1 Star Unfortunately, this review is based entirely on the service and ordering experience, as we ended up returning all of our food and did not eat there. I ordered two Cuban sandwiches and one ham & cheese sandwich. I was told they were out of pork for the Cuban sandwiches, so I specifically asked if they could make them the way they normally do, just without the pork since they had none available. Instead, I received three sandwiches on croissant bread -- not what I ordered at all. I even checked the display photo, and what we received looked nothing like the menu item. To make matters worse, one of the sandwiches was completely burnt. At $16 per sandwich, this felt completely unacceptable. I did not order croissant sandwiches, especially not burnt ones. Separately, my sister ordered a chicken and avocado arepa. Before preparing it, the woman kindly came out to ask how she wanted it prepared. My sister simply asked how it normally comes. When onions were mentioned, my sister said she would prefer no onions, only to be told they couldn't do that. We later found out the "chicken" was actually chicken salad mixed with onions -- something that was not made clear on the menu. To her credit, the employee offered to make an alternative with breaded chicken, avocado, and an arepa instead. My sister felt bad because she was clearly trying to accommodate her request, so she accepted. However, once I returned our sandwiches because they were incorrect and one was burnt, my sister decided to return hers as well. We had also ordered two juices and told them we were happy to keep the drinks. At that point, the woman became visibly upset and rudely said: "No... you're not getting anything." She took offense to the return and refused to let us keep the juices we had paid for. I understand food service is hard work, and I appreciate that effort was made to accommodate. But at the end of the day, we were served food we did not order, one item was burnt beyond acceptable, the menu descriptions were misleading, and the response to a reasonable return was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Paying $53 for croissants you didn't order and then disputing with me and making me feel ridiculous because they didn't get it and served me different items is absurd. We left and went to Au Bon Pain, where we got three sandwiches for $35 and had a far better experience. Would not return. read more

Quick little health conscious food spot on the campus of Jackson Memorial Hospital. Hospitality by the owner was great. She asked many questions to make sure my wrap was made to my liking. Lots of premade/pre-wrapped options also. Costs are a bit high compared to the complexity of the food here due to the relatively captive audience of healthcare workers, students, and patients. Overall, nice quick spot to go to if you're tired of the nearby places and want to switch up your rotation of lunch spots. read more

I was craving a salad and this was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The place was empty when I walked in and I perhaps should've seen this as a sign. The only good thing about this place was the staff.........the woman serving me was super lovely! Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The salad was incredibly small, there was hardly any chicken at all, the broccoli was past its use-by date, and it turned out to be perhaps one of the most expensive salads I've ever had. I will definitely not return. read more

The absolutely best place to go for healthy options! The arepas are amazing as well as the fresh squeezed juices and fresh fruit.

While staying at the Hilton Garden Inn found the Walgreens. It is sunny, bright and clean and simple. Staff is friendly and helpful and Can help you in Spanish or English. Can Our salads were freshly made with fresh ingredients and easily adjusted for our preference. It was a cheery atmosphere with pleasant Latin music. The only downside that I can think of is that the prices were not clear on the menu, so if you are concerned about price just ask. I would definitely return. I wish I had one near my house. read more

So sad. $38 for average at best salads. I was disappointed. Small portions and weird vibe. I don't think it should charge $20 per salad. Not a good value for portion. read more

the best place!!You should go, the food is delicious and the people are super friendly, I recommend it 100%.!!!!!!!

