Came here a few weeks after it opened. Ate around 10am on a Saturday and there were only 2 other people dining/studying inside. The place was clean and everything was pretty neat. There was no wait to order. The cashiers were friendly, but I didn't have much confidence in them to describe the menu options to me. They have a few kiosks that you can order your food on. I do not recommend the ham, cheese and egg power sandwich. It was served with toast and quite disappointing. Not at all powerful. I recommend the Cobblestone pastry - it's like a sticky bun with fruit. Also recommend signing up for a Panera card (it's free). You get a free cookie/pastry as a reward and they give you rewards every now and then after a certain amount of visits. The card is good if you go to Panera often. read more

I was super disappointed with my order here last week. I had stayed late at work, and decided to place a rapid order for dinner here. I chose the You Pick 2 and had the greek salad, with a cup of french onion soup. The salad seemed so skimpy compared to how it is usually served. And I am well aware it is a half size, but they definitely give you way more if dining in. As for the french onion soup, there was barely any melted cheese to be seen! I am a huge fan of Panera bread, well I was. I used to always go to Panera bread to study. This Panera bread only does take out. It is for high-volume food delivery. I used to always associate Panera bread with quality healthy food. After eating this Panera bread, it feels like decorated cafeteria food. All of the salads start to taste stale after a while. Best salad and you can go for in my opinion, is the cob chicken salad. Always remember that you can add more things on your salad using the application or the pay stand. This is the best way to get the most bang out of your buck. All of the sandwiches get boring after a while. I think the turkey avocado sandwich is the best or the Italian. I think the best item on their menu are the soups with a bread bowl. Avoid the French onion soup and go with one of the tomato-based ones, the vegetable, or the chicken noodle. I usually go to Panera for the pastries, the coffee, and the tea. Never go to Panera without a gift card or using a rewards card. Most other Panera's are better than this location , But sometimes this is the only option for healthy food. read more

I order from here often and have a great experience each time. My favorite is the online order via the app or he in store kiosk. The staff here is super helpful and accommodating and the food is tasty. I think that at times it can get pricey but it is a reliable lunch option. read more

Ok, so more than a couple of weeks have passed by since they opened their doors and the service and food quality have greatly increased. I knew it was just a matter of time. If you come here at lunch time, and I'm talking 12pm, expect to wait about 10 minutes or more to get your order. It doesn't matter if you order one bagel or a full blown meal, the wait is basically the same. You have the option to order ahead of time and come pick it up at the time you specify. I haven't tried this myself but seems like a great way to save some time. There is not a lot of room around the waiting for your food area so it can feel a little bit overwhelming. Also, paying at the self serve kiosk is a lot faster than standing at the regular line. I don't expect this place to die out much more than what it is now because most Paneras I have visited get pretty busy for lunch. read more

If you venture into this restaurant make sure you double and triple check your order. More often than not I get the wrong item, miss something in my order, or get an incompletely prepared salad--think chicken salad without chicken. Today, after more than a month evading it, I ordered a couple of sandwiches. Instead of one cheese and one tuna sandwich, I ended up with one and a half cheese sandwiches. After walking back from my office the manager was very courteous and apologetic, saying that they are training new employees (apparently constantly) and reimbursed my purchase. I rarely treat myself to lunch and usually brown-bag. However, in the past 6 months I've treated myself to a few occasional lunches. Unfortunately 5 out of 10 times the orders were wrong and not prepared either as I customized or all-together a different item. I always order the Rapid pick-up because it is quick and I so I don't have time to check the order there OR go back after I find the error at the office. A few times, I sent online feedback and 2x, I was given a gift-card to use to reimburse me for the errors. The 3rd time I complained, they didn't send me anything. Other than the inaccuracy in the orders, the food is fine. I usually get the pick 2 chicken noodle soup and the mediterranean salad with added turkey. read more

I eat a lot of salads and I love the Panera Salads. Unfortunately, this location consistently disappoints me by only giving a handful of lettuce which is what a salad mostly consists of. I have never felt so humiliated in my life by a group of employees. I asked for 8 greek dressings at the pickup counter the worker repeats " you want 8 dressings?" with a confused look on his face. I reply "yes 8" he turns around and tells someone else, "she said she wants 8 dressings" they start laughing and talking about me right in my face! Loud so that I can hear them. Then another worker says "yall loud" then another comes up and says "i can only give you 4" . I'm not sure what was funny. But the fact that they laughed and talked about me right in my face is disturbing. If there's a limit on dressings charge a fee. But what I experienced today should NEVER happen. On top of that, on my receipt it says "No Green Goddess Drs" and there were still 2 on top of my salad. So, should we be laughing at me wanting more dressing for my salad or that between however many employees were in the back laughing they STILL COULDN'T READ? Great service for a fast paced restaurant. Vincent ( I believe is the manager ) has this place rolling perfectly! My food took a little longer than usual but it's understandable, they had a lot of orders and being inside the hospital is also a reason. They've been open for 2 weeks only, the place looks clean and organized. Not sure if they have a bathroom, I didn't look for one, next time I'll order ahead. read more

