We stopped in while visiting family and needed a quick, kid-friendly spot before a long drive home--Anthony's was perfect. Huge pizza slices (seriously, massive) made it easy for everyone to get what they wanted, especially with separate checks. Whether you're dining in or grabbing to go, it's fast, casual, and hits the spot. Solid choice for families, groups, or anyone just craving good pizza without the fuss. read more

I had to try the biggest slice as I have heard how delicious it was. From the friendly cashier explaining each slice was so helpful! Oh my gosh! I got two slices of hot honey roni ricotta and I am blown away. I spoke to the owner who I think is Anthony himself, and this is a family recipe for over 50years! Keep it up Anthony's! I'll be back soon! read more

Cashier was extremely rude, told me it would take about 3 minutes for my order to be ready. About 10 minutes later I asked if she had an estimate and she told me I had to wait because they were busy and that I was being rude, when all I did was to ask her about the time. If you don't know how long it will take, just say "I'm not sure, at least 10 minutes, but it can take longer", do not say 3 minutes if it's going to take you 15. read more

We decided to give Anthony's a try after hearing good things. We ordered by phone and referenced their online menu. When we got there the total was $18 more than what we expected and what their online menu reflected. When asked about the difference, they said they couldn't update their website and they had a price increase. Not only is that a 50% increase on the two items we ordered, but it's also against the MA state pricing law. To add insult to injury, our food took x2 the estimated wait and it was not good. read more

Rock solid chicken cordon bleu sub. Lot of haters but in a pinch I stopped in and the sub was real good. A good sub roll plus ample toppings made for a great quick meal. read more

Everything about this place is fantastic from the food quality to the friendly attentive staff. Just had the chicken salad sub and it was perfect. Each of my visits I have ordered something different and it's always great. The prices are perfectly in line with the quality of food and experience. Nice job and great place!! read more

Fantastic food and service. Family run restaurant and they genuinely seem to care about the product they put out.

First time here. Place is very clean. Friendly and polite staff. Got a large tuna sub. Generous portions and excellent sub roll. Highly recommend! read more

Good gyro's and done correctly- I know since I'm Greek. But expensive. Pizza is just ok, I like Mama Mia in Hanover better -they have best dough. read more

I've been here twice and absolutely love it. The first time I ordered a cheese pizza, fries, and a chicken Caesar salad wrap. Great experience! Service was friendly, food was cooked fresh and the building was clean. Last night I ordered take out; I ordered a slice of pizza, spicy fries, and a Turkey BLT wrap. Food tasted great, the portions were big, and the price was very reasonable. read more

Place is the best. John and Perry run a great shop. All options are great, pizza to the subs. Always timely and fresh. Go in for a good dinner or lunch, you will be pleased! read more

Pizza was ridiculously hot, so hot in fact I burned my mouth. Also I did not enjoy the grease running down my arm. The cheese tasted terrible and sounds like plastic. However, I enjoyed my time there and I rate their slice 8.5 read more

I have found since my initial review that my fiance and I are coming here more than other places that are in our rotation. I am big on consistency and Anthony's has had better consistency than it's local competitors. I still think the prices are fine and comparable to their competitors. This is has been one of the more consistently good places in 2018. We will be going back when they are back from their holiday. read more

Anthony's is a Greek pizza/sub place. They have Greek specialties like baklava and gyros. They seem more geared to the younger crowd. The gyros are made with fried pitas. But they get five stars because they sell chocolate-chip brownies from The Ice Cream Machine in Cumberland, RI. read more

Stratos Marinos - a view of the inside of the restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Marshfield, Massachusetts

I'd never been inside or eaten here before today but I drive by all the time. I noticed the place after they were renovated. It's clean and has plenty of tables. But the decor felt cold. I've heard it gets hot in here in the summer but being winter, I was freezing! There was no line and we ordered a buffalo chicken calzone. But take out was busy and we waited a lil while for our food to be made. The calzone was good but sadly, extra sauces cost 75 cents! It came with two. Their blue cheese seems worth it though! Yummy and huge chunks of cheese! I would like to come back and try the pizza. They also have lots of other sandwiches and desserts too. read more

Best pizza and sub spot! Been going there since I was in middle school. Delicious food and great people. Highly recommend!

