Horrible Turkey sandwich. The Turkey Meat was in pieces instead of slices of turkey meat. I had to continually pick up the pieces and place them back in the sandwich every bite. Who serves a turkey sandwich with chunks of meat?? What happened to Panera? Service use to be a lot better. I won't be back.

This location is terrible. The drive thru is closed sometimes, they will put an orange traffic cone blocking it off even though indoor dining is open. When the drive thru is actually open, it is so slow. I waited for over 30 minutes one time and there was no line. I order the green goddess avocado toast from other paneras and it is always made perfectly, but this location puts barely any of the green goddess dressing on it. They just put a pile of arugula on top and I guess to them that's good enough. The workers tell me the drive thru takes a long time because they're understaffed. They need new management because it's only getting worse and worse over there

They don't pay attention to detail. My order was missing a bag of chips; the chicken noodle soup was just broth and the Mediterranean sandwich was missing many of the veggies. You might get ripped off if you do mobile ordering. Buyer beware. read more

My soup and salad were good but my bfs grilled cheese was missing a lot of cheese. It didn't look or taste good and grilled cheese sandwiches are sooo easy to make. I've been to lots of Panera's and this one was just like the rest, nice employees, mostly clean and kind of pricy imo. read more

Updated: 6/20 Hey just wanted to update my review that service is SO MUCH BETTER!!!! I have been back a few times with no mistakes :) THANK YOU and stay safe and healthy all! Previous: BE WARNED....this is a training location so 7 out of 10 times they get it wrong. They get it wrong SO OFTEN that I have decided to start making a list everytime they get it wrong I will update this review. We love the food when it's right so CHECK YOUR BAGS. Don't bother calling to complain because they NEVER ANSWER and when you finally get through your too far away to go back! Friday June 7 2019 They tried 2 give me 2 kinds of different bagels when I ordered 2 plain...then they just threw the bagels in the bag toasted with no box or bag...WTH! Last week I got 2 crumbled coffee cakes thrown in a bag...What a mess that was. Sunday June 9 I'm sick as a dog so my Mom drove through to get my kiddos soup...asked for a bowl of chicken with wild rice my kids got tomato bisque...so we threw it away and the kids had cereal. Cashiers are very slow, but they do have a order yourself and pay option. Tried their poppyseed fruit salad and was lacking flavor for how much fruit was on it Also tried their Mexican corn chowder and that was good. I would order it again. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered rapid pick up: one sausage and egg on brioche, two bacon and egg on brioche with extra bacon. Received no bacon at all. Not sure how they could mess that one up but we had to drive all the way back so they could make us new sandwiches just for them to break the egg all over one of the new sandwiches. Then they said they can't do anything about it. We have come here for years so we are sad to say that we will not be back. read more

I love me some Panera. It's like comfort food to me, a sandwich, soup, and chips - yum! I always get the same thing and cannot force myself to try something new. I always have the bacon, turkey bravo, broccoli soup and kettle cooked chips. Their pastries are really good too. I purchase pastry rings for my office often and they are delicious and disappear quickly. I am highly sensitive and often get food poisoning and have never had it here, thankfully. Their food is always prepared cleanly, hot and fresh. Try it, you'll like it. read more

Poor management, very poor management , little high school kids can run a shop better than this guy they have, very dirty store, and can't explain to customers why they don't check bags before handing them out. There's a checklist on it for a reason and the manager said he doesn't check it cause it's waste of time. Will let's see what corporate thinks about that read more

There are a lot of things to love about Panera: the fresh baked goods and bagels, coffee in tiny their mugs, their amazingly perfect chips, their wall art... I can keep going. Oh, not to mention, it's right next to In N Out and therefore always my plan B when the In N Out line is 3 miles long. Blame it on COVID, but their sandwiches are now comically bad. read more

The cashier was so sweet but the lady cleaning up Dawn look like she was so strung out. Calling out employees in front of customers, causing scenes and being very unprofessional. I think this location would do much better without Dawn. read more

5-for food 1-star-customer service The food is just like any other Panera. The service is terrible. Only rude young adults. I had to send my latte back 3 times because they were to lazy just to remake it the first time. They kept trying to change and fix the same latte. Like what the heck!!?! It isn't a sandwich once something is wrong you can't change it. Also I was getting bread yesterday and I waited 10 minutes just for them to cut it because she was busy laughing and talking to her colleague and then flirting and taking some guys order all while I was waiting for sliced bread. read more

