Haven't been to a Panera for a long time. Got a you pick 2 tomato soup & Mac and cheese. Still good as I remember it. The staff are nice and they have a nice size dining area that also has an outdoor patio you can eat too. They weren't that busy, you can order with cashier, kiosk or online. The dining area is nice and clean. The food is a little pricey, but there are some fave items I like. It's a nice place to go if you want to get a combo with soup, sandwich, or salad. read more

Wow! Haven't been here in over a year or two. Had lunch today and everything was great. Had the autumn salad and autumn soup. They were truly delicious! As good as my pic looks. Salad had arugula and flavorful chicken and more. Place is super clean from doors to tables. Guy at the register (Tim?) super hospitable as well as floor team and guy at the pickup Window. I ordered through the app and I wish that this location had signage telling folks who ordered on the app where to pickup the order. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a restaurant. Exterior full of trash. Inside totally unkempt; they never wipe down tables. Lazy managers with blue hair need to wake up from zombie mode, while GM should stop partying and howling with staff. But somehow she was not paying attention, perhaps this is not a job for her. When I got my order, I asked for more salad dressing and instead of "no problem", both workers said "we already put in two scoops". The biggest problem was that a piece of "PLASTIC" was mixed inside the salad. I took it back to them. They remade the salad, but I lost my appetite by then. The last time I review Panera Bread I mention they did not have wifi. I been having my breakfast at Panera daily and I been using their wifi to watch the morning news on my IPad/tablet. I been ordering my food through the Panera app ahead of time and when I arrive to Panera my food is already done for me to pick up. I got to admit that their service gotten a lot better than before, There has been times when I arrive to pick up my food I have to inform them that I order a drink as well. Panera has not given me an attitude when I inform them that they forget to give me my cup. Plenty of seating inside and outside of Panera Bread. We joined the Panera Sip Club months ago, mainly for our road trip that we started two weeks ago. We enjoyed the sip club in Las Vegas for a month before we left. Since we've been on this road trip we've visited five or six Paneras so far and every one of them, including this one, has been great! We stopped by this Panera for the first time for dinner the other night. The line at the front counter was quite long, but thankfully no one was using the self-service kiosks so we were able to place our order without a long wait. They don't do a great job of wiping down the tables here, but at least we didn't see mountains of dirty trays and dishes at the bins like some other locations. The staff that we interacted with were friendly, but this location seems to be out of a lot of items. When my wife attempted to order tea, they only had black tea available. And were completely out of green tea which she wanted, or any other variety for that matter. Their cold brewed tea selection was also slim, with only 3 options available when we visited; versus at least 5 options at other locations. And the other Yelper comments about this location making strange substitutions and missing ingredients on sandwiches is spot on. My wife's Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich had grilled chicken filets instead of sliced chicken bits. And was missing a variety of other ingredients as well. read more

I usually order a large salad (Green Goddess Chicken Cobb), and it's always been prepared well with fresh ingredients. Trying to go out to eat becomes harder and harder. We enjoy the food at Panera but the customer service at this location is terrible. Tonight we walked in, at least five employees saw us standing there waiting to place our orders. They were so busy gossiping, drinking, standing there and didn't bother to acknowledge our presence. A person came from the back and asked if we were ready and I said yes but I think they're on a break. Her comment back is that they weren't on break but they were multitasking. I guess running your mouth, drinking and standing is multitasking. She called one of them to come help but they ignored her as well. WOW - someone needs to lose their job. We don't mind having to wait but to be ignored is a different story. My money is better spent somewhere else - we left. It doesn't surprise me when I hear places are closing. I've been coming to this Panera for years and I kid you not, this location is always out of multiple ingredients, bread etc. It's honestly baffling and beyond frustrating. It never fails--if you come here you're likely to hear "sorry, we're out of that." The thing that really gets me is that no other location seems to have this problem. I've visited other locations during peak hours and they manage to keep everything stocked. Why is this location so different? How hard is it to keep basic ingredients on hand? It's been this way for years. I can't be the only one who feels put off by the lack of reliability. Restaurants should be able to provide what's on their menu, not leave customers scrambling to change their order last minute every time. I promise this will become your favorite thing at Panera. In season right now, they also have a cinnamon crunch latte. Recently my family and I decided to visit Panera Bread. I hadn't been there in a while. I walked up and the young lady at the register didn't smile or greet me she literally just stood there and looked at me. So I simply greeted her by smiling and saying hello. She did say hi back but to be fair she did ask for my phone number and said that I had 10.00 to go towards my order. That was fantastic so I said to myself maybe she's having an off night. Now, one of my neices had a bad experience here in the past so she ordered somewhere else near by. But my last visit a while ago was great so I still wanted to grab something since we were there already. Now we're waiting for our food. It was a young man there calling names as the food was ready but he had to take a break. My other niece got her food and left. Now It's going on 20 minutes and we're still waiting so the woman making the food put a bag on the counter not saying a word. So about 3 minutes later I decided to check the name on the bag and it was our food. She still never said anything she just watched me take the bag. As the Duke of Panera, I dub thee 5 stars. I have the unlimited coffee membership thing and was in the area so I decided to stop by to get some at 7:43 PM on a Thursday. It's raining sideways at the moment and cold. The website wouldn't let me order coffee as they're out, but it let me order iced coffee so that's what I did. I went inside and asked if I could get that iced coffee but with no ice. Lady asked the manager and unfortunately they're out of coffee entirely. But they were nice enough to ask me if I wanted espresso instead. In my head I went f yeah! Out loud I said oh sure, yes please and thank you! This review is for their dining area and their service. This place needs big time refurbishment in terms of their dining area. Back when I lived in Hercules, sometimes we would go here for dinner and some tables would be not clean at all. And then, there was a time from a year I don't recall when I went to get dinner here with my parents, and the pastries and bagels were cleared out, meaning they were all out. When we tried to order our food, an employee said almost everything on the menu was sold out, save two different soups and macaroni and cheese. So when we ordered, we just got two broccoli cheddar soups for my sisters cause everything else was gone. And to make matters worse, I remember it was only 7 pm and not even close to closing time.
