I always like to take a sip of the broth before adding any condiments so I can appreciate its natural flavor. Unfortunately, the broth was very bland and lacked the rich, aromatic depth I expect from a good pho. While the sausage wasn't anything special (just tasted like a standard fast food frozen sausage) the chicken was incredible. Crispy, expertly seasoned, I completely understand the hype behind this chain. The Bo Rounds, their version of hash browns, were amazing. Their iced cold brew and coffee were surprisingly good, not something you expect from a fast food place. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it does seem like a good chunk of the original Bojangles menu is missing. I've heard such great things about their fried chicken, but it looks like this location only sells chicken tenders. What a shame, but we will definitely be returning!

Prices are great for the quality you're getting, which is consistently solid. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they're not cutting corners. Only improvements? I hope they bump up the size of the chicken a bit and sell the sauces in bigger sizes. I'd pay $3-$5 for a large size of the sauces. Lastly, just lower your prices for online DoorDash pick ups.
