Ok..so night of delivery, driver was late..number 1. I had ordered at least the day before. Only got 1/2 of our order..and let me tell you it was bad. What was delivered, sandwiches were 1000% greasy and looked like they were run over by a car. Sandwiches had little to no meat or filling at all. Absolutely horrible. I've contacted Customer service who has yet to get back to me after 5 days. What we did get was bread,bread,bread. They sent bread that looked like someone ripped it apart with their teeth. And when I say sandwiches, I mean very hard bread,coveted in grease and some condiments.. No nothing. I will NEVER order from them again. I called the store and girl couldn't even tell me what was in a family meal...which had 2 chicken sandwiches.. Again not a family meal. She had to wait while I brought it all up online..since she works there but couldn't tell me what's in one if their meals. Had to go buy pizza for the rest of the family that showed up for the after funeral gathering. Not something I would ever think I would have to do. Waited over 10minutes AT Panera for rapid pickup after ordering (so half an hour total just about) and I asked the people behind the counter if my order was ready and they said oh yep here it is. I was upset because I'm on my lunch break and now have to rush back to work and eat this quick. I thought this would be fast. While the guys behind the counter took their time to talk amongst themselves and have a good time I was late and got bitched at by my boss. Thanks! I used the mobile ordering system to get my food, and I waited in the establishment for over a half hour when it said it would be an 8 minute wait. Eventually, I went up to the register to ask for my food. They weren't putting my order out because the name printed on the receipt said "I Amsatan". A lady gave me my food, telling me that she was an "angel of god". I get that joke enough, I don't need people REFUSING to put my food out because my last name is Amsatan (pronounced ahm - suh - tawn). Even if it wasn't my last name, that's still messed up to withhold someone's order just because of their religious views. I'd give zero stars if I could. I don't normally rate chain restaurants unless I am extremely pleased with the overall experience. Friendly customer service with a smile. The customer service rep assisting us, spoke clearly with a smile and actually made eye contact! The staff, including management, were cleaning and keeping the staff motivated, everyone seemed happy to be working this morning. I was happy to their customer. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I had a Asiago Breakfast sandwich (Asiago Bread, egg (my favorite!) cheese and bacon. We also had to have a cobblestone for "breakfast-dessert" :D If you like Monkey Bread, you will LOVE the cobblestone. It looked like a muffin, but pulled apart like monkey bread. Had cinnamon, sugar and raisins, with chunks of apple, topped with savory streusel and light drizzle of icing and NO NUTS! Hooray! I love the fact they have calorie (estimates I am sure) next to some items on the menu board. The dining area was clean and felt more like a cafe/lounge, very comfortable. Don't bother trying to get curbside pickup here. They will legit just leave you sitting outside for 20 minutes and pretend they don't see you. This isn't a one time thing either. we were ignored 5 of of the last 6 times we ordered, even the manager does it. Tonight, they left us sitting once again. The car in front of us was a mom with kids who had to get everyone out of the car because the workers didn't want to do their job. This Panera location has lost our business for good. read more

I stop at this location several times a year to pick up sandwiches for a business meeting. I have to say that 90% of the time the order is wrong, including yesterday. I am extremely grossed out by this Panera. I ordered a Spicy Thai Chicken Salad for my daughter to go. When I got home she was upset. She went to take a bite and there was a handful or so or Parmesan cheese in it. I drove back to get a new salad with no issues. They tried to explain that some cheese mistakenly spilled on the salad but in my opinion it looked like they started making a Cesar salad and then decided to turn it into a Thai chicken salad with out starting fresh. When she eating the remade salad she noticed that the crispy topping was gone and then a few bites later there was a long hair in it. This is disgusting. I promised her we would never order from this location again. This ruined her night and thankfully she wasn't allergic to the cheese that was on the salad she first received. Imagine the nightmare that would be. Stay away!!!! Go to a different Panera. I've never had any issues with No Attleboro location. Please please get someone to retrain the cooking staff and get quality control in this location. read more

This place is just flat out awful! It unfortunately all young kids who look like they would rather be somewhere else. Place an online order.. got an email that it was ready went inside ...wasn't done. waited another 10 minutes then was asked by one of the employees what the name was on the order and she told me that another person was working on it... waited another 10 minutes ask for a manger who ended up getting the order together which was only a toasted bagel with cream cheese. 30 minutes later I was finally able to leave this disorganized unappealing and poorly managed location never to return again... Incapable of handling an order. 1. The website wouldn't accept my order as catering (over 5 people) because I didn't call the day before 2. The "easy online ordering" is ANYTHING BUT!!! After fighting for 15 min with the computer it still had my order for catering and delivery the next day. It took another 15 min to change my order to pick up. I'm now here for pick up with no clue if I'm getting my items in time, no one is able to answer the phone because, according to the recording, they are "too busy to take my call". I am now here waiting for my order. Forever. They claim you have to give at least an hour for an order over $75. 1. There was NOTHING warning me of this when I ordered and 2. There was NOTHING stated when I placed the order about the long time over $75 and 3. I guarantee if I was eating in and spent that amount of money it wouldn't take this long. I will find another place for my company lunches. Never again. read more

