handheld device. We then just decided to go ahead and pay all together with a card and Alexis thanked us explaining that helps and makes it easier for everyone since we're her last table and after we pay she can leave. If after reading that review you're tired of hearing that we were her last table, let me tell you we were too. After watching her pace back and forth behind our table, sigh and stare at us and sweep around us as we're still sitting we left. Keep in mind more than half the restaurant was still occupied. Never felt rushed out of a restaurant like this. I'm surprised of the rating this chilis has! My experience is other than, I had a great experience. I was in town visiting family we came in on Sunday afternoon, got a table right away the restaurant was clean, the waiter was very attentive. I always ask for the kids meals to be out first... cus ya know.. and no problem! Kiddos got the pizza with fries, other kiddo got ckn pasta w fries, I always try their food;) and they both came out great. My 5yr old cleared his plate w the pizza/fries. I always recommend chips/salsa can NOT GO WRONG, more sweet salsa, love it's bottomless, and the bag they pack Togo, always a plus. I got the 3for me deal drink/app/ entree, ordered ice tea(great) and I tried crispy ckn sandwich for first time, waiter recommended more mayo so I did and it was perfect with side fries, my bf always gets the ribs says they are the best, besides mine of course;p jk they're better than mamas homemade I'll admit, I was surprised they were chilis. We stopped here during a recent trip to Prescott. It was a Tuesday evening. I was with a party of 7. We chose Chili's because on of my companions counts on this annual trip to Prescott for their Chili's fix. Our server was plenty attentive & got our drink orders and food orders promptly. I ordered a beef brisket burger. I was under the mistaken impression that the burger was made out of brisket. It was, in fact, a burger with crispy brisket on top. It was pretty flavorless if I'm being honest. I did get fried pickles which were crispy and hot- they came with a dipping sauce but it looked too much like ranch dressing so I never tried it. Other people seemed more satisfied with their meals than I was with mine. It had been a long time since my last trip to Chili's- it will be another long time before I go back. read more

We love Chili's STEAK, where else can you go for some really good, tasty and juicy STEAK at a reasonable price!! Since Covid, we just go to town to shop, order on the Chili's App, in which we always get a FREE appetizer or dessert, pick up our food and enjoy dinner at home with Netflix!!! Chili's is one of the chains I enjoy frequenting. I always try to sit at the bar and have always had friendly attentive bar tenders. Food come out fast. Drink specials are really good. They recently chained the menu and we tried the cheesesteak with curly fries. The flavor of the sandwich was amazing and is one I will definitely try again. read more

Not the best friendly greeting at the door. Parking Lot has two craters or two big holes that will eat your car and ruin your tires if you are not paying attention. Management should immediately fix this safety issue for their customers. Or they can start paying their customers for the damages they will get that these holes will cause. This cannot be seen in the evening. Loud music that could be taken down a notch to help in not shouting at each other for conversation. Food is good. No discounts noted. read more

Finally talked the wife into trying this location out since they were advertising the 3 for me deal went during the lunch hour and at first it wasn't crowded I had the burger deal and she had the chicken sandwich lunch special we also had the chips and salsa,well the salsa was straight out of a can but the chips were fresh and crispy probably the best I've had here in this area,my burger was the best I've had here in the area and my wife said her sandwich was delicious as well ,I've signed up for the club they have and will be trying out the rest of the menu as time goes by! read more
