    They don't monior the levels in their coffee urns. Customers must find a staff member, and then cool their heels until a new batch is brewed.

    Surprised to see a Panera Bread with a drive-thru. Everything went very well with my experience. The drive-thru was busy but quick. And my breakfast just the way I wanted it. I really liked the packaging. Specially the wrapping for sandwiches, it's the best one I've seen in a drive-thru. It has a pocket so you don't have to worry about making a mess in your car. I also appreciate the fact that they were able to give me a piece of their coffee cake even though it's only sold as a whole through the app. With "the new normal", knowing that Panera Bread has a drive-thru will keep me coming back!

    I gave this Panera location several chances before writing this review. I've been working in Sussex, and I stay at a hotel nearby. I like to use the Panera app to order breakfast for Rapid Pickup on my way to work. On my very first visit here a month or so ago my breakfast sandwich had been really good. But since then the service and food has really gone downhill. I use Rapid Pickup at other locations and my food is always ready and waiting, with my name on the outside of the bag, on the Rapid Pickup rack at the scheduled time. Usually the time given is five or six minutes after I order. Well- this location doesn't understand how Rapid Pickup works. And they also don't understand how to prepare a hot, fresh breakfast sandwich. I love the over-easy egg breakfast sandwiches, and usually I order an egg and white cheddar on brioche bun. The first time I ordered from here my bag wasn't on the pickup rack at the stated time, so I hung around for awhile. Finally an employee noticed me and asked what I had ordered, and when I told her she pointed to a bag sitting on the counter. No name on the outside, and it wasn't on the Rapid Pickup rack so I wouldn't have known it was my order, even if I had seen the bag. Apparently it had been sitting for awhile because it wasn't hot and didn't taste fresh. I gave them another chance the very next day, figuring maybe that had just had a bad morning. This time when I didn't see my bag on the rack I knew to look on the counter, and sure enough, there it was, and it even had my name on the outside like it was supposed to. Unfortunately this sandwich was a mess! When I got in my car and opened the box it was full of liquid egg yolk, the yolk had spread in the box and some spilled out the seat of my rental car when I opened it. Check out the photo of this egg! Well, I really love Panera so I gave them another opportunity. The very next morning i ordered the same sandwich and i looked both in the rack and on the counter, no bags. I waited a few minutes and an employee set two bags on the counter. He didn't say a word to me even though I was standing there waiting. No names on either bag, and by now a couple other customers were also waiting for orders. Finally we started looking inside the bags to find out which bag belonged to each customer. Neither was mine, but a few minutes later an employee asked if I was waiting for an egg and cheese, and then she handed me my bag. This sandwich was hot and fresh, a really tasty breakfast. It hadn't been ready at the scheduled time, but it was a good sandwich. Encouraged by the relative success of my last visit, a couple weeks later I returned to this Panera. Again I ordered on the app and went inside to pick up. This time I barely glanced at the Rapid Pickup rack since I didn't really expect to see my bag there. I went to stand in front of the counter and there were three or four other customers standing there waiting. There were several bags on the counter, one bag had a receipt on the outside and the others did not. No employees were around so finally we started peaking into the bags to identify what was inside. A few people found their orders, mine was not among them. Finally after several more minutes another bag was set on the counter, and this one was mine. It had taken more than twice as long as the time stated on the app to get my food. I grabbed my bag and got in my car. When I took my sandwich out I noticed that the bun was very over toasted, it was dry with burn marks. The cheese wasn't melted and the egg was cold. Cold as in chilled, like it had been cooked and set in the refrigerator? That was my last visit to this location. I gave this Panera several opportunities, but I will just have to find another restaurant for breakfast.

    Come on - if you are making a sandwich and see a huge hole on the bread - DON'T USE THAT SLICE! For as much as they charge for a sandwich, you'd think you would get the whole slice.

    Asked for no cheese on my sandwich and it shows up with cheese. It was corrected but an employee had to come back out to make sure what kind of bagel I wanted. I wasn't even offered the free treat as stated on the receipt for the mistake. For a company that's on the expensive side, they acted like we don't make mistakes. Guess I should dare ask if I still get the treat or not. Update on 09/14/17 I was hoping that lid location improved since my last visit. The only improvement was the accuracy of my food that came out. As far as the employees are concerned. They need improvement in my opinion. Most came across as unfriendly and " don't bother me attitude because I got better things to do ".

    I do wish it has wrap. It did in past but no longer Sometimes this place is cold so make sure I have a jacket or sweater
