    Tuna Salad Sandwich

Just paid $20.00 for a "you pick 2" and this is my sandwich. All bread and lettuce, with a thin layer of tuna. They serve this sandwich on bread that is more like a bagel. So disappointed, used to love Panera. I understand that times are tough right now, but, if I am paying for a tuna sandwich, there should be tuna on it. So, I basically paid $20 for a lemonade because that was all I ate.

    Pickle and chicken sandwich

Worst Managment!!! I made a breakfast order today and instead of a sausage egg and cheese they gave me a chicken sandwich with fried pickles on it. No biggie, mistakes happen. I call the store and explain what happened and asked can you refund me for the sandwich. The girls reply was to come back and they can fix it. I said I can't, I'm on my way to work. She says okay yeah, come through the drive through and hangs up. I call back and get the same girl (Lily) I said I think you miss understood me. I can't come back today and just want a refund and she says oh can you come back tomorrow. I said no I would like a refund. She says I need to come back to the store to process the refund. I inform her that I paid with Apple Pay over the app. And she tells me she can't refund me. I ask to speak to the manager and she calls the manager over. Here is the kicker. Lily never put the phone on mute and I can her the manager in the back ground saying that they don't serve a chicken and pickle sandwich. And she doesn't understand what is wrong with my order and there is nothing wrong with my order. She tells her to tell me that they don't make that sandwich. They go back and forth and the manager tells her to tell me "have a nice day" and hang up. You would think a manager would have just takes the call and fixed this issue. I finally got Lily to give her the phone and she rudely tells me that they don't even have that sandwich. I tell her that before talking sh*t about a customer they should at least mute the phone. They ended up refunding the whole order by canceling it in their system. This process took about 15 minutes. Do better Panera. All I wanted is my money back for the item I didn't receive. Oh and if you are the manager take a look at the photos, of the sandwich you don't make

I go toPanera because it is reliable good food. Their prices are good and I walk away feeling as though I got my money's worth. That was not the case tonight at the Panera in Pembroke. We ordered sandwiches and my choice was the classic grill cheese but I added tomato and avocado which cost an additional $3. The sandwich was not grilled; perhaps it was warmed in a microwave to melt the cheese. (That's my guess as there was no grill marks anywhere.) There was a thin slice of tomato, one small slice of avocado and one slice of cheese. I took a photo but there doesn't seem to be any place to post a photo here. I'm not sure what happened to the reliable Panera but it was not there for me tonight. rose

The food at the Pembroke Panera is delicious and the staff are very friendly. With the outdoor seating it's a nice stop for a quick tasty meal. The Art Deco design is a little odd for a restaurant today, but doesn't detract. The other locations I've been to usually have a fireplace which is nice in the cold weather.

No sausage on both breakfast sandwiches we ordered. Pics are what I order and the very sad sandwich I received. Just go to Dunkies.

The food was fresh, locally sourced, and they had plenty of healthy options to choose from. They also had live music, and the performer was fantastic. The whole place has such a cozy, homey vibe, and I loved seeing the pride decorations, it made the space feel even more welcoming. This is definitely one of those spots that deserves a lot more attention! Great services as well!

But, I am glad to have gone here with my friend. The food is fresh, and local. Similar to a farm to table experience. These are my takeaways: Service: Could've been better and with a smile, but in the end it all worked out and we were happy so that is all that matters. Sometimes the way you walk in (energy of the restaurant), does not affect the way you walk out (overall experience). Food: Dollar Oysters were the best and you can't beat the price on a Friday evening. Plus they were from Duxbury so it was well worth it. Farm burger was amazing and definitely order it with the truffle fries for sure. Although my friend did not like the Quail egg but that was her so every one is different. I loved my Lemon Chicken, I ate the whole thing. It was a thin piece of chicken with potatoes but the sauce with the capers really did it for me. I wanted to dip everything into the sauce. It was delish! Drinks/Wine: They have a good wine list too. I liked both the Chenin Blanc and the White Blend. My friend ordered the Smoking Rita which she liked (but without the Mezcal. They also make a good espresso martini too. This paired nicely with our Bread Pudding. Dessert: Here is where the place shined as well. Because the bread pudding was amazing and so flavorful and decadent. We both shared it and it was plenty. Really great and fun place to check out. Ryan our bartender was very friendly and suggested all the good items on the menu. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. During our visit, I witnessed the owner loudly reprimanding children and their parents for typical child behavior. Additionally, our order was not fulfilled; the steak and cheese egg rolls were unappetizing and resembled a processed paste, and the side salad was simply a mix of greens with ranch dressing, despite my request for balsamic vinaigrette. Furthermore, the owner's aggressive demeanor was alarming. He followed me outside, questioning where I worked and suggesting that I should endure the same treatment. This incident escalated to the point where he demanded $400 for wall damages that were nonexistent, as there was no visible marker on the walls -DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DRY ERASE MARKERS. or because the child wrote her name so small that even if it was permanent marker, you would never be able to see it, but they were doing something wrong and we did have a conversation with them. After they stopped crying because you screamed in their faces While I understand that children should not write on walls ( even though looks like you can and has markers on them), the response from the owner was excessive and disproportionate. I believe that a more professional approach, such as a polite reminder about the rules, would have sufficed. This experience is disappointing, especially since we had previously recommended your establishment to others and enjoyed our visits. For families seeking a positive environment, I suggest considering alternative venues, as our experience did not reflect the welcoming atmosphere promised. .