I usually give great reviews but just had to comment on my experience at Panera in Menifee. Met up for a sister lunch. About 6 people in line. One cashier! When, who I believe was either a manager or shift manager, came to a register. She spoke so fast that I had to ask her to repeat EVERYTHING she said! Something about $2 off on ham products. What's that all about? Was the ham going south and they needed to sell it? Had to ask for butter and the waitress sighed and brought me 2 butters in 4 minutes. Yes I was timing her. By the time I got the butter my soup had cooled to tepid. No one to ask to reheat it! Not for nothing, but I paid $15 for a snooty cashier, a disengaged waitress and no help to be found. I am so done with shorty service for not so great food. I'm heading to In-N-Out next time!! read more

they had run out of the ciabatta bread for the Tuscan Chicken sandwich so I ordered a tomato basil bread thinking it would pair well with that sandwich. When we got the sandwich I kept tasting this weird sweet and cinnamon flavor that made the sandwich taste funny. Sure enough I looked up the ingredients for the bread online and they add sugar, honey, and cinnamon to it! I swear it didn't taste at all like tomato or basil, only cinnamon. Understandably because the basil is only dry basil and only 2%! Weirdest tomato basil bread I have ever tasted. Who in their right mind ever thought to put cinnamon in a tomato basil bread? What on Earth we're that thinking.. just strange! P..S and please get some better music...ugh! read more

I'm a regular here, always drive through. 10 days ago on my last visit 2 chocolate chip cookies were MIA from my bag when I got home and sat down to eat. Today, with my last receipt in hand I go through the drive through, explain the miss on my last visit, and will she please give them to me today? "I'm sorry, no." You needed to call and speak with a manager and then you only get 7 days. Really. I had the receipt. No longer a Panera customer. Buyer beware, check the bag before you leave. read more

Great food but incredibly SLOW! Drive thru is slow, online ordering is SLOW. Pretty sure staffing is not an issue because there are workers everywhere so not sure what the problem is but if you want to eat here for lunch plan accordingly or order 1 hour before needed. Probably won't be back for lunch; disappointing. read more

I just had my daughter to a delivery run because I'm sick she came back and said they didn't have bread bowls (at 7:30!!!) and no baguettes. Like wth!? It's Panera BREAD! This has happened so often, why are they not making enough supply and demand. When it's raining probably should make more. But they HAS NO BREAD! My daughter didn't know and just came home they supplemented with CHIPS!? Never ordering from here again. read more

I'm so disappointed in this place once again. I want it to be as good as other Panera's I've been to, but this one never is. Something is always missing, or poorly packaged, or they simply are out of a lot of things. This time I was charged for a side of fruit when I didn't want bread as a side. (Fruit is an offered substitute, but you're charging me?) I attached a picture of my fruit...it's basically nothing. My chicken noodle soup was lacking as well. My receipt said they'll check the order and fix it if wrong, but my order WASN'T checked before I received it (picture attached), and I'm sick and was already home. I think this has been my last try with this location. Step it up or clean house. We deserve a good Panera in the area. read more

They are constantly out of food. Even baguettes. We've gone 3 different times at around 7:00 PM when i get off work snd they are out. It's not just the baguettes that are supposed to accompany every soup and salad. Tonight they were out of mac n cheese. Another time it was broccoli soup. If you know you run out of bread by early evening, get mote bread delivered! It's becoming a joke at my house. Panera Bread has no bread! read more

Can anyone explain to me why they expect you to pay a tip (10%, 20%, etc) up front when you pay when you have to find a table, go pick up your own food when it buzzes, get anything extra you may need (napkins, etc) yourself, and then bus your own dirty dishes when your finished? I hit "no tip" and received less than kind looks. read more

Had the half chicken salad sandwich with tomato soup for dinner. Panera never disappoints me and is always made fresh and taste great. Along with many bakery items to choose from there's always something good to eat. The seasonal tulip cookies are in now and are quite tasty. The staff here is always very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy coming here to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will always be a Panera customer. read more

Dumb outfit, going down hill, hiring some lame people who can't figure how to give you credit/points on the card for the sale, they threw the Baggett in the bag with no wrapper. Went back and the Manager Brent was of no help, they want you to go to thier website for further help and hassle. We have been going to them since they started, but I think it time for another option. read more

Went in to order breakfast for a staff meeting. Had no clue what to get. Really don't eat at Panera Bread...but the staff likes it, so here I am. The cashier (Crystal) was cheerful and professional. She had a teammate from behind the scenes ask her a question while I was at the register. Crystal handled it very well all while keeping her connection with me as the customer in front of her. She made helpful suggestions and advised me on prices as we selected my items. She offered to slice each of the bagels I ordered and made sure to have utensils in the bag too. Everything fit nicely within my budget this morning! I sat down to wait, and she was already done with everything in a few minutes! That was so fast! Everything all bagged up and ready to go...thank you Crystal for all your help this morning! read more

Loved the service here! Everyone was super friendly and available to help you even when their hands were full! I wanted a panini but a vegetarian one so the cashier recommended I get the Mediterranean sandwich and she'll switch out the bread for focaccia and she made an excellent choice! I love how they were able to substitute stuff and provide for vegetarians! I also got the tomato soup and they brought out Broccoli cheddar by mistake and when I took it to them they apologized and immediately switched it out for me! It was soooo packed in the afternoon and given how busy it was everyone working here was doing a great job with a great attitude! - it can get busy - clean and good environment - awesome service read more

