The only reason why it gets 4 stars because the service here. is the best in the area. But in general, the chain food place has gone down the hill. The portion has gotten smaller while the prices are still steep -- not a big fan. Note: do not do curbside pickup unless you have ample amount of time. They do not bring it out to you in a timely manner. I would rather just walk inside and pick it up myself. Much quicker and you get to add additional steps to your fitbit. Using the decibel meter on my phone, the volume of the music over the speakers is consistently greater than 70dB and regularly exceeds 80dB. That may not sound loud at first, but the poor quality ceiling speakers crank out little more than screeching treble that will split your head open within a few minutes. Requests to turn down the volume were met with "I don't think we can because it's controlled by wifi." What?! Kiosks are useless because their use requires a pager, and pagers are kept only at the registers. Facility is grossly understaffed, with employees working hard to prep food and too busy to take orders other than one poor woman who is tasked with taking orders and prepping food, cleaning, and whatever else needs to be done. read more

Curb side pickup sign states 'STAY IN CAR' and click 'I'm here'. That's not what they mean. After calling the store because app was not working. And and no one answering the store phone now. I absolutely LOVE panera - however their service at this location isn't the greatest. I recommend their cream of chicken and wild rice soup - it's chunky & full of great flavors with plenty of veggies and chicken bits. Just don't let it go cold because it'll get super watery! I absolutely recommend their chicken corn chowder (only available during the summer) - its my favorite soup of all time. It's jam packed with corn, chicken and full of rich flavors (creamy, salty and sweet with a pinch of spiciness). They always have fresh tasting ingredients and also serve some great panini sandwiches. I recommend their chipotle chicken panini - it's light and delicious with a slice of tomato, a lil' bacon and chicken strips smothered with chipotle sauce on panini bread. I also love their big kids grilled cheese - it has 4 different cheeses and bacon strips on a panini toasted (unless you get bad service like me and get no bacon - WTF?) They also bake wonderful desserts - which are all worth it! Last but not least, their cinnamon crunch bagels are heavenly, topped with tons of crunchy baked brown sugar and cinnamon - it's my favorite bagel of all time (like a cinnamon toast crunch bagel!). If panera didn't hire such idiots and actually lowered their prices to "normal" for their sandwiches - I'd give them 5 stars. But the lack of competency of their employees and the small serving portions are BOLLOCKS. They forgot the bacon in my big kids grilled cheese sandwich today - how do you forget bacon when it's part of their recipes sandwich?! Ugh coming home with take out to that was a big let down (I almost drove the 20 minutes back) considering I LOVE panera bread.
