Stopped by Just Salad in Brickell for lunch, and it really hit all the right marks. I built a warm bowl that came out fantastic, tender, perfectly seasoned grilled chicken paired with roasted sweet potatoes, fresh edamame, a rich black lentil base, and a huge scoop of flavorful guacamole, all finished with a light, creamy dressing that tied every bite together. The service was top-notch, too. It had just rained before we arrived, and the staff member went out of their way to wipe down and dry off an outdoor table for us so we could sit on the terrace. Being able to relax outside on the clean, breezy patio right in the heart of Brickell made the whole experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot in the neighborhood for a fresh, hearty meal and exceptional hospitality. Just be careful of the packed lines during lunch hours. read more

I've eaten here once and got food to Go one other time recently. Both times I was happy with the quality of the food and the staff. They have a good selection of salad options including Build your own. The soup I had was very good although the large was slightly smaller than I expected. The wraps are good also. I will definitely be back soon. read more

This place never disappoints! Came to Brickell and ending up grabbing this to go! Everything is always so fresh, clean, tasty and prepared very well. I'm so happy I stopped by, this place is excellent! I had the chicken bowl with sweet potatoes and black beans! So good! read more

Come try to order a burger or pizza.... I double dog dare you! If you can't tell by the name, the salads are okay. And the toppings wooooow the toppings are soooo amazing and delicious! The mushrooms and salmon had me on the floor with happiness. I had to be carried out. Maybe I could have skipped the cookies‍ read more

Love Just Salad for a healthy, tasty lunch. They are super fast and efficient here, and everything is totally customizable, which I love. I usually get it to-go and eat what I can, then take the rest for a snack later, as it's too big to eat all at once. I've never had a bad experience! The best part is that the salads are big enough to make me feel full, but light enough that I don't feel heavy and sleepy afterwards. Always a win for an office girlie! read more

I had a great experience at Just Salad thanks to Luis Perez. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He took his time to get my order right, gave helpful suggestions, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond like that. Luis made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. Employees like him are the reason I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

If "just" refers to the only product available, then JustSalad is a misnomer...since they also sell some refreshing smoothies like the Almond Berry Blast I enjoyed this afternoon. This yummy and healthy concoction of oat milk, almond butter and fruit including banana & blueberries is a light way (under 300 calories) to sate my sweet tooth. However, true to their name, they do have salads! My orders usually rotate between their Thai Chicken, Chicken Fajita bowl or Chicken & Goat Cheese bowls. Although most of the times I've savored them through food delivery orders I have eaten at both this Brickell location and the Aventura one. Both locations are well-lit & clean and the employees helpful & friendly. They've correctly customized my nitpicky orders whether adding chicken, sauce or removing cucumbers & avo. read more

Just Salad is a great spot to pick up a fun healthy lunch that takes out the boring of a salad! All ingredients are fresh and dressings are made in house. They also have warm bowls if you're not craving a cold lunch. I've ordered a few of their salads and have had a pleasant experience most of the time. The only time I didn't have a great experience was when I ordered on the mobile app. If you order on the mobile app, check your salad before leaving! I ordered a chicken poblano crunch and didn't check my order before I left. I got home and I had no chicken in my salad. The chat function on the app helped me find a solution. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating but no parking. If you work or live in the area it is very easy to walk to! Highly recommended! read more

Generally very good service and friendly staff. Nice indoor and outdoor seating too. Usually I like the food a lot but of late when I place a pickup order via their site, I don't get dressing mixed into my salad (or on the side) despite explicitly ordering it that way. It has happened now for 4-5 orders so I know it isn't a one time error. Last 2 salads from earlier this week also had some sandy/gritty texture in there likely from not well washed produce ... This makes me worry about cleanliness of the salad ingredients and whether we're consuming sand with our salad Editing to reply to the comment below -- this was about the 800 Brickell Ave location. And thank you for your attention to this! I actually sent an email to your email support line and received a not as attentive reply back from them this afternoon :( read more

