I rarely write restaurant reviews -- in fact, this may be my first -- but Aaron at our local Hanover Cava absolutely deserves the recognition. We've had the pleasure of being served by Aaron on several visits, and every single time he brings the same warmth, friendliness, and genuine care. He's the kind of employee who makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a customer. What truly stood out was during our most recent visit, when I watched Aaron take the time to go table to table, personally checking in to make sure every guest was happy with their food and experience. That's not just good service -- that's exceptional hospitality. Cava is lucky to have him. I work in customer service myself, so I always try and give companies feedback (good and bad) when I feel it's needed, but after the experience my friends and I had at CAVA, I couldn't *not* share! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth by a man named Eddie. His energy was contagious, and he went above and beyond to make sure our orders were exactly what we wanted, as well as offering great suggestions. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. The food was SO. FRESH. Every ingredient tasted like it was just prepared. But that hummus? *Chef's kiss*. Everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to Eddie for delivering top-tier customer service that made this more than just a quick bite- it felt like a real experience. I often to go the Hanover CAVA on my lunch break, for both of my jobs, meaning I'm in there quite a bit. Today Will was an amazing help, incredibly kind and talkative. Eddie was also awesome, he was answering all of my grill questions and again just being super friendly. The management could be better, they just sort of police the workers and I can't remember ever seeing them help with bowls, and are pretty short with customers as well as staff. either way, all the regular staff has always been great with me, and my experience today was a reminder of why I love going there. I come here for my lunch break often. It's a positive friendly environment. Everyone here is caring, humble and pleasant-natured. Mama Edwina exudes a friendly and fun charisma and Eddie is not only my grill champion he's my chill champion too Also, it's about $13 and change if you get a regular bowl. Lamb / avocado is extra. You can get a cup for water and get a ton of food for $13 and change. Plus it always tastes fresh and good Keep doing what you all do! read more

I had such a great experience at Cava! The food was absolutely deliciou-- hands down the best falafel I've ever had. What really made my visit special was the service. Edwina went above and beyond to be kind accommodating to me and my younger brother. Her patience and warmth truly stood out and it made our meal even more enjoyable. Cava never disappoints, but the steak tips were next-level amazing! Perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor--every bite was delicious. The seasoning was just right, and they paired so well with the fresh sides. On top of the great food, the service was excellent. I love this Cava!!!! All the employees are so kind and helpful! Their service is so wonderful and they definitely make sure you have everything you need.
