Family member came to town and wanted something good- she looked on yelp ands found this spot. Funny, but I drive past the corner they're located on all the time and never stop. I thought it was a coffee spot. Nope! Definitely sandwiches- breakfast and lunch sandwiches! They also have salads and other little appetizers. I got a pollo sandwich, my cousin got...pastrami. We were both happy. The bread was delicious and fresh! I'll be back!

El bowl de Porchetta es magnífico. No está en el menú regular, hay que pedirlo a ver si lo hay. Muy exquisito.

This is a spot I've been wanting to try, and it was everything I expected. I'm a huge fan of sandwiches, so getting to try this Dominican-inspired sandwich shop was perfect. The bread was warm, perfectly toasted, and worked great with the other ingredients. The service was fantastic; the lady at the window was nice and attentive, and I really appreciated her. The shop is located on the corner of 16th Avenue and 1st SW. I'm a Miami native, so you know it's down the street from Yambo. It's a grab-and-go kind of place, and there isn't a natural seating area. But you can ask the owners if you want to eat there, and they'll happily give you one of their own chairs. The service and atmosphere, once again, go above and beyond what you'd expect. 100/10, I would recommend everyone--even if you aren't a fan of sandwiches--to visit this hole-in-the-wall family-owned business.

It's one of those places you don't really plan for, you just stumble into it, and I'm glad I did. The sandwich was surprisingly really good, fresh, flavorful, and better than I expected for a place I had never heard of before. When I went, it was empty and the man working was by himself, which made it feel very low key and almost hidden. It honestly feels like one of those hidden gems that gets overlooked or lost in the area. I really hope more people discover it because it deserves more attention. I would definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you're looking for a good sandwich with a great view.

The location is super convenient right in the mix of everything but with a laid-back, welcoming vibe that lets you take a breath from the busy city energy. The assortment here is fantastic. They have a huge variety of options, so whether you're in the mood for a classic French-style baguette, a fresh salad, or something hearty, you'll find it. Their Famous Croque is a standout if you want something warm and comforting. Everything tastes incredibly fresh (you can tell they use quality ingredients), and the service is fast, which is perfect if you're on a lunch break or in between stores. It's definitely a quick bite style place, but it doesn't feel rushed. It's just a great, no fuss spot with excellent food in a fun part of town. Highly recommend stopping in!

These are seasoned with a certain seasoning that makes these delicious burgers special. When we entered we were welcomed with smiles from the staff. Invited to sit anywhere we pleased we decided to just sit at the counter. We ordered each a croqueta and 2 burgers . My friend ordered one for herself and I ordered one for my husband and I to share. Wow! Like I said satisfying delicious! This place really made it on my list for one of the best burgers places in miami. They got me hooked! And I can't wait to return to go back for some more burgers.

The sandwich itself was well-prepared and clearly has a lot of local popularity. The patty was flavorful and the toppings were generous, and you can tell it's a classic Miami-style frita with a lot of history behind it. The portion size was satisfying and the overall presentation was solid. That said, the flavor profile just wasn't really my personal style, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I expected. It's more of a preference thing rather than an issue with quality. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff handled the busy crowd well. The vibe is casual, lively, and very local, with a classic Miami fast-casual feel. It's clearly a neighborhood staple with a loyal following. Overall, worth trying if you want an authentic frita experience in Miami, even if it may not be everyone's personal favorite flavor profile.

The Italiana and Bresaola were tasty but the Spaniard was terrible. While the first two tasted fine, they didn't seem fresh and for sure not worth the price. The Spaniard was much smaller than the others and seemed like it was put in a panini press as it was so flat and hard. Looked nothing like the pictures online. The marmalade jam was so sweet and the quality of the chorizo and prosciutto were lacking. Hard and chewy. I was so disappointed. I recommend getting your sandwiches somewhere else.

I had a delicious sandwich called the Frenchman. It is on French bread, ham cheese, and a really delicious Dijon mustard. I made it a combo and had some olive oil chips and a Pellegrino sparkling drink. I grabbed a gin and tonic from the bar too. For dessert a very impressive basket cheesecake. Give them a try it's delicious highly recommend it. If you like truffle, get the truffle chips they are delicious as well. The ladies were so nice. They even held the cheesecake until we finished our sandwiches so that it would be fresh. Enjoy.