I absolutely love this place! There is so much more than just your standard salads, they also have smoothies and warm bowls. The salad/warm bowl combinations are amazingly crafted. Everything is really well seasoned on its own so together it's an explosion for the tastebuds. The service here is also great, as they really pride themselves in customizing the bowl perfectly to the customer's request. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Benjamin and the Caribbean Shrimp Bowl he made me was so tasty. This will definitely be my go to spot from now on when I'm craving a bowl, I love all the incredible combinations available. read more

Go to salad spot in brickell! Fairly priced and good ingredients. Last week I ordered two salads for pick up through the app and when I got home realized they had mixed up many of the toppings in the salads. I contacted their customer support and they refunded the whole order with credit to use within a week. Very pleased with their quick responses and service! I ordered two more salads this week and they were great. My only complaint is that both salads had medium amount of dressing selected but were more on the heavy side. Other than that the ingredients are fresh and the salads also come with a piece of focaccia bread. Will definitely be returning next time I want a salad! read more

It was time for my post workout meal and I craving a healthy bite, so I finally made my way, and tried out Just Salad. With lovely weather, I walked over and arrived to their brickell location -- the spot is nice and spacious. Filled with healthy choices, from salads (obviously) to bowls, wraps and other yummy snacks I was so excited to finally get a taste of these yummy and healthy choices. There were a bunch of delicious options and I opted for the Earth Bowl and added roasted chicken to it. The staff were so helpful and patient helping me make my decision -- and the choices were delish! Earth Bowl included; kale, beets, almonds, apples, sweet potato, quinoa, feta and with the chicken and balsamic vinaigrette it was just chefs kiss! I had to try the chocolate chip cookie because... that's my thing and it was surprisingly PERFECTION. Like underratedly gooooood. So fresh, and the texture was great. My favorite part of it all was that for 1.99 you get a to-go box and get then refill it for about $8. That's a steal these days if you ask me! And an eco friendly option is always a great choice too. I loved that idea, and think all fast casual restaurants should do something similar. Can't wait to make my way over... with my new Just Salad container of course! read more

Love Just Salad as a quick and easy option for healthy but fast food. It's normally fantastic - I have a been a few times where quality/portion sizes seem to be a little inconsistent... but 9 times out of 10 it's exactly what I expect each time. I've gotten something different every time which is (in my eyes) a good sign because I'm open to/curious about trying new things on the menu since most things I've tried have been great. My current favorite is the spicy chicken Caesar wrap ... I wasn't sure what made it spicy, but I believe they use poblano ranch which must help with the "spicy" labeling. I will say I added/subtracted things based on my taste (add: tomatoes, crispy onions... remove: croutons... substitute: Caesar dressing instead of poblano ranch.) Service is great. They're always nice, quick, and helpful! Quick in and out place that's very convenient. Clean inside too! *pro tip: their chipotle vinaigrette tastes almost identical to the vinaigrette from Chipotle* read more

I like this place but there was once a bug on my food :) please do a better quality check

Just Salad is a great spot in Brickell that has amazing floor to ceiling windows and an open concept that receives a ton of light. There can be monthly specials such as the BOGO salad and happy hour smoothies. I originally went to try it out after receiving and promotion and routinely stop by for some healthy deliciousness that may be required for my diet at times. The staff are helpful and I love the freshness of the food. Get the Thai chicken crunch salad - that peanut dressing is everything and one of the PB Protein or Detox smoothies. Those are stated as being plant-based as well! Thanks guys! read more

After some back and forth with customer relations, I was provided with a credit to recreate the original order, since I had not been provided with the product as advertised or what I had paid for. Although the initial experience left much to be desired, I appreciate the Business Owner taking the initiative to correct the mistake and provide a more adequate experience. So, last night I decided to use that credit to order a salad for delivery, hoping that this time I would be pleasantly surprised. Thankfully, I was as the salad was quite tasty. Perhaps these are growing pains experienced by a new-ish business and lessons were learned. On the bright side, the ingredients used by Just Salad appear to be fresh and of high quality. After this most recent experience, I would revisit Just Salad. I just might take a look at it before taking it away... read more