I am at the Panera Bread in Taunton on Rte 44. The service was great. The sales associate was a young man who asked at the end of my order if would prefer a bread, apple or chips. I appreciate that because not everyone wants or needs the bread with each order. I found the place extremely clean and the staff working the tables, meeting customers and making this facility one that folks would want to come back and visit. We were hungry but didn't wanna have a big meal because we were eating dinner later. This is a very convenient place because it's right in a shopping area. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because when we arrived around 4pm and asked for the soup in a bread bowl they said they stopped serving it at a certain time. This was kind of upsetting because it was so cold out and we really wanted to warm up with the bread bowl soup. I defiantly think it should be all day, even nights since it gets cold. We ended up getting the pick two choices which are always delicious. I had the cheese & broccoli soup with a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. He has the chicken noodle soup & turkey avocado sandwich. The cookies just had come out of the oven and we're super warm and gooey. They were delicious. They have several choices of beverages to choose from & of course their signature ice teas. I noticed on the way out two things that were near. 1) they had a fireplace in the wall. 2) they have a huge hot tea selection. I will definitely check them out next time I go to a Panera. read more

Start building an Ark. When God finds out about this disgrace of a restaurant, another flood is sure to strike. My lovely date ordered the fire roasted vegetable sandwich. Apparently the fire was out on this particular night as the vegetables were raw like Ol' Dirty Bastard. The sandwich was pathetically equipped with a piece of lettuce, slice of tomato, slice of cucumber and a heap of onions. You'd have to eat 15 of these sandwiches to be full. What a colossal mess with veggies spilling out all over the place, not that you'd want to eat them even if constructed properly. I ordered the Asian sesame seed chicken salad. I counted the sesame seeds. Not because I'm like Rain Man, but because there was only one sesame seed. Here is the full list of ingredients: romaine lettuce, caesar-like dressing, and one (1) sesame seed. A bottle of soy sauce is more Asian than this salad. The staff is grumpy and frumpy at best. I recommend this establishment only if you want to have a Heart of Darkness moment and think to yourself, "The horror! The horror!" read more

I was in Wrentham this past weekend and found myself at this Panera for a quick bite after shopping at the outlets. The food is typical. It's a tad overpriced, but tastes good. I like that they tell you the calorie count in the sandwiches right on the menu so you can make an informed decision.. Sandwiches are a little sloppy sometimes. My soup was watery, but I really should have known better than to get french onion soup at Panera. This particular Panera has a cute little patio area with flower boxes and umbrellas. You almost don't realize you are in the middle of a parking lot. Either way, it was nice to catch some rays with my overpriced strawberry smoothie! read more

Food? Very tasty. Loved the broccoli and cheddar soup and the sandwiches (asiago roast beef, turkey). Coffee was the usual, fresh and strong and a very good complement to the sandwiches. Neither of us were filled before heading to the cinema for our second movie of the day - it was a great interlude between films, and a lot cheaper than what we would have found at Patriot Place. Service was fine - the kids who were preparing the food moved along efficiently and were polite. However...we were both a bit surprised by the behavior of one of the managers on duty. Although the restaurant was starting to get a bit busy (we went late in the afternoon) he was barking at them and ordering them around like a bunch of Marine recruits in basic training. Seriously, the food was good, the service was relatively quick but the constant yammering on the part of the manager cast a bit of a dark cloud over the whole experience and lost this place a star - and almost lost it two. Very disappointed! Panera bread was one of my first places to go when traveling because of their salad menu. But this time I was so disappointed that I would think twice before going there. Paid for the chicken cob salad (or green goddess) around $11 and got only a quarter of avocado. I believe didn't worth it at all. The only additional second star I give them for freshness of greens which actually is what you expect anyway! But thank you for not making me sick at least! Chaos sums it up. While in the area for work this week I had the opportunity to eat at this Panera twice - mainly because there isn't anything else all that appealing in the area. That being said, I can understand why this place is psychotic. Both times there were lots of people waiting pretty lengthy periods of time to get their food. Also, many orders were screwed up. It was interesting to stand there and observe as order after order came back because something was missing, wrong, etc. Sigh. My food was what you would expect. The bacon was gross so that had to be removed. Totally undercooked and super fatty - ick! The yogurt parfait rocked my world. Giving it 3 stars though because there really isn't anything else in the area so yeah, just gotta deal with what there is. I am thinking I need to open a franchise of some sort to give the Panera a little competition. read more

