    The burger
    Rob M.

The burger and ingredients here were very high quality you taste it. The service here is excellent and very attentive to the guest . The decor here is very nice as well. The wine bar is hidden to the side in a different entrance . The burger here is definitely worth a try but it is definitely ok the more expensive side

It's worth making a trip to Mia Market for Chèvre's La Italiana or Uncle Bruce's Pastrami Reuben (or both!). I had the Italian and my husband had the Reuben, and we both agreed; these were the best sandwiches we've ever had. The Italian was perfection: whipped ricotta, shaved mortadella, fresh pesto, crushed pistachios, and a drizzle of honey. My husband's Reuben was equally outstanding. On the staff's recommendation, he swapped the standard bread for a baguette, and it took the sandwich to another level. We paired them with chips on the side. The "cured cheese" tasted like crispy bites of pure cheese (so good!), and the "black truffle" were just as addictive. Service was quick and friendly, with only about a 15-minute wait, and the seating area was bright and clean. If you love sandwiches, you have to try this spot. 10/10, highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to try the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake from Chèvre for thanksgiving and what a treat it was. Delicious and second to none. I'm looking forward to trying additional cheesecakes and the sandwiches from this restaurant. Highly recommend this place if looking for delicious cheesecake for a special occasion or to simply share with family. Staff was friendly and cheesecake was ready on time when I arrived.

We ate here for lunch recently and loved it. There are only a few seats at a counter in Chevre but they also own a small space nextdoor, Bibliotheque, a wine tasting bar, which they opened up for us to sit and have our sandwiches. The food was delicious. It was definitely expensive, so not somewhere I'd go frequently myself, but for a special treat, I'll be back.

of the products had prices displayed, so I asked a staff member for clarification. He told me that the owner prefers customers who can afford the products without needing to see the prices. I expressed that this felt discriminatory, and he openly agreed. Regardless of how much money I'm willing to spend, I won't return. I don't support or tolerate discrimination in any form.

The cheesecakes are to die for! Creamy, light and plain delicious! We ordered so many cakes from them and the quality is great every time. Also, their sandwiches are great too. My favorite is the grilled cheese

    La Bibliothèque

La Bibliothèque by Chèvre is a hidden gem for wine and cheese lovers in Miami. This intimate spot seats about 15 people, so I highly recommend making a reservation through RESY. Not only do they bring in some of the best cheeses from around the world, but they also incorporate them into incredible sandwiches and one unforgettable cheesecake. What really makes this place special are the cheese tastings, wine pairings, and special dinners held in their library room--a small, temp-controlled space with a marble counter that makes for a unique and cozy experience. I had a glass of the 2021 Luis Rodriguez Vazquez A Torna Dos Pasas, a Galician blend bursting with red fruit flavors. It was bold yet smooth, truly Galicia in a glass. The best part? You can grab a sandwich or cheese from the shop next door and enjoy it with your wine. Miami needs more places like this--so glad I found it!

The Spaniard and a beautiful red blend

Absolutely loved my visit here! I believe Paul is one of the brothers I met on the front end here. He kindly explained what they are doing here. The sandwiches explained with care and samples of cheeses and the god tier basque cheesecakes they create! The lovely baker popped out front to talk with me about Taylor swift and I got to hear about her passion for baking. I felt like these people love what they do here. We ordered and I personally got the Spaniard I believe it's called and wow phenomenal! We had a chance to dine in the speakeasy wine bar section and pick the mind of the sommelier brother forgive me I can't remember his name. He spoke on the classes they are having and why he likes comparing different wine regions. Such a wonderful learning moment and delicious wine as well. I'm not local, but definitely plan on a return for the cheesecakes, food, and lovely establishment that is Chèvre.