This is the first sub shop I visited when I first moved to the USA twenty years ago and they set the bar for all sub shops since then. Best pizza, great subs and a fantastic staff that are efficient and friendly. read more

I've been to an Anthony's pizzeria in Medford and that one was awesome. The portions of the meals were huge and u got your moneys worth. Best pizzas hamburgers subs and galore cooked to perfection. But this Anthonys pizza is a fraud one compared to the 1 i used to go to in Medford! The subs are empty with barely any meat and cheese and they can't cook a handburger or pizza for nothing. read more

I've gotten subs from here twice in the last two weeks and BOTH times the bread was extremely dry & stale. Not acceptable.

called to order two pizzas for pickup. woman who takes order tells me $39 dollars. I looked at the menu online and it said a different price. I asked the woman taking my order and she rudely said "oh we will update it soon". so I placed my order husband went to pick up two large pizzas. One is a cheese. The other with two toppings. Both pizzas were smaller than a normal large pizza. Same woman gave my husband attitude when he asked why the menu online is not the price we were charged. Will not be ordering from this place again. read more

Best pizza in the town. Yummy! The house steak calasong is very good. Cheese and fixed veg with steak in side the big ravioli. My favorite pizza place. read more

I have been ordering lunch from here for over 4 years. Used to be my favorite salads. Not sure what happened. I got one today and it's about 1/4 of the chicken they use to give and the chicken was ice cold, certainly not fresh. The lettuce was watery. A few weeks ago I ordered a steak and cheese and the same thing. They cut the steak portion in half. Everyone needs to save time and money but this is not the way to do it! read more

Chicken bacon ranch pizza!! Literally the best pizza I have ever had. Super nice staff too!

So I really did use to love eating here, but about a year ago is when I noticed it going downhill. The prices are expensive and half the time I can't even finish a sub because how undercooked it is! I don't know why I bother going back, my mistake read more

Stratos Marinos - When you spend money on a sub and can't eat it because every piece of steak is moo-ing back at me.... - Pizza Near Me - Marshfield, Massachusetts

First of all, the correct website for Anthony's is http://www.anthonysmarshfield.com Second, the gyros were really great. The pizza, not so much which is why I'm rating Anthony's a 4. I prefer NY style pizza, and the crust tasted more like a lighter pie crust. The sauce was delicious though! Third, the place was very clean, spacious, and filled with delicious smells from the kitchen. Finally, the staff were all super friendly and prompt. I probably will not return for pizza, but I will be back for all the other reasons listed. read more

I stepped in to this place by mistake, but it was a good mistake. The staff was friendly and was helpful. I ordered the chicken ranchy which was basically chicken club lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing. The quality of the sub was fresh like the vegetables were bought that day and the chicken was crispy. I'm not going to lie. I can't wait to go there again to try some other sub read more

It's so good. I just feel so satisfied after eating here. I love the Ranchy sub, among other things. Recently renovated; glad they jumped on the opportunity to expand into the old abandoned office next door. Looks nice, though the chairs are loud. Otherwise I love it. And my husband thinks it's funny how I have a little girl crush on John (who I think is the owner). read more

Anthony's is literally the only good takeout near us. Good pizza, nice salads - awesome subs! Good bread and good pickles!

Their gyros are delicious! Fast and friendly service. Inexpensive food, and they have a ton of options too!

The food here is AMAZING! Our group had two super slice pizzas, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, baklava and homemade cookies! The ingredients are of high quality, the staff is SUPER nice & helpful and the establishment is tremendously clean and welcoming. We can't wait to go back! read more

I got a meatball sub and my partner got a parmesan sub and we combined them. Greatest idea ever! More importantly the subs were really good, the service was quick and they have a huge tv so I was appropriately distracted. The best part was the toasted bread. So key. The meatballs and chicken aren't gonna win any prizes but the sauce was great so the overall subs were delicious. My partner and I kind of have to eat on the go so the quick service was nice. They gave us lots of napkins and the wax paper around the subs was sturdy so no spills. The restaurant itself is very clean and nice looking. Only weird part was the three giant blank tv's in front of the store. Not sure why they were there. Overall very good food and good service. read more

We've ordered pizza and sub delivery several times. Everything is good. Tonight I ordered on my way home from work and decided to pick up. Given 25 minute estimate. It was really 45 mins for 2 cold tuna subs. Wouldn't have been such a big deal if I hadn't needed to listen to Newsmax screaming in the background on a giant TV that you could not get away from. Way to scare off customers! On the flip side, I tried their buffalo fries tonight and they are addictive. Guy who cashed me out was very friendly and apologized for the wait. read more

Good place to go if you like waiting 45 minutes for a $7 slice of pizza. Went here on a Friday afternoon and ordered. Couple slices of pepperoni pizza. I stood around for about 20 minutes until I finally said something to the women behind the counter. There was only 2 people cooking and my pizza order hadn't even been looked at yet. They need at minimum 3 people cooking with the amount of volume they were doing. I just got my money refunded and left. Absolute joke! read more
