Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
5 Star Review's

This place is awful. I was heading to the restroom and while I walked in I saw rats dancing in the corner of the room. Then I was vibing with them. Then I was heading to get my sandwich I had just ordered. I sat down and there was RAT poop in my sandwich! Then I went to speak to the manager and he said womp womp and I was like your adopted then i walked away and never returned ever again.

This is their chicken tortellini Alfredo. Would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely fantastic and we loved coming here. We were on vacation here and stopped by for a quick lunch in between stops. This place was exactly what we were looking for! The food was well portioned and prepared quickly. We hardly had to wait at all before our food was ready. They were really polite and helped us understand what was in everything. (We can be a bit picky sometimes) The feel of the place is warm and welcoming. The booths are not designed for large families, but you can comfortably fit a group of 4. They definitely cater to all ages though and have a kids menu as well.

This Panera is located next to Marc's and across from NTB. Although it has been busy on every occasion that I have been in service has been prompt friendly. I enjoy the food as well. I am particularly fond of the bread bowl soups specifically the clam chowder soup.

I love Panera Bread! For this particular location, I've only been here a few times. Food is great, atmosphere is nice, and service is quick.

Love their veg options like the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. The chips are fresh and crunchy too.

Always dirty-tables, floors, booths. So disappointing as this used to be a favorite of mine.

We have been loyal customers since your grand opening and have consistently had excellent…read moreexperiences. We have recommended your restaurant to many people, especially praising your salad bar for its freshness, quality, and variety. We've also ordered the AYCE fish fry many times -- including nearly every Friday during Lent last year -- and it has always been crispy, well‑drained, and never greasy. This visit, however, fell far below the standards we have come to expect. From the moment we were seated, the experience was noticeably different. The hostess did not ask for drink orders, which has always been standard. Our server -- slightly heavy‑set with a long black ponytail -- appeared disengaged and gave the clear impression that she did not want to be there. We confirmed with her that the AYCE fish was $12.99 and included all‑you‑can‑eat soup and salad, exactly as we were told earlier in the day when we called. Her response was, "She always tells people that, but it's one trip." Despite the inconsistency, we proceeded and requested the fish extra crispy and well‑drained. We waited at least 30 minutes for the first round of fish, even though only two other tables were occupied and they already had their food. When the fish finally arrived, it was extremely greasy, not crispy, and the bottoms were completely soggy. When we pointed this out, the server simply said, "I told him," offering no apology, no concern, and no attempt to resolve the issue. She took the fish back to have it remade. She returned shortly after and removed our sides without explanation. The second order of fish was still dripping with grease. Grease was visibly pooled in the breading, as if it had come straight from the fryer without being drained at all. We asked another employee if she was the manager. She said no but asked what was wrong. As we began explaining, the manager, Heather, approached. At that same moment, the server stood behind me and said, "Oh, they're not happy with that either." Heather also showed no empathy, no apology, and no effort to correct the situation. Her demeanor was irritated and dismissive from the start. We told Heather to remove the fish from the bill. She agreed but insisted we still had to pay for the soup and salad. She then brought a bill for nearly $30, charging us for AYCE soup and salad even though we each had only one cup of soup and one small salad. When we questioned this, Heather became visibly annoyed and said she would instead charge us for a side salad and a cup of soup. We explained that the fish has never been like this before. Heather's response was, "Then go out to Madison, they have the same fish there." This was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. When we went to pay, we informed Heather that we were veterans. She applied the discount to only one meal. When I told her I was also a veteran, she said, "Oh, you're a veteran too? Well, I need to see ID." This was disrespectful and unnecessary, especially after she acknowledged she recognized us from previous visits. My husband was wearing a veteran jacket, yet she still demanded to see his ID as well. Heather then brought up the fish again, stating it "looked perfectly fine" to her. When I explained the amount of grease on the napkin and on my hands, she dismissed it, saying, "It's deep fried, there's going to be grease," and repeated that it looked fine. As I calmly explained that it had never been served this way before, she told me I was "getting out of control." At no point did I raise my voice -- I was simply explaining the issue. After that comment, I stepped outside while my husband finished paying. He later told me that Heather was speaking about me in front of him to another employee, again calling me "out of control," and told the server she wasn't getting a tip. It is clear that something has changed. The friendly, attentive, welcoming atmosphere that once set your restaurant apart is gone. The staff now appear disengaged, unprofessional, and uninterested in providing quality service. We no longer see any of the kind servers who made dining here enjoyable. We are extremely disappointed by how this visit was handled from start to finish. We hope management takes this feedback seriously. We have supported your restaurant since your grand opening, and we would like to feel confident returning -- but based on this experience, that is not possible unless significant improvements are made.

We both ordered the Federal Platter. First off, it was a lot of food. More than enough for a meal with plenty left over for lunch the next day. And on top of that, it was fresh and delicious. Spiced just right, not too much and not too hot. But they had more sauce choices if you wanted to bring more heat. We paired with a Topo Chico which was perfect. If you get the chance, I'd say stop in.

I personally always get the nachos and add everything from chicken to shrimp. They even have a high protein low carb option. I'm sure you can do veggie tacos too (I just don't order it). Then you can wash it down with lemonade or a great beer. The gentleman who I believe owns the spot is really awesome. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Anyone who walks up front makes the experience even better. It's amazing that even with dozens of people, they are able to remember us and even what we like. The building is nice too. Great music is always playing and full of life. They have a patio if you want to enjoy your food in the charming area of Mentor. They cool art on the wall and theirs enough room for everyone. But back then, dinner only cost me 2 euros... now Mykonos Gyro in Mentor, Ohio isn't 2 euros, but it is still very cheap! I wish a nice place like this was near my home or near my work instead of all the way out in Mentor, Ohio! But I was in the area, going to the dentist appointment, and had this joint on my want to visit list for a few months, so I picked up dinner to-go after my appointment. This is a sort of new, small, authentic Greek eatery, run by very kind and helpful Greek gentlemen. I ordered a small lamb/beef gyro meal to-go. For $7.99, it also comes with fries. It only took 5 minutes for it to be ready and after my 20 minute drive home, I opened up the takeout box and saw massive portions of food! If I was smart, I would have reheated my fries in the air fryer and not the microwave, but I am sometimes dumb and had reheated fries. I think that if they were freshly eaten right when I got them, they would have been better. However, I would have liked them seasoned. So I just used some seasonings I had at home. The gyro, for being a "small," was big, filling, and delicious! The vegetables were fresh, the gyro meat was tender and plentiful, and the pita itself was quite nice. No complaints! I will continue to try to support this small business whenever I am back in Mentor. It was so good!
