They're always busy but I'm assuming due to limited food options in the area, so make sure to order ahead for pick-up. Especially if you work in the area. If you also order ahead, you won't have to deal with the rude staff that work there. Not sure the hiring process is at this location, but by far the rudest Panera I've ever been to. If you wake up knowing you have to go to work and serve customers, don't be mad at us - be mad at yourself for making that choice. You shouldn't take it out on your customers with your horrible attitudes and lack of etiquette. read more

Every time I go here it's so incredibly busy, which is understandable because it's one of the very few places to eat on campus. The staff always seem frazzled. You're better off ordering at the kiosk vs at the register because at least you can confirm what you actually want instead of someone trying to guess and getting a complete surprise order on the other end. The gentleman who made my coffee did remake what I actually asked for. In a pinch it's fine, just set the bar incredibly low. There is so much room for improvement. read more

I really tried to give Panera bread a chance but when they kept getting my order and having an attitude about i, I was over it. This Panera is on the hospital campus I work at so it's convenient but the drinks are terrible in taste bland and watered down. My orders have been wrong 4 times and I got attitude from a server when ask if they can fix it, I asked for no egg and it had an egg on my sandwich, the server asked what you want me to do about it take the egg off you could do that. I asked for it to be remade without the egg, which took an additional 15 minutes so I spent 25 minutes waiting for my food thats very disappointing. Chic-fil-a is opening soon right next to them I will be taking my money to them I've never had a bad chic-fil-a experience. Your staff is on their phones, talking about personal matter, and when you say something about your order to leadership even they have an attitude. I pass this place every morning and rarely stop, but thanks to Manny from catering who I met in the elevator, I decided to try something new this morning. He recommended the Steak and Cheese croissant and what a great choice!!! Lightly toasted croissant with real shaved steak :), white cheese and an over easy egg. I'm enjoying my breakfast delight. I was used to the panera next to my house so I thought the service on this one would be as good. Very disappointing. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am nurse at Ryder Trauma Center and I came here to eat on my break. The person who took my order was very nice but the people in the back making the food are very disorganized. They sound like all they are doing is talking and your food is just sitting there waiting to be bagged and given. I waited over 30 minutes for half a salad. When I finally received it THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I never write reviews, but this place needs better employees and better management. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. If you know me, you know how much I love Panera. I love it even more now because of Briana!! I stroll in to hear her immediately greeting me by my name and starting my order before I even tell her what I want. (It's usually always the same thing.) Today, I asked Briana to surprise me and she surely did. I gave her two options and she chose the onion soup. It was delicious. My friend who's rarely ever been to Panera had the turkey chili which Briana also suggested and she LOVED it. Terrible service. I ordered two drinks today- one of them I ordered a little earlier in the day but didn't get a chance to pick it up because I got busy working in the hospital. I then ordered a second drink. When I went to go pick up the drink, both cups were still out on the counter with both receipts with my name as well. I walked away with both cups and one of the ladies working there followed me and accused me of stealing a cup. She walked away after I told her they were both mine, but I could still hear her yelling to other workers that I had stolen the cups and everyone in the Panera could hear. Busy location just outside of Jackson Hospital. I give it 4 stars because they do what they can. There are always lot of people here, as can be expected. The location is not very large, so seating is at a premium. The ordering process is efficient though, and as good as can be expected for the volume they must do. When you park in the large garage at Jackson and take the elevators down, Panera is just to your right. There is a large food court to the left. You walk in, wait in the short line to order, or use the automated kiosks. From there, you head around the corner and there is a large window where the orders come out. Unlike some locations, no one comes out to serve you here. Wait for your name to be called, find a seat, and enjoy. If you sit at the bar area along the window, there are lots of plugs for random electronics. If you go with a table, there probably wont be a plug near you. They have free wi-fi like all Panera restaurants. The food is done properly, the drinks are hot, and the bakery is fresh. If you find yourself at Jackson and need a Cafe Mocha and muffin, check out this Panera. read more

