Out of shrimp!! What the heck! You can't advertise it if you don't have it. Get all ready to have shrimp n they deny you. Come on!!

I've been here a few times and every single time there is trash everywhere. Last time I couldn't find one clean table and had to ask for a rag to wipe one off. It was slow too, not during any rushes. The people working behind the counter seemed bored and unhappy to be at work, not rude just miserable. Food was good as always though which is the reason this review isn't 1 star. read more

Since my last review, this location has gotten better. Food portions have increased AND quality of food has increased. I am no longer scared to order the broccoli cheddar soup. As mentioned before, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Food portions, food quality, and friendliness... 4 stars from me! read more

Worst location that I have been to. The girl at the counter looked like she was in the worst mood and was not friendly at all. I got the fontina grilled cheese and it was slopped together and all crooked. I know it's just Panera and my expectations can only be so high, but I hoped for something a bit more satisfying. read more

Tried to have dinner at this location and they were out of bread bowls. Unfortunately we had to wait in line for 12 minutes to find this out. They only had one employee up front to take orders and answer the phone. When we starting walking away the employee chased us and told us to call ahead next time to make sure they had bread bowls ... I hope she realizes how ridiculous that suggestion is. read more

Who stops serving breakfast sandwiches at 11:01 on a Sunday, is it that hard to cook the ingredients of a breakfast sandwich.....Bootleg, all good, togos thank you for the business read more

Oh my god! The Chicken Chipotle sandwich was off the hook!!!!! The service was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back to try some of the breakfast items. read more

A Panera with only 2 stars??? you betta believe it! They managed to char my breakfast bagel sandwhich.....CHARRED! the whole bottom half was burnt yet they ignored it, threw some sausage and cheese on top of it and handed it over probably hoping that I won't open it until AFTER I leave the restaurant....and yes service is long and expensive, but thats for all Panera locations, not just this one. read more

Every Time I visit this specific store, there's always something wrong. May it be my order itself, or this time, the lack there of. I visited the Pinole branch at 2/28/2015 at 7:59pm and ordered a large bowl of chicken noodle soup. I patiently waited for my order to be called for 20 MINUTES and when I approached the cook to ask how much longer i have to wait for a bowl of soup, he then informed me that my order isn't even on his order screen. WTF. It's already unacceptable to wait for 20 mins for a simple order and for it not be on the order screen the whole time?? What are the employees doing here?! Spoke to a manager in charge and he immediately made my order but offered no other resolutions. Got my soup at 8:20pm, however I asked for an apple and got a dinner roll instead. I give up. This place needs straightening up from its superiors. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! read more

My order was so wrong. They didn't mark any of my instructions down on the receipt. I asked for my apple to be cut up into my salad, and not the dried apples. Also asked for no tomatoes. There were tomatoes in my salad. I ordered half, but it looked like a side salad. Guess I get what I pay for, and for not checking before I left the restaurant. I got all the way to work when I realized it was all incorrect. No lunch today... read more

This has NOTHING to do with COVID...these guys are simply incompetent and it is beyond frustrating. Luckily there are other food options because this specific Penera is the worst! I have routine terrible customer experiences at the same Pinole location. When you order thru the app, often when you arrive to pick up the order, the staff will claim that items in the order are sold out. This has happend to me on 3 occasions. Most recently, the manager actually told me how sorry she was and she would put my order to the side for me to pick up later. Clearly she was just appeasing me at the time because she did not do as she said she would and once again, after I successfully placed my order on the app (with confirmation), when I arrived to pick up the order, they again claimed what I requested was sold out. Unacceptable... I will not be back and I will make certain to spread the word of how terrible Pinole, Ca. Penera is. read more

I came in with my girlfriend on 1/13/13. This place was packed with a line out the door, which I understand since it was a Sunday. There are 3 registers available for use and there was only one person working as a cashier. The line wasn't getting any shorter. Finally when I get to the front to order the food was way over priced. It cost me $27.00 for 2 sandwiches, smoothies. And 1 cookie. Not to mention the food was bite sized! The cookie was more filling then the sandwich. While we were waiting for our order we were given a device that glows and vibrates to let us know to come get our food. When we were called over our food wasn't ready but they kept assuring me it's almost done dont leave. I waited there nearly 10 mins. I thought the point of the device was to let you know your food is ready to avoid standing around.. Another thing, there menu doesn't give a description of what your ordering. It said "asiago roast beef" that's it. Am I expected to know what asiago means? Or does it mean anything? Regardless it was a roast beef sandwich drenched in horse radish. I can't stand horse radish! The only good thing about panera is their 1.25 bagels and even that seems a little pricy to me.You can bet I won't be going into a Panera anytime soon. read more

