It's run by Antoine, who was incredibly kind and polite , he even gave us a little extra of their delicious tarragon sauce to take home! The service was handled by a group of young women who were beautiful, friendly, and professional. One of them even recommended the ciabatta when I was about to change the bread , and I'm so glad she did! The chicken sandwich was spectacular: fresh, airy ciabatta, a divine tarragon sauce, and perfectly seasoned chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries. As he was talking to me, he kept typing and looking back at his phone. Not a great first impression of the service, but the food runners were very sweet! I ordered the coconut water matcha and it was really delicious. Slightly sweet, matcha was smooth, and the perfect amount of ice. I also ordered the quiche sofia which has leeks. It took about ~15 minutes to come out. I was hoping that it was because they were warming it up, but when it arrived it had an awful mix of warm and cold spots. Kind of like when you microwave something and it doesn't heat all the way through. It tasted great, but for the amount of time I waited for it, I expected it to at least be warmed through. I'm a huge fan of Martha Stewart, and I would've been interested to return to try her collab menu items but it feels as if in this location, not everyone cares about providing great service.
