I ordered the "new " spicy chicken sandwich because the picture on the poster looked enticing. The chicken breast sticking out the bun, pickle chips overflowing out of the bun and ample buffalo sauce, what a picture on the poster! Imagine my disappointment when receiving my sandwich. Wendy's has a better spicy chicken sandwich and you can sometimes get 2 for $6. This was way overpriced. I don't think this will last long on the menu. read more

I ordered the new take on Chef chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich with cheese. The chicken sandwich was the worse I ever had. The past 3 weeks every time something is either wrong or missing. Today I decided to call to let them know. They answered I told them today's issue, no croutons, no bread and they gave 2 lemonades when we ordered one lemonade and one Pepsi. She put me on hold for 11 minutes then disconnected my call. I'm attaching a photo of our receipt clearly showing the items missed. I also noticed where someone is supposed to check the order, we'll it's blank. My charge said it went through, but the kiosk said there was a error on the order. I asked the woman upfront, and she asked the manager. They said it probably didn't go through and that I would not be charged so I ordered again at the register And like two minutes later, they call my name, I said I think I may have two orders, and the woman said yes I see a second order here. Several employees were on break and taking up tables that were not available to customers. They must not have a break room. The drink area was not restocked and trash littered the area in front of the fountain. We received our order fast and the server was nice. The soup was hot and tasty. Came straight here from work in Victorville, I've been craving the broccoli and cheddar soup and I know they don't serve soup till 10. Of course Panera's steady quality and selection of healthier fare and fresh baked goods is well known so we stopped here today for lunch to use some gift cards we had and--like many others--experienced sub-par service at this location. Our order was wrong and we had to ask several times to get it right. The young woman at the counter muttered "This is crazy!" as we ordered. My wife thought the comment was directed at us but it wasn't, she was talking about the register/computer, but it created even more confusion. Pretty sure I know the reasons behind the 2..5 star rating. I have been here a number of times over the past six months, but today seals the deal. Went through drive thru on 2/16/23 to order some bagels, a cinnamon roll and a breakfast sandwich. Oddly enough, they were out of all the aforementioned items. And the girl taking the order thought it was funny enough to laugh out loud as she told me they were out over and over. Not only did I not think it was funny, but keep laughing as you collect your minimum wage and I go to your competition. On almost every visit, they are out of something. I'm not experiencing this at any other restaurant, so I doubt it's a supply chain issue. Just poor management failing its customers over and over. I'm not sure how this location is still in business. Been here a few times and it's a major disappointment every time. Drive thru line is horrendous. Out of stock on broccoli soup, out of stock on chips, out of stock on Gouda cheese and hearing other cars ordering items that are also out of stock. The staff was very polite. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and half sandwich & got charged for the Mediterranean chicken bowl and sandwich instead. They knew they made the mistake and never offered to adjust the $ difference or anything. Then it was more a salad than a bowl. There was hardly any quinoa but mostly leafy greens & cheese. Curbside pickup is a joke. I ordered while here in the parking lot, hoping to beat out the super long drive thru line, and I sat in my car FOREVER! I even called them and told them I was here, only to wait for another 5 min for them to come out, when they said, "an associate will be right out" Next, they only have 3 designated curbside pickup spots, and 2 of which are handicap parking spots. Very confusing if I'm actually allowed to park there or not. I've seen 3-4 customers, park and go in and grab food before me. Room absolutely forever. Not happy at all with this curbside service.