The menu didn't seen as big as the one in Fairfield. Me and my other half dined in 3/7/14 and noticed that the rear corner of the restaurant was infested with nats. So needless to say while I was trying to carry on a conversation while eating. I was continuously swatting them. Kind of annoying. Come on Pinole step your game up because I really do enjoy the food here. read more

Just got done eating here or should I say wasting my money and time. I order a lemonade that came in what appears a child size cup. The food was so bad I couldn't even force my self to eat it. I got a meat panini and there was maybe a piece or 2 of meat with the most nasty onion in the world on it. My girlfriend also said here sandwich was terrible. Glad we wasted $25 and I'm still hungery read more

This rating is only for their internet connection (everything else is good). Their internet connection is TERRIBLE. and it is not because there were a lot of people sharing. It's early morning on a holiday. I may be the only one here. It takes literally 6 minutes to load a page and eats 4% of your battery. I'd rather use up my mobile data and look up things without their connection. Irritating. read more

My friend and I came here for a quick breakfast before work. I had a mocha and pastry while my friend had a latte and a breakfast sandwich. The funny part was when my friend got her sandwich, it was cheese and bacon and no egg! The hilarious part was on my friend's receipt, it clearly says cheese, bacon, and egg sandwich! My friend was like what the hell?Regardless for my friend, this place is not bad really. Their soups are my favorite, especially French onion. read more

It's okay. Premium prices & small portions. I find it odd that the combo doesn't include a drink, but I usually drink water anyway. I will say that the quality of the food is excellent though, but I get a more filling sandwich for a better price at Togos (across the parking lot). read more

They never have bread bowls in all the times that I go there, no good soups this place sucks. The workers are cool though not their fault...

Ghetto. Extremely unprofessional staff, too many bodies, nobody working. A lot of chatting and lack of customer service. None of the machines seem to work. One employee was holding her shoes over the counter while troubleshooting broken machine while others heckled around her. I ordered a bakers dozen and they didn't know what that was. They also dropped a few of my bagels on the front counter as it spilled out of the bag, then put it in a second bag rather than replace it. Beware of this location... all Paneras are not created equal! Nothing like a bad experience to ruin your lunch. read more

I can not seem to get a complete order. My last 5 times have been missing at least 2to3 items every time I get the poppy seed salad. I don't get it. What is so hard to complete these orders. And when your out of an item, let us decide if we still want the order. Its not for you to decide for us. Come on people. I like the food alot, but really get pissed off when things are not in my order. read more

Its cute inside.Food is good as expected.Nice customer service. I had turkey flatbread with cream cheese and cranberry. $10 sandwhich and chips. Bouji' bakery manufactured type resturant. read more

We call this place dinner and a show because this is THE ratchet panera. All the staff constantly fights and are rude to eachother in front of customers arguing about training eachother. Arguing about who is doing their job. Arguing about who isn't the boss of who. Don't get me wrong the food is good when they don't run out of everything but the drama is pretty intense for a bread shop. read more

I was in bread heaven!!! We stopped here on our way back to Reno after a football game in Oakland. I ordered the Creamy Tomato soup in a bread bowl (when in bread heaven you order everything in bread!). The soup was served piping hot in a sourdough bread bowl with a side of bread - yep, a side of bread!! The soup was delicious and the bread in the bowl that soaked up the soup was insanely yummy. I happily left at the end of the meal extremely satisfied and in a slight bread coma. :) Will definitely go back!! read more

The kids that run the cashier are usually mentally impaired, thankfully they seem to be getting better but just as I have to leave the county again. IE: Like not leaving a customer mid sentence to go fix a problem with an order mistake. OMG please just focus and press the right button on the computer, no not that one... ugh. Good soups, and coffee and tea are unlimited, there thats all. Oh and the manager who checks the floor is seemingly nice, kinda fake nice but better to fake it than not, I guess.. read more

