Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a Onion Bagel
    Jessica B.

Oh I live for spots like this! A small, family-owned business where everything is fresh and homemade. The vibe is so warm and welcoming when you walk in. They are always supporting the community and donating $$ to local causes/charities. It's hard not to love and support a business like this. I usually order a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg & cheese) on an onion bagel or I get the onion bagel with one of their homemade spreads, like the bacon scallion cream cheese. I really like their coffee too. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and I love all of the ones I've tried so far. They also serve lunch which I'm looking forward to trying next! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great little award-winning cafe in South Weymouth with very personable staff. They have many breakfast and lunch sandwiches and a nice seating area in which to eat them. They're probably best known for their Irish soda bread, available all year long, not just St. Patrick's Day. This morning I tried a Finnish pastry that's sort of like a cinnamon roll without the cinnamon. It had a slight lemon nuance, and the dough was soft and light. I liked it because it was sweet, but not cloyingly so. The server recommended heating it in the microwave for 15/20 seconds, then cutting the pastry in half. Yummy--I'd definitely get it again.

It's quite nice inside. I have no idea what Irish Peas are, but u can buy cans of them, and you can buy a number of Irish goods from Ireland here. You can find a variety of baked goods, delicatessens, and many kinds of drinks. The decor is very nice, and it feels generally welcoming and comfortable. There's also several sanitary accommodations like sneeze shields, hand sanitizer, n other precautions if u look around to take notice. This place is actually a vintage location, n has roots in the culture of the 1800s, but has kept up with the times. Aside from a very Irish & New England vibe, it has a lot of Italian style Flavors & dishes, but very mid 20th Century American style that would typically appeal to Baby Boomers.

Ultimate Turkey on a Toasted Ciabatta Sandwich

Breakfast or lunch, Ma Reilly's is always delicious. Lately I've been getting the ultimate turkey on toasted ciabatta and it's all I want now! The cranberry sauce is the perfect taste and texture. Any of the pastries are also a great choice. Lemon bars and the coffee cake are my go to. Waiting to try a cinnamon bun!

Nice little place in Weymouth. Apple turnover was to die for, but raspberry lime rickey was lacking something.

Fourteen dollars for a pool of mayonnaise on a piece of soggy bread. Wow. This place used to be great when it was Dawn to Dusk.

Seems like they learned how to make it from someone and then taught their workers and that's why they have a good crispy fried chicken but other than that, they haven't bothered to perfect it with seasoning or care to make sure they have quality oil. Just being honest! The waffle fries were okay but for an extra 3.50$ I got like 8 fries... that again, were fried in like old tasting oil. The whole meal just felt very unhealthy lol regardless of it being unhealthy. You don't want to feel like garbage while eating it? You know what I mean? Haha. Also ordered the brownie sundae and I was honestly disappointed by the taste of this icecream... i don't know what it was but it just tasted like it had frost bite or something, the flavor was just off. I got moosetracks and Oreo as a base and really just didn't enjoy it. Aside from the actual food, the service was fine. They were nice. Charged me 1.99 as a mandatory delivery fee when ordering "pick-up" online.. that was weird. Seems like they're lowkey scamming people for a few extra coins but that racks up depending on how many people are ordering "pick-up" and picking up even though they're paying 4$ in taxes and the extra 2$ delivery fee. I'll attach a pic of the receipt for proof. That's like an extra 6-7$ they're making off people every order placed through their online portal. Last thing to mention, when picking up the order at the window the cashier placed my plastic spoon directly on the counter? lol. Ew? Why not hand it to me?? Or place it on a napkin. I can only imagine what else they're doing that's unsanitary in the back. All in all, won't be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone.

I was recommended this small cafe on TikTok for their tiramisu lattes (which those who know me know…read morethat I have an obsession with Tiramisu lattes). I ended up grabbing two lattes this morning and enjoying the winter ambiance of Weymouth. This cafe is located right next to a cinema, down the street from South Shore Hospital. For those who like to work from their laptop at cafes, this location is not a cafe where you can work from. This small storefront has very good latte, tea, and coffee options as well as a few food options such as breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and chaffles. For those who have celiac disease (like myself), this cafe does not have any gluten-free options - but don't let that stop you from trying one of their lattes or drink options. This morning I tried a tiramisu latte and a peanut butter latte. The tiramisu latte was very good and had a good balance of coffee and the flavoring. I would rate this latte an 8.5 out of 10 based on the appearance, flavor, and size. Regarding Tiramisu lattes, it was one of the better ones that I've tried. The peanut butter latte was also pretty good; however, I feel it could've had a little more coffee or peanut butter flavor. I felt as if it were like drinking almond milk after eating a peanut butter sandwich. I didn't really get the peanut butter flavor until after I was finishing the latte and got to the cold foam. Overall, this cafe was a cute find and would be amazing for a warm day if you planned on walking around Weymouth

They have some dry goods, some veggies, but their big thing seems to be the freezer in the corner, their raw meats, and the hot and cold food counter that caught my eye. They definitely have their fans, one of which took home their American Chop Suey and meatball sub, and was planning to drench it with more of their tasty sauce at home, that they already had from a previous visit. I went with their large Tom Turkey Sandwich for $10.95 (Thanksgiving sandwich) and paid at the register on the other side of the room. It was large indeed, and stuffed full. The only improvement would be if they'd have toasted the bread. Gotta remember to ask them to toast it before filling it, next time!