Food is consistently good. Occasionally they are out of things. Service is inconsistent and is sometimes efficient and sometimes not. The biggest annoyance is the non-customers that are allowed take up tables leaving nowhere to sit for paying customers. Constantly out of things, never get order right, portions are half of what other Panera's serve, and consistently full of attitude and snide remarks from the staff and managers. I could forgive being out of things and maybe mistakenly NEVER including the chicken in my chicken bowl. But the staff and managers are exceptionally rude and confrontational making this experience less than enjoyable. They bowls at this location are quite honestly pathetic. They tend to be less than half way full and have two chicken strips. If I were to transfer the contents it would fit in the same cup as the cup of soup. When receiving my order this time I checked because they so often mess it up and asked if they could just put a bit more rice because it was super empty, specially considering it's $10 for essentially rice. The lady got real rude real fast and told me no, that's how it comes. Fine, I asked for my money back and the kitchen people start making comments that it "doesn't come full" and that they aren't going to add anything. Again, not a big deal if they can't do anything - that's fine but give me my money back without the attitude. This kind of behavior and lack of service is the reason I refuse to order them for catering too. Constantly wrong and they refuse to be civil about it. A simple "I am sorry you're not satisfied, we'll issue a refund" would've been sufficient. Panera can keep their quarter cup of rice and two chicken strips. Not worth the hassle. read more

This Panera hasn't failed me since the very first time I've had it but maybe because of the familiar face. My food is always fresh and delicious and the cookies are oh so good but the breakfast bacon, egg white and cheese on brioche is out of this world. It's so good I actually did a remake, well attempted. The smoothies are really good too but a bit overpriced for the size. I would definitely have given this Panera five stars but the location, a hospital, is what brings this Panera down a notch it's always so much going on and you must park in the garage. I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger also for the price but overall I enjoy it. read more

Stopped by this location and was pleasantly surprised by the great service. The wait for the food wasn't too bad, despite the lunch rush. I definitely recommend the pick two so you can add some variety to your meal. I had a chicken soup and half a turkey sandwich and it was just the right portion for lunch. The plum ginger tea was also very refreshing. The employees and general manager were polite and friendly. I recommend checking them out if you're ever at Jackson. read more

We ordered in for a group of twenty. Planned ahead and our administrative assistant did so, two days ahead of time. She felt it was for thirty as there was so much extra food. Panera by far knows how to deliver better than anyone out there. First off they get into the details beautifully presented salads the serving pieces that they come in are clear as are the plates and cups. High quality they can handle the weight of the food that is going on them. As for me I had the Cesar salad, chocolate chunk cookie, kettle chips which is in individual serve Panerai label. Conveniently located on the medical campus for employees and patients. Very clean and friendly staff. You can order online and pick up in store or you can simply go in and place your order. My favorite is the broccoli cheddar on a bread bowl, tasted pretty good when I last ordered it. The sweets are also good and they have a good selection. Showed up at 2130, got my order at 2140, sat down, "lady" doing early clean up with a very bad attitude "advised me" she will be mopping/ cleaning very soon, and she wanted to let me know since she saw me sat down. She proceeded to let me know they do close at 10pm. She made it clear, I was going to inconvenience her if I sat down to eat the food I just ordered at the restaurant I just gave my business to. As I sat down and she walked away, I couldn't help to feel uncomfortable. As she is asked away she mumbled "I'm cleaning to go home, I'm done at 10" . I finished the sandwich and went to the cash register. The informed the person at the register I needed to speak with a manager. She a acknowledge my request and then asked why. I explained the situation and she mention that the employee I was referring to was constantly rude towards clients a and a repeat offender/ hard to work with. Finally Kayle? "The manager " came out and told me the employee mentioned she was going to clean at 10 to make me aware that the floor might be wet later, when they mop.. I was so happy to hear the whole time the issue with the disgruntled employee was that she was merely concern wIrh my safety. Lol. I asked her why didn't they just say "careful, I will mop in 20 min" If the owners knew that open until 10pm Means closing the doors at 10pm, they wouldn't be ok with that. Your employees Are a direct reflection of your company ethics, values and standards. If you want to leave by 10, then close the store no later than 930. But first advise the managing partners and shareholders that you "the staff" have decided that 10pm closure means sales stop at 930 and gust aren't welcome past that time. read more

I came here after a volunteer event to have a quick meeting. I didn't eat but the other volunteer members did. The restaurant was clean. I can't speak on the staff because I did not interact with any staff. This facility is kind of small but considering it's location, it isn't too bad.
