I only asked for the dressing they didn't put lettuce or anything that they normally would put on an Italian sub as far as condiments they totally screwed up myself. I didn't realize it until I got home. I live in Marshfield I went to the store in Hanover. It was horrible. I can't believe they screwed it up. That bad. I paid full price. I don't know what else to say. It's may sound like not a big thing but when I go out and order a sub I expect to get all the condiments on the sub I don't expect to have to go home and put it together and especially when most of my condiments were missing well that's all I have to say I won't be going back

After our card was run, we discovered that there's a credit card fee. We had not seen it anywhere on the menu, bill, or table. Avocado is a $2 up-charge to your sandwich and it came brown, it was overripe. The coffees were good, but overpriced. It was $7 for a coffee with Samoa flavoring. That table is clearly not part of the dining room and more for people waiting for their to-go orders. My wife asked if we could get a table in the dining room which we had a reservation for and was told by the hostess it's over an hour wait. Why take a reservation and not actually prepare to have that table held at the time when the reservation is for? The hostess was rude and non apologetic at all. I ended up talking to "Larry" who worked there and he was telling me about their great deals on gas. I was unaware of their gas deals and who doesn't need a discount on their gas these days. I filled out a rewards card so I can start earning points towards discounted gas. There are many ways to earn discounts, too many to mention but if you live in the area, check it out! Also their coffee is GREAT and now it's only .99 cents for any size coffee. Their coffee is freshly brewed when you push the button for your hot coffee, so it's super fresh. Any time I stop in here, every employee is beyond nice - you don't get that everywhere but you do at Irving. If I had my phone in with me, I would have taken photos of the fun event they were having. A country radio station was there too and I filled out a form to win Tim McGraw tickets!! Keeping my fingers crossed :)
