It's Subway Subway is usually a better choice than most other fast food places. The restaurants are always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. I enjoy the selection of bread choices Subway offers, the Italian Herb and Cheese is always a favorite. The meats are always fresh and the veggies are crisp with a nice selection. I like the ability of adding tons of veggies to the basic meats. The staff is friendly and the sandwiches are inexpensive, not bad for a quick bite read more

The "way excellent" dudes behind the counter responded: we don't have meatballs with a stoned dumb smile expression on their faces. No managers on site. Apparently things have changed at Subway and they are putting in less meat than usual. I watched the server put in only 1.5 scoops of meat instead of two full scoops for my foot long. It was very apparent in the taste where it tasted like all veggies and less meat. If this is the way they are going to serve their food by shorting them in the serving of meat, I will not be back. read more

I had lunch from here and was pretty disappointed. Usually very fresh ingredients are served here but this visit the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were green around the edges. There was an employee that was wiping down the counters while I was in line. He had a dirty looking rag that was damp and wiped the counters and then moved to clean the tables with the same dirty rag. They still have signs requiring customers to wear masks however, none of the customers were wearing masks. read more

I don't normally give reviews or any of that but we went into subway at 9pm on the 15th of Feb and as we opened the door to leave the store, after getting our food, the two girls who took care of us yelled "fucking finally." We were the only ones there. They were very disrespectful. If you get irritated when customers go into your store then maybe you shouldn't be working in a fast food or customer service area. The young man who assisted us was so nice and very attentive. Greeted everyone even though he was the only one in the store when we got there and he was busy juggling business by himself. I travel for work. I have been to most subways in this area. I was in a hurry to get back into the valley and was just going to stop at subway in Cordes Junction, but that one I really do not like. I saw subway sign on way out of town and decided to stop. I am so glad I did. The restrooms were so clean. I feel that is so important if restrooms clean store is clean. I walked up to give my order and I was greated by Vllash Patel. she was so chearful. I order the special which was chicken. Then she did something I have never seen as long as I have gone to Subways (and as I said I travel all over the state). She lifted up a cover that protected all the meats. I didnt know that was even there. Vllash said they always use it. then she went to next area for veggies and she had to lift that cover. I could not believe that all Subways have this and this is the first time I have seen it used. She informed me that the chicken would be cold so could she heat it up? Yes that would be great. I asked her if she could scoop out some of the bread out of the middle and she did and with a smile. A. SMILE. how rare. She finished my sandwich and knowing I was going to be eating my sandwich in the car she cut and wrapped the sandwich seperately. While Vllash was making sandwich I was looking around. The young lady who must have been employee was sweeping the floor. The counters shined, I didnt see even one crumb. If you are in the Prescott Valley area stop by this Subway. I have been a customer of Subway for over 15 years and this was by far my worst experience. The owners are lacking customer service skills. The environment is chaotic as the owners of the store yell at there employees. The food of course is the same as any other Subway that is if you get what you order. My biggest complaint relates to mistakes on a party platter of sandwiches. When I called to report the mistake I was told by the owner I was wrong and got what I ordered. The most disturbing part of my experience is I was never offered an apology for the mistakes made on my sandwiches and was hung up on by the owner. I would recommend driving further down Hwy 69 to the next Subway where you will be treated with dignity, respect and receive the sandwiches you order. read more

Subway is not my go-to place. I will usually choose a different fast food establishment, before I choose to eat there. On that note, I stopped into the Subway in Prescott Valley on Hwy 69's frontage road, because I was on a time crunch and there were not a lot of other options. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! First, I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that was so clean before. Secondly, the service and employees exuded professionalism and they were very courteous, lastly, the bread was very fresh (and that has not been my experience with other Subways in the past). All around the sandwich was delicious, so much so, that I will probably go out of my way to eat there in the future. read more