Nestled in a shopping center that trees basically block. You wont know its there from street view unless you are familiar with the shopping center. I went around lunch time and it was empty. The options they had for a salad bar were mehhhh. I ordered a large salad with spinach and chicken and croutons and it was $20. Also the only protein they had was chicken according to the staff. The croutons were beyond stale and the chicken lacked flavor. I would've been better off walking down to Publix and getting a ready made salad for $7. I will not be back and will not recommend. read more

Pronto Salads is a hidden gem in west Miramar! If you are looking for high quality healthy food, this is the place! Where do I even begin to explain how great this place is? First, yes they do serve salads and yes they are delicious, but they serve a wide variety of healthy dishes. I love food in general but try to eat healthy. Having this near me has been a life saver for my very hectic lifestyle. This is a family owned restaurant and the owner gives EXCELLENT service. Seriously she goes above and beyond to give you a special treatment. At one point last year I was restricted to eat a lot of items in her menu and she went out of her way to buy new items for me so I could continue to enjoy her meals. My kids are picky eaters and she will prepare their items differently so they eat it! If you are looking for good quality healthy food, this is the place! read more

Sometimes it's tough finding a lunch spot that's healthy. You can only have so many sandwiches because your belly becomes a little out of control. I'm happy to have found Pronto Salads. While it may not be perfect, it definitely is a go-to for a good salad. The inside is small. A few tables both inside and out. A few people came in and left because they had no seating available. The menu is hung up above the salad bar area. I decided to create my own salad because nothing else was jumping out at me. They give you six toppings to choose from, what I didn't pay attention to is that meat and cheese and egg were all up charges- only veggies were a part of that option so my $8 salad became over $13. What I found bizarre is that the menu had this large listing of veggies, however, it didn't seem like they had that many options on the actual bar. I felt like I was pacing to figure out what I wanted on my salad. I've got to say though, they give you a huge amount of food. That salad would really feed two people. The veggies were fresh, especially the lettuce. Nothing worse than a salad full of wilted lettuce. They only have cans of soda, bottled water and some random tea/juices. I was definitely happy with my salad at the end of the day. Not really thrilled with the price. Next time I will know better and I'll probably get it to go. read more

omg so delicious!! this is such a cute cozy sit-down lunch spot. I was in the area, and I googled lunch spots and I saw this location. I always yelp first before I go to any restaurant, and I saw the Mediterranean panini was the most loved. I order it, comes with chicken cheese sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. the lady who was there I forgot her name, I went on 5/4/2022 @ 2:30pm so whatever her name is, SHE WAS AMAZINGGGG and so caring!!!!! panini was delicious, toasted and warm the kale salad they give on the side so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!! the Cesar dressing that they also give is delicious, I asked for more and she was kind to give me more with no hesitation. the hibiscus tea was great! basically spent $20. might be pricey for some for a lunch. but I actually got full with the side salad and half a panini!!!!! the other half will be my dinner. so it is not bad, they give a good portion!!! very fulfilling!! i recommend this place 100!!! read more

Food all tasted great! They were very friendly. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. If you're just passing through the area- it's a very short walk from the Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott, and Residence Inn. Also, when the whole world was a mess, they were there when I needed it. I guess it depends who serves you here. First red flag was that it was empty and all the food sitting out for who knows how long. We got served by a young man, maybe he was new and didnt know the menu. I ordered a Mediterranean panini and the bread wasnt toasted enough. It felt more like a regular sandwich with a salad in the middle. The ingredients in the panini were different from what it said in the menu. Was overall left unsatisfied with my meal. read more

Excellent light salad. What was exceptionally noteworthy was the fact that the Romain lettuce pieces I had we're super light. If fluffy could be used to describe salads then I would say this was the tastiest fluffiest salad I ever had. That being said, the reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I believe they are overpriced. I don't know if it's the market price that has changed or it's just their high price but paying over $12 for a rather simple small salad seems ludicrous. Although I enjoyed my food I'm only going to be able to come on days I don't mind overspending on a meal. read more

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the past 2 years or so. The food is always fresh and the lettuce is always a good quality. The people who work here are always very nice and willing to accommodate whatever changes you want to make to a food item. I see some people in the comment section complaining about the food pricing and quite frankly I think they are very realistically priced. Quite often even a run to Chick-fil-A or McDonald's will run you about $10 for lunch. So I think honestly the price for getting something fresh and being from a local business is quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue to support it as a local business and a healthier alternative to a lot of the neighboring restaurants. read more

