I told them to cancel the order. About 30 minutes later I got another call asking if I could pick up the order later in the day I explained that I could not because we were from out of town and were just going to pick up the subs on our way and asked again that the order be canceled. I was told I needed to come in for a cash refund. I told them that was impossible because I was on my way to Columbus over two hours away. I was told she would call me back. I finally got a call back and was again told to come in for cash or I could get the order the next day. I again said they needed to just cancel the order. She called back a third time saying she found out how to cancel. I originally placed my order through incentivio I stayed on the line as she "canceled" my order. This required my credit card number etc. She said she sent me a receipt. When I stopped I found she had actually placed a new order through the Toast Local app. Order #27. I called on Monday 9/8 to explain the error (somehow the incentivio order did canceled in all this) and asked for the Toast charge to be reversed. I was told it already was and that it would take 3 days. The manager wouldn't listen when I said that it was a new charge on a different app. I called back on Friday when the charges were not reversed. I was again told there was nothing they could do and asked to come get cash. We repeated the I live out of town conversation. I was asked if I had Zelle. I told him no but I had Venmo & PayPal. He said they only had Zelle, but he was in talks with the owner & they would find a solution and would call me back the next day. There was no call the next day. I called back today. He told me they were "waiting for an answer." I asked for the email of the person who was "figuring out" the refund. I was to hear back in one hour. Well of course I have not heard back. So a week later I am still out almost $40 and there is no resolution in sight