I can say I am fairly qualified to review this location since I eat here between 5 and 15 times a week. Food wise this panera stacks up to all others. My personal favorite items are the broccoli cheddar soup (best item on the menu), Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and the Alfredo pasta, in that order. Service here is excellent, though it gets very busy between around lunch (11:45 to 1). Rapid pickup is the way to go regardless of when you order though. read more

I have always loved Panera bread. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for. This location no matter the time has great customer service and the employees do a great job of being courteous and accommodating. They are a part of Jackson Health food services (I think) but are much more polite than the employees at Pollo Tropical across the hall! read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with Panera, and mind you, I visit Panera at least 2x a week. I was in miami for the morning with my family & realized there was a Panera nearby. We always do rapid pick-up because it's just convenient for us, especially in a busy area like this. I went in to pick up my sisters order and my mom picked up her own. My mom went in for her food & realized there wasn't a cup of coffee she had ordered. Now I didn't expect them to put the coffee in the cup because that's not how it works. You have to put your own drink in the cup. Since it is a drink that comes in a cup, keep in mind this is RAPID PICK UP, which means you don't have time to get in line. Everything you order should be on the shelf (or at least that is common sense). At the panera locations in palm beach that we go to if you order a drink that isn't made behind the counter, the cup is in the bag on the rapid shelf order where you pick up your items. She went to the front to ask someone about her cup and why it was missing. The lady at the register RUDELY said "You have to come up here and ask for it yourself". Now I am baffled because again this is rapid pick up, meaning I am quickly coming in to grab my order off of the shelf. Getting in line or going to ask for a cup that is already paid for honestly defeats the purpose of rapid pick up. Not only was that a problem for the order but also she ordered a pumpkin muffin..... keep in mind, we went early in the morning when everything should be fresh. The muffin was stale, and greasy. It didn't even taste like pumpkin, it was bought for my 3 year old niece & she loves the pumpkin muffins from Panera & she isn't even a picky eater..... she didn't even want anymore after one bite. Also, my sister ordered a sandwich & drink, now by the way I didn't know exactly what she ordered yet but i was going in to pick it up for her. After I pick up her food and get to the car we start heading back up north to palm beach. When we're in the car settled in, she asked for her drink. I said "oh I didn't know you ordered one". Now again this goes back to me saying I have never went to a Panera where they DON'T put your cup in your bag except for this location. I'm not completely blaming panera for the drink not being there but we called the location to explain to the manager that we didn't get a drink with the meal. We asked for a refund just for the drink and the manager said "That you should've went to the front for a cup. I'm not giving a refund." Even after we explained what happened. Bottom line is we didn't get the drink, there should have been a refund. This is by far the worst Panera I have ever ate from, and I love this establishment. It really saddens me, about the experience we had with this location. Clearly this location doesn't know anything about rapid pick up & how it should work for customers. This Panera Bread is located in the Jackson Memorial Hospital Complex. Other nearby hospitals include the Miami VA, University of Miami hospitals and others. If you want to skip hospital cafeterias, this is a nice change. Good sandwiches and soups. Due to its location within the hospital complex, it gets very busy during lunch from the hospital staff but surprisingly the service is quick. Great sandwich bread and turkey. I generally love Panera, so it breaks my heart to write this review. This morning I went in and ordered an iced latte and a plain toasted bagel. As I was standing at the counter waiting for my order I witnessed an employee handling my bagel without gloves and say to her co-worker "is this a poppy seed bagel?" As it was coming out of the toaster. He co-worker replied "no, it's a plain bagel" and the girl handling my bagel proceeded to (with her bare hands) scrape burnt parts of the bagel with her disgusting fingernails, then threw the bagel in the bag and handed it to me. I quickly told her to re-make it for me, this time with gloves. Another employee stepped in wearing gloves and remade it for me. The entire time this was all happening, another employee was standing by the food prep area (with gloves on) texting on her cell phone- with the same gloves she handles food with!!!! These employees are disgusting and inconsiderate for the health and saftey of the customers purchasing food at this location.