    Chocolate cheesecake

Located in sort of a really upscale food court, of sorts. But OMG this place was AMAZING !!! You place your order and they give you a buzzer. Takes about 15 minutes or so. We had 1 El Padron and 1 Spaniard sandwich. Maybe the best sandwiches Ive had in my entire life and I mean that sincerely. Absolute best hams, cheeses, jams, bread, everything the perfect amount, not overloaded with anything, the bread was perfect thickness, complete perfection. Combo comes with chips and a drink. Chips are also really good quality , and drinks are Panna, Peligrino, etc. The cheesecake also is absolutely not to be missed. We had the chocolate. Just phenomenal. Rich yet somehow not heavy, creamy, chocolate not overwhelming. Absolutely stellar meal. You're going to pay for it. It's going to cost you as much as a sit down restaurant meal, about $33 each for the combo meal, and the cheesecake was $21, which is definitely not cheap. But worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Loved, loved, loved it.

Delicious sandwich with quality ingredients. The prices are high but this is gourmet so this is expected. The service is good as well. Friendly staff. The place is small so not of seating area.

Went on a whim after seeing a social media post on Chèvre. Located in a corner spot where a barber shop sign is more prominent than this great cheese spot, Chèvre's main door is small, intimate and only seats two. Their main room seats many more, but it was not open to the public due to a wine tasting. We were greeted by Paul, one of the managers. He was full of information and describe each sandwich to a tee. Which led us to having the Spaniard and the Italiano. Both scrumptiously delicious. Their basque cheesecake was out of this world and highly recommended. Although items seemed overpriced, they are made with quality ingredients and are well worth the expense. Will not only be returning to try their wines, but also to try their other sandwiches. A hidden gem in the Shenandoah neighborhood!

Been following on instagram for a while and I finally made it, and it was exactly how I imagined, PERFECTION!!! I can't wait to go back and try the other items on the menu! I had Never seen the truffle chips they have either ,just amazing! Don't leave without a cheesecake , I took mine home and it was so delicious Service was excellent as well

I've been thinking of taking the WSET exam to get some more solid knowledge of wine, and after comparing different places offering the course as well as online options, I decide to take the class here. Located in the SunTrust building, the academy is easily accessible and there's garage as well as street parking around. The class is a small in size so it's good for sharing experience and opinions. Alessandra is readily available to answer questions during and after class, and she gives useful tips in preparing for the exam. The course really helped me in calibrating my palate to the WSET standard, as well as broadening my horizon and introducing me to less common wines, such as Hungarian tokaji and Australian riesling. In the end, I felt that regardless of whether I pass the exam or not, the course was totally worthwhile, because it has given me a lot of knowledge and the tool to better appreciate wine.

What an incredible time I had yesterday at the Florida Wine Academy for my Wine Class…read more I have so many reasons to go back, from the impeccable place, inside and outside, to the wonderful and well-prepared class, directed by Ms. Nicole. She emailed us, two days before, and asked us if we have any food allergies since they will provide some snacks to pair with the wines. She also gave us the address and explained to us how to get there and where to park. I parked in a public garage for $5.00, this was not my best choice, because I'm not used to walking alone downtown, but it wasn't that bad after all. I went into the Sun-trust building, a beautiful tall building. The academy is on the 22nd floor as Nicole told us in her email. Once I got there, we went to this room where she had everything set up as you can see in my pictures, so pretty and organized. That's one of the most important things for me, how well organized and neat everything was. I need all those, in order for me to learn and enjoy myself the way I did. She started the class as a Professor will, telling us about herself and that, made me happy, such a prepared person is teaching me about wine...wow. The way she directed the class, with all the details, from guiding us where to buy wines, to open up our senses. Smell, Taste, and Body, were words we used during the whole class since we learned from her how to categorize each different wine, from all the six we had. As we were learning, smelling, and trying the wines, she also told us how to pair them with food and gave us tips on which wine will go good or better with the food we choose. With the wines we tried, we had some nuts, cheese and crackers, grapes, and dark chocolate...Yummy! They also offer all the 4 levels of WSET classes, plus labs like the one I went and more. You can always call or check their website for more information. Honestly, after trying this class yesterday, I don't feel so embarrassed to try the leveled classes and get my certification, because they way they teach you, you can actually learn and move forward.