Just Salad - Found hairs in my Cesar salad. Tried hard not to throw up. But definitely never ordering from here again - Salad Near Me - Miami, Florida

I've ordered online from here twice, both times there were several items missing, including ones I paid extra to add or avocado which is a key part of a salad. Also, the chicken both times was supposed to be their crispy chicken, and both times the chickens were different, neither of them crispy? What you do get is decent but it concerns me they simply just dont make the salad you order? Also one of mine had added croutons, I try not to eat gluten (nor did I order this) so .... I guess if I were to order again I would go in person and make sure they put in what you order and not what you dont. It's a bad look and makes me worry about the facility cleanliness etc if the employees dont seem to care to even read what someone orders. read more

Great lunch spot. It can get pretty crowded around noon but if you order ahead on the app, it's very easy to pick up. I love how they have different seasonal menu items all the time to keep things interesting. Food tastes very fresh and healthy, and price is on par for what you'd expect in the area. If you do sit inside to eat, it has a very large and spacious dining room, and outside tables are nice too. read more

I was very Disappointed by my salad. I placed an order for pick up. First of all they forgot my bread. It was my first time trying this spot and I was excited because it was near me so I was hoping it'd be good and I could be a reoccurring customer if I liked it. But it was so underwhelming and lackluster. The toppings were sparse- hardly any sweet potatoes, the lettuce was wilted and the eggs were not jammy. read more

Food is delicious but the service is the worst. Makes me not want to come back to my favorite place. The guy making the salads has a horrible attitude and clearly doesn't want to even pretend he wants to help. This is the last time I will come back. When I asked for his name he wouldn't even say. Worst customer service ever. Couldn't even enjoy my meal or feel welcome to eat at the restaurant. read more

I ordered a Caesar salad chicken wrap. There was no chicken. It was all lettuce stems with croutons disgusting.

I ordered the vegan southwest salad. The flavors were great but the topping ratio seemed out of proportion. I had 3 little pieces of impossible chicken, a ton of pumpkin seeds and corn, about 4 tomatoes, and very little pickled onion. No kale either. Overall it was a good salad but wish it had more protein, more substantial vegetables, and that the toppings were more proportional overall. read more

food is good, i spent $43 on 3 rice bowls!! and the portions are to small for the money, If I am going to pay that much give me some more !

Please do not order from here, they charged me $24.95 not including tax for thai chicken salad just to find out it had no chicken at all. When I called the store instead of correcting the problem they offered me a $3.00 refund or $6.00 coupon for my next order. We will never order from here again. The lady was rude and could not give a flip about anything as if my call was bothering to her. When I make a mistake I correct it, guess Just salad does not follow this motto. Wanted a healthy quick food option and this place didn't disappoint. I'm indecisive and you have lots of options, Benjamin, helped me out and gave me some great suggestions! Do NOT waste your money at Just Salad Brickell. I was excited to try this place. However, I was greatly disappointed. There was literally 2-3 very small pieces of protein/chicken (did not taste fresh) and a large bowl of iceberg lettuce. One would expect by paying $14.00 for a salad that there would be an appropriate amount of fresh chicken and some veggies outside of a tablespoon of canned corn. Really disgusting. If you want a fresh and generous salad go to Sergios... Trust me! read more

This place isn't even open yet, but I already want to let you know that this is going to be your new favorite salad place. I have been driving from Brickell all the way to Coral gables to go to the location at Coral gables because it's that good. Whenever this place opens, it's going to be your new go-to salad location. The deal breaker is the terrible way they prepare the food due to not getting your orders right. A huge inconvenience is the poor customer service support online and over the phone.