The best food love this place recommend family friends healthy variety of food gotta love it come one come all Panera the best

The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star review were the cashiers. The manager and the cooking staff are very kind and friendly. I LOVE PANERA, i have a rewards card and love just about everything on the menu. But the majority of the cashiers, are rude to the costumers, repeating or answering questions in a condescending tone. I think some of the staff need to adjust their attitude but other than that this is the place to eat, absolutely affordable foods that taste home made. read more

Good sandwiches and even better bread.. get a few loafers and put them in the freezer .. they freeze great. .

Minus the star! You guys suck! You over charge me for a sandwich. Then you guys gave kme half a sandwich with chips. It's not what I asked for. I had to drive back. Then they made me a whole sandwich. Got back to the car checked. They forgot my avocado this! 3 freakin trips to get it right!!! Btw, ciabatta bread is horrible & so is your sandwich! Should've stuck with Safeway! read more

Came here recently with my wife to get take out. I have had their french onion soup in the restaurant before and it is pretty good. I decide to get it to go and for me it was a mistake. Now, I am pretty finicky about my french onion soup, it is one of my favorites. The problem was the cheese. Normally it is baked or broiled but as take out that wouldn't really work. So they put it noble side for use later. But it just isn't the same without that crusty cheese on top. I also had the Italian sandwich and it was pretty good. For these two items, I was just moderately pleased. Hence the three stars, for me they are also just better for staying in at least for the stuff I like. read more

Updating based on the fact I like the food & the freebies with the panera club. I don't frequent the rapid-to-go as much, but most definitely just order at the front. read more

I only came here in the past because I had gift cards. Expensive considering I get the same half sandwich every time and only once did it actually have enough content inside. The Thai salad is usually good, though. The smoothies taste like McDonald's smoothies. The first two times here my order was wrong. So unless you have a gift card or want to pay $12-20 for a small meal, I wouldn't recommend going to Panera (especially to this particular location). read more

This was second time here. I wanted to take my little sister since I had been telling her about it but she had never been. The cashier was very nice and recommend somethings but we decided to do the pick 2 deal. We got our food in a timely fashion but they forgot the bacon on both of our orders and they both had bacon in the name no problem they fixed it right away and said sorry. We finished eating and left we came in a little after 7 which was not good since all the good stuff was gone no cookies what is what i wanted. read more

Service was slow. I was waiting for someone to help me and no one acknowledged my presence for at least 5 minutes. Eye contact was avoided while they were doing whatever they were doing before they could help me. I asked for the yogurt parfait and the lady says "we don't have parfaits." Well that's strange, because the menu board clearly shows yogurt parfait and even a picture of it. read more

I eat here may be once or twice a week. I usually get their salads and sandwiches. Food quality is good. You order and wait inside for your name to be called or the buzzer will vibrate to let you know when food is ready. Their tomato soup is especially good. Great place to have a good meal under 10 bucks. read more

Overpriced tasteless food. Their only redeeming quality is the broccoli cheddar soup. They have improved a bit with their bread not being so hard, but for that price, I would rather go somewhere else. The location is nice with indoor/outdoor seating. read more

They're bread bowl soups are good. It would be nice if they served soups in the morning, but they dont. Theu are kind of expensive here also. read more

I love their pick two options. I always get the salad and their flat breads. Their coffee is so good too. The restaurant needs a bit of tidying, a lot of crumbs on the floor, etc. It's location is very convenient since Target is just right across, petsmart, TJMAXX and more. Their chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese and coffee for a snack? To die for! Make sure to sign up with their preferred customer rewards program if you plan on going multiple times, because they give u freebies. read more

Three different people at two different times were so helpful. Stephanie on 11/25 helped me make a special order and was very helpful. Today, 11/26, at 9:39, a really nice young man took my order and when he saw they were busy in back, he made my coffee and brought it out to me. I wish I knew his name because he deserves a big kudos! Then to top it off, Karla who was there on both occasions showed me some wonderful new pastries that were wonderful. Everybody was so thoughtful and kind!!! Thank you all!!! read more
