I was just at the Arby's in Prescott Valley. As I was leaving I talked to an employee about their air conditioning being broken. She said the inside temperature is being set remotely and that the air conditioning isn't broken. 85 degrees was on the thermostat by the restrooms. read more

We ended up getting a French dip and crunchy fish sandwich with potato cakes and a drink. The food was cold. The potato cakes were warm, but at least they were warm compared to the fish as well as kinda hard on the edges not able to eat it. It was just very disappointing. Did not enjoy at all. French dip was cold. The only thing warm about the whole thing was the juice sauce was really hot. The only thing that was hot will not go back again. So...after a movie at Harkins, we thought we'd have some Arby's. Walked in about 6:55 PM or so. Light haired lady in the back sees us...no response. Dark haired lady just behind counter, facing the other lady, but she was bent over the counter on her phone. No worries, I'll check out the menu; Walked down to the left then back to the right. Light haired lady in the back looks up, ignores us and goes about her business. Says nothing to the person on her phone, who is less than 5 feet from her. Then the dark haired lady puts down her phone, then gets on a laptop computer and never turned around. So I recommend to my wife, that it is time to go. If they don't care about a customer, they sure don't care about the food they serve either. For management, just check out your camera footage. We will never come back to this Arby's. read more

Disgusting food. Ordered two 1/2 pound beef and chedders add mayo. I get meat with mayo and so much mayo that it is inedible. I called the store and was told by the manager that maybe next time I should order my food right. I ordered it right. They messed it up. It appeared the drive thru server was agitated that we dared ask for some.the tone of voice was not appropriate ..they did not look like the ones they advertise.In our opinion they were being lazy.Next time before we pay we will ask for the chocolate syrup..No syrup.. Since this is a fast food restaurant, I can't go past 3 stars, but this location got our order right, it was fast, hot, and fresh. Not sure if doubling up on the meat of my beef and cheddar was worth it. Good place for hangover food, better quality than most fast foods choice in my opinion. read more

Have you ever been yelled at by an Arby's employee?...not even a manager..i was! I waited for 5 min in the drive thru...was told they were waiting on nuggets and to park In front to wait. 10 min later I went in and asked. The person I was talking to was the manager..she went and got the girl making the sandwiches and that employee said that the nuggets were ready now. I asked why 10 min...she yelled at me that she was the only one making sandwiches! Manager did nothing. What that had to do with nuggets I have no idea.. She threw my nuggets into the bag that was sitting on the counter and set it on the counter.. EVERYTHING WAS COLD! The nuggets were not even hot anymore! Everything had been sitting on the counter the entire time! If I had not gone in, I do not belive I would have ever gotten my order. For the manager to do nothing about this employee and offered nothing to me...I will never be back. And believe me..I will tell all who I see going there that this experience has changed how I feel about Arby's forever. What happened to the customer? What ever happened to GOOD customer service? Stopped here for lunch. As we walked to the entrance there was a foul odor outside the restaurant which should have been our que to turn around and leave but we didn't because we were starving. I had the Brisket sandwich and it was ok, my wife liked her turkey sandwhich. As we were leaving, the odor outside hit us again and as some cars had left we saw the source of it. The sewer cleanout in the parking lot had overflowed and people were unknowingly walking through it and entering the restaurant. As we pulled out of the parking lot I saw the manager outside having a smoke. I told him about the sewer issue in his parking lot and his response was " yeah, we've been having problems with it ". If he knew there was an issue why didn't he block off that section of the parking lot so his customers were not trekking through it? read more

Been in PV 7 years and finally tried Arby's. I asked for a Traditional Greek Gyro. The girl taking my order asked if I wanted beef or turkey. I said "traditional, you know gyro meat". She said there was only beef or turkey. I said .... grrrr .... 'beef'. Then I looked at the sign showing the Gyro and it plainly showed a traditional gyro meat gyro. So i pointed to that sign and asked for traditional (the 3rd time). The manager came over and she called back that **I had changed my mind** and wanted traditional. GRRRR .... so the manager looks at me and says there are 3 different kinds and which did i want .... TRADITIONAL GREEK .... so he acts like I didn't know there was traditional and I told him "tell her not me" and she says "oh, I didn't hear her" .... Weird ... and kind of scary since these folks are making my food. I think I will go around the corner to the Greek Take Out for my next Gyro. read more

Overpriced, food was ok, didn't get the ranch we asked for and not a single napkin. Short options on the drinks and didn't have the sand which I used to get that I loved.
