I stopped by today to pick up my birthday reward pastry. I chose the chocolate croissant because it looked delicious, and indeed it was! Service was friendly and fast. I noticed a bunch of people sitting inside and working on their laptops while enjoying their meals.

It's fine for takeout. I would recommend ordering ahead online ahead of time. If you try to order in person, it takes quite a while because they actually tend to be backed up with their online orders. It's a standard Panera Menu. The restaurant is a little bleak so not the greatest place to hang out but they do have wifi. Overall, as I said, I would come again but takeout only.

I eat at this Panera every once in a while and I'm never quite blown away by their offerings. Salads and sandwiches are, for the most part "ok." I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich today and the avocado was brown. Coffee was somewhat watery. The upsides are that service was quick, seating is plentiful, and they have wifi so there were many people there working on laptops. Oh you can also place your own order from a kiosk if you prefer that to waiting on line to have a live person take your order. the benefit to ordering from the kiosk is you can see the ingredients in the food. their menus exclude descriptions.

Their online app makes it easy to order before getting there and picking up so you don't waste time waiting for food.

Each dish was packed with flavor. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, with a super crispy coating that stayed intact (always a good sign!). The masala fries were seasoned just right. When we ordered the paratha pulled beef roll, the staff gave us a heads-up that it was a bit spicy but it turned out to be really spicy, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat. The restaurant itself was well-maintained, and the staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.

Fast & friendly service, happy to answer any menu or cultural questions you may have. They also do have a prayer area on site. The space has a nice clean & modern look with darker tones & green accents, so it's oddly relaxing. They have an area with complimentary water, Yemonade (not a typo), & Masala fries. I didn't try the fries from there, cause while they do have tongs, I saw someone just pick some up by hand. I had the Smash burger, New Zealand lamb chops, & [ordered] Masala Fries (seasoned fries). All were very good and enjoyable. I would definitely come back. Grades: Smash Burger: A New Zealand Lamb Chops: A- Masala Fries: A

I was pleasantly…read moresurprised by the quality of the chicken, the softness of the slider buns, and the crispiness of the fries. I was offered "regular or spicy" sliders while ordering - I chose spicy. The flavor of the orange colored sauce was good (nothing to write home about) and the spice level was only a 2 out of 10 for me (it might as well have just been the regular sliders). I took my meal to-go, because the location itself doesn't have the greatest ambiance. It looks pretty cool - high ceilings, relatively clean surfaces and floors, bright orange paint around the ordering counter... But there wasn't any background music or TVs - so when you walk into a place that has zero customers dining-in and chatting, it's not the most inviting atmosphere. Overall, this is a cool spot with 1) extremely prompt service - I was inside for just under two minutes between ordering and taking my to-go bag of food 2) good quality halal chicken and 3) great pricing for a quick lunch or light dinner!

The taste of the turkey was really good. And the bread was soft and delicious. I do not think the spread was mayo. I think it was some special made Holy sauce. The chicken wrap I got was a plain crispy wrap not the spicy chicken. The meal comes with fries and a drink. The fries were made with something they gave them a very good crunchy taste. The menu is not bad. Good selection for many. The eating area is roomy where you will not feel like you sitting up under others. The staff was friendly and good timing with getting the food out I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. The real taste test comes when my future Yelp Grand daughter taste it.

The initial customer service was warm and welcoming, and we were seated promptly. However, once our food arrived, it felt like the service tapered off. No one checked in on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything or if everything was to our liking. A few table touches would have made the dining experience feel much more attentive. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were fresh and delicious, though I do think the portion size could be a bit larger for the $6.95 price. For our entrees, we both ordered the oxtail pho. It looked very appetizing when it arrived. I always like to take a sip of the broth before adding any condiments so I can appreciate its natural flavor. Unfortunately, the broth was very bland and lacked the rich, aromatic depth I expect from a good pho. It was disappointing because the presentation was excellent, but the broth ultimately fell short of expectations. Overall, the experience had a strong start with friendly service and prompt food delivery, but the lack of follow-up service and the underwhelming broth left me disappointed. With a more flavorful broth and more attentive service throughout the meal, this could be a much better dining experience.

They weren't busy at all and the staff member who approached me by the counter looked bored, yet she couldn't bother to answer a simple question and looked annoyed when I tried to ask for advice, with her only pointing to the menu. Sucks that automation is taking away jobs, but I felt deep in my heart for a moment that an AI could've treated me better. To think I worked at fast food once upon a time despite having a college degree during the financial crisis and worked much harder for only $7 an hour, and yeah even with inflation it's nowhere near the minimum wage now. Anyway, I did like the bit of kick in the batter of the chicken sandwich. I didn't like that you couldn't add extra pickles and frankly Popeye's has a better (and cheaper) crispier sandwich, which you can add a spicy sauce to. Oh yeah, looks like Bojangles also charge for sauce. Shouldn't at least one or two come per entree? Literally using the sauce to make your food taste better so we'll want to return, these are bizarre choices fast food chains are making these days. I can go to CFA for a better experience, and staff will seem friendlier and happier there. Even the Wendy's and BK next door have people who are at least chill (instead of downright cold) if not friendlier, which they are. At least the sauce cups are a good size though and I just paid it without a complaint. Still, so much for Southern hospitality! Mac & cheese was also very bland and generic, enough though I thought I read it was made with 4 types of cheese. I'll need to give their tenders and peach cobbler a try next time, but also noticed there was no way to order tenders without making it a combo. Not much of a first impression, what a shame!

Within a month of its grand opening the lines at Bojangles were insane, so waiting for some of the excitement to die down was definitely a good call. We visited for breakfast without really knowing what the menu consisted of and were surprised to see a good amount of patrons grabbing some early morning eats as well. We opted for the chicken biscuit (+ cheese) and the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Biscuits were fresh, fluffy and buttery, they definitely made the sandwich. Unlike other fast food chains you can watch the staff prepare biscuits fresh in front of you, surprisingly rolling the dough out and not premade from frozen! While the sausage wasn't anything special (just tasted like a standard fast food frozen sausage) the chicken was incredible. Crispy, expertly seasoned, I completely understand the hype behind this chain. The Bo Rounds, their version of hash browns, were amazing. Their iced cold brew and coffee were surprisingly good, not something you expect from a fast food place. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it does seem like a good chunk of the original Bojangles menu is missing. I've heard such great things about their fried chicken, but it looks like this location only sells chicken tenders. What a shame, but we will definitely be returning!