In the area looking for a late lunch and saw this spot ha good reviews... a soggy $13 salad later, I'd honestly rate them 0 stars if I could! I literally went with a salad the employee recommended (Greek With Falafel)- not only were they out of one of the toppings that comes on it, but the falafel was not the crispy balls I'm used to; instead it's a soggy sponge-like patty that they quickly warm on the Panini press and chop up. A lot of the greens in my salad were wilted and I'd noticed some of the topping options behind the counter did not look fresh at all. I can't recall ever being disappointed with one of my yelp finds but this place was awful!! You steered me wrong Miramar Yelpers! read more

This place is a total rip off. They charge $10 for a delivery that is within a mile. Don't spend your whole paycheck on a mediocre salad.

I had ordered a salad from here without ever actually going inside. It was good and the price was fair. One day I was in the neighborhood and wanted a salad, so I drove there and walked in. Boy was I disappointed. The ingredients did not look fresh at all (yuck) the tomatoes were sitting in their own liquid and were a soggy mess. On top of that the floor and prep counter space behind the counter was a mess... and it was empty. I was still taking this all in and a young man started to prepare my salad... but when he grabbed the gross, mushy tomato's I asked him to forget it. Too bad, this could have been my go-to but NOPE read more

What a cute little salad joint. They have a huge variety of salads and they make them fresh to order. If you don't see something you like you can create your own! I should've known not to even order to from here because the place was empty. This speaks volumes. Especially for a place where the food is out all day. I got food poisoned. Literally an hour after having a crab and tuna mix in a salad I was vomiting. Had fever and chills that night. I know for sure this place got me.sick because I hadn't eaten all day and was feeling fine up until an hour after I had the salad. Definitely not returning. read more

Love this place. Fast and Fresh food options for lu ch and breakfast too. Good customer service as well :)

Small family business with good intentions , average food and poor customer service . I visited this afternoon for lunch with a coworker . The total for a panini and a small salad was 20.00 . I figured it's the cost of eating healthy , you either pay for it now or later right ? We get to the office to enjoy our meal . The salad was great , as good as you would expect a salad to be . The panini as my coworker put it was TRASH. We've had better . And for it to be a deluxe shrimp panini it was rather blah . I came back to the restaurant to voice my complaint and hope for an apology and something in its place . Instead the manager was spying on me interact with the cashier and called into the store to speak with me . After them speaking for 3 minutes in Spanish about me which I understood perfectly due to my minor in Spanish , he hands me the phone . The manager tells me she had shrimp in her salad minutes ago and it's not bad . She tells me that she is upset and disappointed that I would come back to her business to complain . And as a business they can't do anything more than 50 percent off of my next meal . I declined , I told her the customer is always right : when you dine at a restaurant they ask if your food is okay and if there is anything to Mair it better : and I'm back to tell you , it could have been better . After 15 minutes if back and forth with an attitude she asks for the cashier back and instructs him to make me a small salad . For this level of piss poor service I would rather go to Chic Fil a for a pre packaged salad. Pronto I am upset and disappointed and will definitely recommend my coworkers go elsewhere for their healthy choices . read more

Very friendly customer service with reasonable pricing and fresh tasting salads. I really have nothing negative to say about the place.

I came here yesterday for lunch and ordered a bowl. The lady didn't ask whether I wanted a small or large but when I paid I assumed it was a large, which is even more upsetting based on the amount of food I was given. I asked for kale as one of my three toppings and I was only given three pieces. Not only that but I also asked for cucumber and she completely forgot. The tofu was bland and soggy and was also an extra charge. Overall i don't think you're getting you're money's worth here. I paid almost $15 here and I left barely feeling satisfied. Compared to other healthy places that I've eaten at you're given way more food for the same price. read more
