Ordering via the Panera app was very easy and overall seamless experience. This Panera is just terrible. I have never had an item that was even remotely tasty. I love Panera which is why I continuously gave it chance after chance, but today was my last straw. I ordered the pizza which literally did not have a hint of sauce. I even looked on the app to confirm that the pizza came with sauce which it did. They need to tear it down and just build something entirely different. Will never return.

Came in for lunch before heading to work to be completely disappointed. There wasn't a single person working that greeted us, smiled in our general direction or asked if we needed anything. With the lack of service at the counter, we ordered at the kiosk, and looked for a table. Even this seemed to be a challenge, as most every table not occupied was dirty. We chose a table with the least amount of crumbs and waited nearly 25 minutes for a Cuban and a soup. The AC was blasting so cold that the wait seemed far longer. When we got our food, the Cuban had wax paper in it. My boyfriend is has always refused to send food back to the kitchen and chose to only eat the other half of his food. The only reason I gave two stars is because it's impossible to mess up broccoli cheddar soup.

    GROSS!

This Panera makes McDonalds look like Le Bec Fin! The pepperoni and mozzarell melt from this store looks nothing like the tv and in store ads. Cold pepperoni, and three small pieces of mozzarella, barely melted, sit atop this sad piece of bread. Nobody at the front (they are short staffed) and the kiosk was unable to refund my purchase. Runs away from this mess!

I've been to this location many times. It can get really busy during lunch. The food there has always been just average. There's nothing special that stands out. Their tomato bisque soup probably taste best out of everything on their menu. Their sandwiches are regular sandwiches that anyone could make at home. Their portion size isn't a lot either. It is pretty expensive considering the portion size isn't much. But I usually go to this location due to lack of other better options

We've essentially "adopted" The Jockey since we were regulars at McKenzie before. Aside from the…read moredécor--and maybe a slightly smaller beer list--not much has changed. Overall, The Jockey is solidly average when it comes to food, service, and ambiance. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. Where The Jockey truly shines, though, is its Happy Hour value, which is easily the best in the area. Drinks are a great deal compared to nearby spots: half off all beers on tap, plus discounted house wine and cocktails. The Happy Hour appetizer selection is larger than most, and the quality is surprisingly good. Buck-a-shuck oysters! Only one variety, but for a dollar, you can't complain. Bonus points for offering Happy Hour on weekends, which is rare. If you're in the area during Happy Hour, it's absolutely worth stopping in.

True to my nature as a "prior proper planner," I already had an appointment scheduled in West Chester, so I headed down to get the repairs underway. While I waited, I decided to find some local eats. A quick Google search led me to The Jockey just outside of Philadelphia. The reviews mentioned it was a family-owned joint, and the decor looked incredibly inviting. The aesthetic actually reminded me of The Polo Bar in NYC; it has that same sophisticated, equestrian charm. Personally, I love horses--I know all the horses in the world, and they know me--and I know the horses. so I was eager to check it out. My mother picked me up from the dealership, and we "galloped" our way down to the restaurant. The Food I was surprised to find the place packed at 12:30 PM on a Tuesday, but I assumed we had just hit the peak lunch rush. We started with the calamari, my mother ordered a sandwich, and I opted for the salmon with drunken noodles. Honestly, I think the chef in the back was more "drunk" than the noodles. * The Salmon: It arrived super crisp and borderline burnt. * The Calamari: Overcooked, greasy, and wet--it felt like it hadn't seen a strainer or a paper towel since leaving the fryer. * The Sauce: The marinara was watery, almost as if the back-of-house was running low and decided to stretch it with water. The Verdict The only saving grace was the aesthetic. The decor is lovely, and they have a very inviting event space in the basement. However, you can't eat the wallpaper. * Food: 2/5 (A hard pass on the kitchen's execution.) * Service: 3/5 (The staff never checked on us while we were eating.) * Location/Convenience: 4/5 (Close to everything in a great area.) I likely won't be visiting this place again. I'm genuinely surprised this is a local favorite in such an upscale area--perhaps the locals just haven't ventured out enough to know what they're missing.

It was beautifully plated and the waffles had a wonderful brown sugar crunchy exterior and crisp, delicious interior. On Monday, I had to back and get my debit card- Apparently I dropped it in the parking lot and someone found it and returned it. I got such a polite call to tell me, I decided to pick up some more food to eat at home. I got delicious onion soup, packaged thoughtfully, mozzarella and tomato salad- very fresh and it came with balsamic and oil and toasted bread to make bruschetta. I also got a half portion of the Tavern Nachos that I haven't tried yet- the chips look homemade and toasted. Don't hesitate! Go!

We arrived and were quickly seated on the porch at our request. We were there 'before 4', so the evening menu was not yet available. But, there were plenty of great options on the lunch menu. We shared the Wild Mushroom Bisque, which was delicious. This was followed by a Caesar salad, also very good. Our main course choices were the Salmon BLT sandwich (messy, but delicious), and the Shaved Prime Rib sandwich. Our server was attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant, if you are in the area.
