I was at Chik fil A Mon., 8/4, at about 12:30. I've had the chicken wrap several times and it looked like the picture on menu. I talked it up to my friend and she ordered one. I ate half when I was there. At home I opened up the other half. It appeared they picked up some lettuce and put on tortilla. Next, they picked up less chicken than lettuce and put on tortilla. Grated cheese almost non existent. I hope the owner will check on quality control. I would have taken it up to the counter if I hadn't been with a group. read more

Class Act! After a few negative experiences at other fast food places in the area, I now plan to mostly spend my hard-earned dollars at In-N-Out, Culvers and Chick-fil-A. All three restaurants - in my opinion - are a notch or two above their peers. Additionally, I refuse to support Raising Cane's, who built a unit right next door to Chick-fil-A. I call that cut throat, stupid or both. My suggestion, boycott Raising Canes. Their food isn't that good anyway, and their Texas toast? Horrid. I could prepare that better at home. read more

Oh man. This one hurts to write. We love chick fil a. We are raving fans of chick fil a. While visiting for Thanksgiving we came to this location. Tried to use a few gift cards. 2 of the kids meals were expired. A salad gift card was not. They were won in a raffle in September and the kids meals expired 9/30/25. When we tried to use them, the cashier did not tell us they wouldn't be accepted. When asked about it, she explained they don't take expired cards. Odd but ok. Attempted to follow up with the shift lead in the green shirt. "Hey so, I can use a gift card for your location even if it says a different one, but not after the expiration date?" As she walked by without stopping, all she said was "yes." No attempt to recover the interaction. Unfortunate. However, seeing the rating of this store, maybe it makes sense. Chic-fil-A in prescott valley, why is it so terrible? Hadn't been here in over a year, and they've been blanketing TV, websites etc with the pretzel chicken club. Really, really horrendous!!! Maybe if they changed their oil it wouldn't have been so disgusting but it tasted like old battery acid (didn't change their fryer). Also, the tomatoes on it were literally decomposing they were so wattery and gross. Anyway, overall this is a zero. Not sure why this restaurant is always bad, must be management. I eagerly ordered a Chocolate Milkshake last week. It was the most vile, disgusting, horrible tasting milkshake I have ever tasted. The ingredients tasted cheap. How many ingredients are we talking about 2 or 3? What brand of ice cream, milk etc... were used? I was so disappointed. After taking a few sips I threw it in the trash. My dad ordered a parfait and they put barely added any fruit in it and he went back in to see if they could add more, and the manager said no, " that's just how we do things". The people are actually so nice there, it's always fast because they have so many workers that take everyone's orders in line through the drive thru. The food is always good. I've never went there and got food that I thought was gross. We don't usually go inside just because the drive thru is faster and easier but from the few times we have been in there it's been clean. First of all the food is great! The management (C) is quite the opposite :0( This manager kick me out of the restaurant just because I kept on asking questions (they gave me someone else's order and I came back for a refund) . The manager decided to give me a lecture about making sure that I get to their restaurant 24 hours after the incident occurred or I wouldn't get a refund(I was a few days late because I live about 30 minutes away). To top it off the managers conduct was despicable ..she decided to stop talking and ignore me like a child. I never seen this happen in my life as a customer. After I got my refund, she told me that I need to leave because I was creating a hostile environment. I didn't cause a scene or anything like that in fact I wasn't even yelling just asking questions. The manager was pissed because I kept on asking her questions and she couldn't answer them and at that point she decided just to ignore me and not say anything. The girl was serving me and she was not polite. i also ordered some fries and asked for extra salt and they gave me no salt on my fries at all! I decided to see who had the better breakfast between McDonald's and Chick-fil-A just to reignites the rivalry like the old days to see which one was willing to give better customer service. watch out!! if you arrive in the lobby 10 minutes to closing of the lobby the staff will not go above and beyond like your used to at other Chic-fil-a's. we wanted to order two more sandwiches but needed to go through the drive through. at the same time we requested a refill on our drinks and they said we don't normally fill cups that have left the building. Two words; pubic hair in fries. Ok that's 4 words, but the important takeaway is pube and fries, and those never belong together IMO. Unless you're into that, and then who am I to judge? We love Chic Fil A. But the Prescott Valley location is so disappointing. They should be so ashamed of their salads. I pay $9.29 plus tax for a salad that is always half full with little chicken. Today no egg and half full. Every other location we have eaten at in Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada & Idaho make excellent salads. But Chic Fil A Prescott Valley is by far the worst . It's so unfortunate that we are going to stop coming here. I have the app, I'm a Signature Member with a lifetime point count of almost 63,000 in just 2 years! A family of 5 our bill is average $40 to $50 a visit. They really need to stop being so chintzy. Fill up that salad bowl and make your customers happy. Especially for a $10 out the door chicken salad. This is a follow up to my 2021 review which was more based on covid restrictions. A recent visit to this location still shows problems with food quality and probably corporate's decision to eliminate good products from the menu and keep bad ones. One product that was eliminated was chicken fingers, yet they keep ones that are soaked in hot sauce (spicy). Maybe I don't want something spicy but no you eliminated that option. Two I tried the chicken bites and they were greasy ,tiny and terrible. Never order them. Lastly the chicken paddies are definitely smaller than they used to be, they are hidden by the small buns. Hopefully better chicken options are coming for example try the Wendy's classic chicken sandwich which is really far superior in taste texture and size than chick-fil-A. read more
