Haven't been to a Panera for a long time. Got a you pick 2 tomato soup & Mac and cheese. Still good as I remember it. The staff are nice and they have a nice size dining area that also has an outdoor patio you can eat too. They weren't that busy, you can order with cashier, kiosk or online. The dining area is nice and clean. The food is a little pricey, but there are some fave items I like. It's a nice place to go if you want to get a combo with soup, sandwich, or salad.

Wow! Haven't been here in over a year or two. Had lunch today and everything was great. Had the autumn salad and autumn soup. They were truly delicious! As good as my pic looks. Salad had arugula and flavorful chicken and more. Place is super clean from doors to tables. Guy at the register (Tim?) super hospitable as well as floor team and guy at the pickup Window. Also food served in ceramic bowls with actual silverware. Warm room nice music nice art work. I'll be back!

I've never been to Panera before today. I ordered the "Italian steak sandwich " and it was delicious. I ordered through the app and I wish that this location had signage telling folks who ordered on the app where to pickup the order. Luckily another customer went to the back and asked which was where you wouldn't have never guessed. Also it was sad that I waited a few minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. This would have save everyone time. Okay back to the sandwich it was delicious with plenty of steak and I customize my order to not add basil and my order was accurate.

I stopped by this location for a quick lunch. It's pretty spacious here. I ordered from the kiosk and picked up my order from the counter. I really enjoyed Ciabatta Cheesesteak. The bread was crispy but soft. Mexican street corn chowder was also delicious. I usually create my own from "you pick two." This might be my favorite combo! I enjoyed stopping by this location and will be back!

My all-time favorite Panera location they're always friendly. The food is always fresh and as ordered the weight is never long. The ambience is cozy, comfortable and welcoming.

WTH, is going on with this location today??? The restaurant was not busy. I had to repeat my order three times and was not asking for anything special. But somehow she was not paying attention, perhaps this is not a job for her. When I got my order, I asked for more salad dressing and instead of "no problem", both workers said "we already put in two scoops". The biggest problem was that a piece of "PLASTIC" was mixed inside the salad. I took it back to them. They remade the salad, but I lost my appetite by then. I understand that anyone can make mistakes, but when it's started from the front of the house all the way to the back on the same day, it's awful. More training is needed here.

My husband loved the smoked bbq chicken sandwhich. Staff are very freindly and helpful. Very clean place and the location was perfect closed to Target and more store. We order to go .

The last time I review Panera Bread I mention they did not have wifi. I been having my breakfast at Panera daily and I been using their wifi to watch the morning news on my IPad/tablet. I been ordering my food through the Panera app ahead of time and when I arrive to Panera my food is already done for me to pick up. I got to admit that their service gotten a lot better than before, There has been times when I arrive to pick up my food I have to inform them that I order a drink as well. Panera has not given me an attitude when I inform them that they forget to give me my cup. Plenty of seating inside and outside of Panera Bread. I love how you can eat indoor or outside and they manage to keep the tables clean once a person leaves. They surely keep people happy and make sure tables are prepared when you want to sit down. Keep up the good work Panera Bread

We joined the Panera Sip Club months ago, mainly for our road trip that we started two weeks ago. We enjoyed the sip club in Las Vegas for a month before we left. Since we've been on this road trip we've visited five or six Paneras so far and every one of them, including this one, has been great! We order from the app on our way and then pick up our cup inside. This Panera was busy, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the staff was great!

Every single dish is amazing, and even though I've developed my go-to staples, there's always something new worth trying. Favorites include the sum woo sen (clear bean thread noodle salad) and the stir-fried eggplant, but honestly, there are so many standout dishes that it's hard to narrow it down. Beyond the food, what really makes this restaurant special is the people behind it. The owner is incredibly friendly, humble, and clearly works nonstop day and night to make sure everything is just right. His wife, the chef, consistently turns out flavorful, thoughtful dishes that you can tell are made with care and pride. They're also very clean and did I say friendly? They make you feel like family or a friend. I also work for a company that regularly orders from here, and we're far from the only ones. Large companies like Chevron, Bio-Rad, Kaiser, and many others frequently order as well. Even more impressive, although the restaurant is located in Richmond, companies in Daly City and other cities 20+ miles away go out of their way to order from here. That alone says a lot. This is a small, lovely Thai restaurant that is truly doing its thing by earning loyal customers, making waves well beyond its neighborhood, and absolutely deserving of the praise it gets. Highly recommended. David and wife, you guys rock! The food, service and friendliness totally satisfies every single time.

Every dish I've had has been thoughtful, balanced, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the people here are genuinely wonderful- pleasant, attentive, and kind in a way that feels authentic, not performative. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for how welcome you feel. An outstanding family restaurant.

Love seeing this spot so lively! Both visits were for apps and sips, but I did notice they added more dishes and variety to the menu for lunch/dinner options. Friendly service, fun atmosphere, and also different rooms within the space pending what your feeling ~ the bar area for drinks/apps, the restaurant space if wanting to truly sit down and have that type of intimate environment too. The Pear Salad has always been my go-to, and happy it's still on the menu. Chopped lettuce, gorgonzola crumbles, candied walnuts, champagne vinaigrette, and pear slices. I also enjoyed the Cheese Please for sharing, which comes with toast, three different cheeses, dried cranberries, pears, candied walnuts, and olives. Can you sense the pear theme? We were heading to a play at the Pinole Community Playhouse (walkable & across the street), but check out Pear Street's fun happy hours, events, and weekly specials. One of our party members ordered the Rum Punch. It was overly sweet. Another ordered a drink that was not great at all, sent it back.. only to be told that they do not take back drinks, but made an exception that time. However, if the drink is made wrong or disgusting.. there shouod be understanding around that. We ordered the bottomless Mimosas. It seemed like it was difficult to get a grenadine on the side because I had to constantly ask for it. We had to talk to the manager because our waitress was not consistent with the pouring of bottomless. We lost about 30 to 45 mins of time because of it. The manager understood and granted us more time. I also did not like that fact that our finished plate sat on the table way longer than what they should have. Maybe the waiter was overwhelmed or overworked.

Hidden gem in El Sobrante that serves up some of the best Laotian and Thai food in the Bay Area…read more Every time we visit, must-orders are the Nam Khao (crispy rice ball salad with fermented pork sausage and fresh herbs) and Ka Soy (Laotian noodle soup). If you see Nam Khao on the menu of a Laotian/Thai restaurant, that means they know what they are doing just because it's so labor-intensive to make a salad(!) and the fermented pork has to be damn-near perfect for this salad to really shine and round out the fresh herbs and seasonings which includes lime juice, vinegar, and fish sauce. Ka Soy (the noodle soup) is a comfort food enjoyed in Southeast Asia. It's not the Thai-style where it's a curry broth and the noodles are fried, so let's not get it mixed up. Instead, it's bone broth that been simmered for hours and it's somewhat a lighter broth. The noodles are wide rice noodles in a big bowl of hot broth served with a mixture of ground pork cooked down with tomatoes along with fresh bean sprouts, scallions, and cilantro - simply a divine noodle soup that a must-try. It's not overly complex in terms of flavor, but it's a bowl of good ol' noodle soup that is comforting and great-tasting. If you haven't tried Laotian food, give Sue's Kitchen a try. try some new flavors and you may just become a regular (if you aren't already). The owners are friendly too! It's a husband-and-wife team!