I have been here twice now with my family because I always give a place the benefit of the doubt once however, both times I have been here months apart not like I came here two days in a row with the same complaint and they have been out of items this second time they are out of condiments and only have three of the soups they have on the menu. My wife and I love coming to Panera bread and have been for years but these last two experiences will keep me from coming back to this one for sure I would rather drive 25 minutes to another one. Panera will not lose my business but this location will. Maybe corporate should look more into this location and see how the are managing their supplies. read more

This location had a limited variety of breads to choose from during our visit. But what they lacked in food inventory the customer service more than made up for it. The cashier was patient with ALL the questions my husband asked. The staff and manager were friendly, helpful and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our order. Good customer service is hard to find and they hit the mark. read more

Mamas Kitchen is her favorite restaurant and she regularly drives from Temecula to eat here. I had no idea what to order since I'm unfamiliar with Korean food, I wanted to try everything! After checking things out I decided on the japchae, she ordered the tofu soup and bibimbap. Our meals came with sides to share including kimchi, some kimchi radish, potato salad, fish cakes and some sweet/tangy radish which was my favorite. The tofu soup had really good flavor. The bibimbap looked delicious and I loved all of the fresh veggies. My japchae was also really tasty, I made my picky mom taste it when I got home and she also liked it, woohoo! The service was great and all of the food was very good. I know that we will be back.

Looking back, we probably should have left at that point, but our kids were already starving. Once our food arrived, we still had to flag down a server just to get our drinks and utensils. The drinks eventually came, but the utensils never did we ended up getting them ourselves. We never had an assigned waiter just multiple people bringing our dishes. The service was so poor that I honestly can't even remember how the food tasted because the entire experience was overshadowed by the lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won't be returning.

Not only was it plated together (like a lunch portion option), but for what was provided, we expected to get more for the price. They combined the Thai basil chicken and the rice in the same dish along with a few cucumbers and there just wasn't much in the container. In addition, because they plated the rice with the chicken, all of the sauce from the chicken was soaked up by the rice, which in turn made the chicken seem extremely dry. We have ordered this same dish from various places from San Diego to Riverside and have never had the rice automaticalllu combined with the chicken. Based on what was provided, the cost should have been around $10 or similar to a lunch special since that is basically what was provided. Pic shows the combined bowl minus the two cucumber slices that were there as a filler. And the rice moved around to look for any extra juice.

Don't get me wrong, I ate everything they served me, and it was all right. It just didn't WOW me. The restaurant is clean and looks nice. The service was good and my food was okay. There were a few minor things that annoyed me, but isn't it the little things that differentiate places that are great versus ones that are just good or okay? I ordered a diet coke, and they had no diet available. The miso soup (not pictured) that came with the meal was piping hot, but the flavor was not as good as others I have had. When they brought my chicken bento box, which included California Roll, there was no wasabi or ginger. I had to ask the waitress for wasabi, and then she said, "You want wasabi?" as if that was something unusual. Finally, my favorite sushi places have a list of items to choose from for their bento box. They may list 8 or 10 items and ask you to pick 2 or 3. At my other places I might choose, chicken and beef and a spicy tuna roll (vs California roll). Then you get those plus the soup, salad, etc. At Yoshiharu Ramen, it is a set list of items. You only get to pick a meat in the bento box (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.) Their other sushi or ramen may be terrific. So if you are nearby and want sushi or ramen, don't let me dissuade you. The reason I take the time to write a detailed review is so readers can understand MY criteria and why for me, this restaurant is okay, just not a 4 or 5 on my chart.

The interior is trying to be real hip and it sort of works in a positive way but a little bit of that modern gauche. You know, kind of like Z gallery meets mid-century with a slight Lichtenstein tribute with a cartoonish flavour. It does work though, and carries to the exterior or the exterior carries to the interior? With the limitations of a strip mall it's a little bit hard to put lipstick on a pig. But they've executed it well and it's inviting and a departure from the norm. I'm excited to get there soon.

I have been patronizing this establishment for over a year despite living in the city of Hemet mainly because I am comfortable with the location and have come to know many of the staff members and today I was asked by Diana if I would provide the restaurant with a review and here I am. Personally, even though I am a breakfast person and usually only order a bagel and a SIP Club beverage I enjoy the interaction between the staff and a few of the regular customers when I see them here. Today, I would like to acknowledge the friendly greeting and welcoming smile from Diana who took my order. Thank you Diana and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I'm here all the time, so I've seen this location during its slowest and busiest of hours. Regardless, the service is always prompt and friendly. There are so many options at Panera: salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, pastries and coffee! I am a big fan of the Pick 2 option and always try something different here. As a regular (with a Panera card or phone number), I receive so many rewards that keep me coming back. I've had free coffee for a month, free pastries, $2 off a Pick 2, etc. Definitely recommend to everyone to sign up for a card! Also, there is a drive-thru at this location and parking is very hectic during lunch hours. read more

It is always good to see kids hanging out but seeing 20 e-bikes left all over the sidewalk and witnessing drama gets old.