I have been to this Panera many times for both breakfast and dinner and the service and food are consistently good. My favorite on the menu is probably their Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. It's lower on the calorie spectrum than most of their sandwiches and still tastes awesome! :) My boyfriend and I went here for a quick bite again tonight just as it was getting busy. I had the You Pick Two with the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. My only complaint would be that I requested the salad without chicken; when the waitress repeated the order back to us, I reiterated that I had asked for the salad with no chicken and she said that she would put that in for me. A couple of minutes later, our food came up and my salad had chicken in it. Since it was just starting to get busy and I could easily take it off the salad myself, I didn't really see any point in mentioning it to the cooks, but I do wish they had been more observant. Their pastries...are alright, I guess. There's nothing to really knock your socks off. But hey, it's a Panera, they specialize in the bread! Also, one of the guys who works here, named Ruben, is the best. He makes conversation with us whenever we come in as well as with the other customers, while doing his job (usually he's cleaning some portion of the dining room or restocking the coffee station). I had a really nice lunch here. Packed on a Saturday afternoon. But it was fine. Hardly any wait in line - the dining room was full. Lotta people taking up space just screwing around on their laptops. Do they take that into consideration when they design these places with free wi-fi? Most of them aren't customers. Leeches!!! But we got sandwich-soup combos. I really liked mine - turkey sandwich thing. I don't know - it was just nice - had herbed mayo on it that won me over. Soup was too salty - most of these places over-do it with the salt BUT I still liked it. Free refils on drinks - can't beat that with a stick and call it Sally! I just made that up. Literally one of the best experiences I've had in a while. So, it was a rainy Friday night - the shop was busy, with lines of people waiting for their food (a lot of teenage girls being loud....) and to be rung up. The store's register system was down - meaning they could take cash transactions easily, but credit/debit cards had to be rung through manually (with the old fashioned swipe machine) -- could've been a recipe for disaster. However, the 2 cashiers working were so friendly and upbeat that the customers didn't feel the stress of the situation. Kudos to them for keeping their cool and keeping everyone moving -- I will be back!! read more

I'd like to start by acknowledging that this place used to be excellent when it first came to the Plainville area. Healthy portions, sanitary dining conditions, and pleasant (mostly) staff. My family and I were thrilled to have a healthy option from so many fast food joints around. However, as other reviewers have noted, it has gone rapidly downhill. When I come in, there are hardly any customers, and I can see why. The portions are smaller for prices that keep rising. The food is mediocre, except for the bagels and drinks, they taste the same. The cooks seem nice enough, but the people who work the registers are a nightmare. They apparently either haven't been given basic customer service training or know that no one is going to reprimand them for being inefficient and rude. Today I went in, and after reluctantly coming to the front to help the woman ahead of me, the cashier (who looked as if she'd never smiled in her life) scowled at me and walked away when I took the customer's place in line. I think it will be quite awhile before I am desperate enough to come back. Why bother? read more

Not super impressed with this Panera. One of the slower Panera's I've been to. Came during lunchtime on a Thursday and you'd think they'd be properly staffed for that. The woman who took my order was clearly overwhelmed. She rushed me through my order and kept cutting me off. I only ended up giving her half of my You Pick Two order before she moved on to ask me about a side and a drink. I was planning on getting a bakery item as well but she was so abrupt and pushy that I just didn't. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, and when it came the soup was a strange consistency. Ok so I go to this Panera A LOT, and the staff have always been so nice and friendly. Its actually my favorite Panera in the area. However, they recently stopped their fountain drinks all together which is incredibly annoying. I realize that there some of it that's out of their control due to regulations with COVID and not allowing self serve. Yet every other Panera in a 30 mi radius (and I've checked) still seems to be able to serve fountain drinks. Its annoying and I'd rather give my money to this Panera for drinks and food, since it is way more convenient, but its stupid to drive to one Panera for drinks and another for food if I get anything at all. Cutting a little bit of slack because it's Father's Day. There was clearly no supervisor on duty here today, it would appear that a number of teenagers (or possibly just adults in their first job) were working here today. While the line kept building, 2 cashiers were seen counting money on the back counter, neither of whom acknowledged the guests at the cash register 5 feet from them. To top it off when they stopped counting money, one of the cashiers heads down to a totally different register thus breaking the line that's already formed into confusion. It's unfortunate that the owner/management set up the employees for failure without proper staffing or supervision. On the plus side the food was hot and on par with the other Panera locations. read more
