Always great service and impeccable menu selection at Panera. Great WiFi signal if you are coming to nibble on your remote days like I was

I almost went 4 stars on this one. Paying nearly $20 for a sandwich and their smallest drink is what kept me from doing so. It's a very nice restaurant, and I could see it being a good place to study or have coffee with a friend. My turkey BLT with cheese (+$1.79) was good, but at almost $16, definitely not worth it. How can Panera Bread be out of the sourdough bread my sandwich was supposed to have? It's like Buffalo Wild Wings being out of wings. (That's actually happened to me, BTW.) I also had to go back to the counter when they forgot one ingredient of the sandwich (avocado). Overall, an expensive, somewhat underwhelming experience.

I usually really enjoy their food but today I tried heir new BBQ chicken. HORRIBLE VERY little chicken, cheese, and BBQ sauce. No flavor except the BBQ sauce. It was $10.99 if I would have seen it first I wouldn't have had $2. Did NOT look like there pix

Circles show rotten lettuce. Who serves rotten food? Panera does!

We ordered a fuji salad and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich The salad was served without any dressing. The greens were not very fresh, but... The turkey sandwich had brown, rotten lettuce that had begun to liquify in the sandwich. That means Panera thought they would use the rotten lettuce and hide it in the sandwich! The only adult, apparently a Manager, walked around scowling and gesturing at the staff and staring at customers which made my Wife very uncomfortable. This Panera is a franchise. That means there is no corporate control over the owners. Apparently, Panera Corp does not require franchises to use fresh produce.

Unkept restaurant.

For a restaurant that requires me to serve my own food and pickup my dishes, it's over $20 for lunch for 1 meal. Add to it the the ambiance you get to enjoy shown in the picture. Not a single table was cleaned when we were trying to find a seat, so we had to ask for someone to wipe down a table. This was at 1:45 in the afternoon.

My sandwich

We ordered from here tonight and the sandwich I received was horrible! I ordered the new Chicken Bacon Rancher! Just look at the pictures to see what I thought I was getting and what I actually got!!! Paid over 18.00 for that meal!!!

Just picked up my pick two of a salad and the Mac n cheese. The Mac and cheese was only filled half way. And they forgot my chicken on my greek salad that I specifically asked for. Don't waste your money coming here. This meal cost $14 and they skimped on it.

The food was OK. Not much different than other chicken tender places. The sandwich was dry. Nothing remarkable or sexy about the food. Regretfully, the price was outrageous for the quality of food and service. Won't be back.

The front feels a bit cold in that tyete are 3 screens... no person to order from or cash register. We ordered and it took a bit to get our food but we were not in a hurry. There are several tables to sit and eat as well as covered outdoor area. The food came out hot and was very good. The chicken tenders were good size and were tender and tasty. The fries were seasoned and good. There are several sauces and we tried 5 of them. The house sauce was our favorite. For drinks, you get your cup and serve yourself. They had Thai Tea which was a nice option. The portion sizes are generous. There are salads, sandwiches, tenders and a few different sides. Good place for some chicken. Go check them out.

The baked pita chips were okay, but they were chewy and not as crispy as I'd have liked. I had the falafel gyro, I liked the tzatziki sauce, it had a good amount of sourness and refreshingness. I needed more falafels, they had only given me three, but they were delicious, crispy on the outside and spiced interior flavor. There was a lot of feta on it, maybe a bit too much for me. I had the pasta orzo for my side which was good, but sort of just tasted like tomato soup with orzo in it. The fries were good, very crispy, and good amount of salt! We had to try the baklava, because I love baklava, and this one did not disappoint, the honey was fully soaked into the phyllo pastry, and the middle section was good flavor too with the nuts. Service: Our server was great, he was very attentive, and the food came out fast, and everyone seemed to be very happy working here. Atmosphere: I liked the seating and the welcoming environment. The kitchen was visible to everyone which is always good to know. Not too loud here either but still busy. Overall: Delicious!! I had a great time here and can't wait to come back to try a few other things.

Urban Egg -Johnstown is my go to place for breakfast and brunch (and even lunch) in the area. I…read morewent a few times in short order and enjoyed it so much I kept returning. The food is very fresh and the choices are vast. Something for everyone here so young and old will enjoy their meals here. It does get busy on weekends and holidays but is steady at other times as well. Only open till two, I suggest you go earlier. Good to consider is the 3 Egg breakfast with the bacon and fruit, the pancake flight with the Cinnamon Roll pancake as well as the regular pancake flight, The Cure drink, The ABCLT with salad. Plus the omelets are good as well. The only thing we found that wasn't great on the menu were the hash browns on multiple visits so sub them out if you can. They also don't seat parties together always even when tables open up near the first party so be aware of that. Other than that a great place! You can be seated inside or out. Service is generally very good. Parking is easy right outside. There are restrooms that are clean. There is a bar in the back. So many great things to be eaten here so come hungry!

My daughter and I headed to Urban Egg STARVING. PSA if…read moreusing Maps for directions - it took us through an alley but actually the restaurant faces College Ave. We were warmly greeted by Sam who ended up being our server. We immediately had drink orders taken and recommendations offered. The menu has something for everyone- pancakes, French toast, chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, bennys, omelets, and the there is a healthy choice menu as well as gf items; Non alcoholic as well as alcoholic cocktails, juices, and coffees available. I ordered a cappuccino to start with and it had a TON of froth on top- perfection! My daughter had a juice drink called the Cure- it was a bit heavy in the coconut water for her taste but it was delicious and came with a fresh slice of pineapple. We selected The breakfast sandwich and the blue corn huevos rancheros and we split a side cinnamon roll pancake. Let's talk perfection in a pancake-- this topped anything I've ever tasted- the fluffiest, softest, flavorful pancake. Perfect drizzles of cinnamon sugar covered with frosting. So so good. Lemon ricotta pancakes will be the choice next time. Didn't need syrup but it came warm and, heck yeah! Both our dishes came with hash browns which for our preference could have used a bit more crisp and salt( salt easily remedied). The breakfast sandwich had scrumptious, thick sourdough and generous portions of bacon, with pesto aioli and eggs of choice. Every bite was eaten, even the crusts -(adulting)! The huevos rancheros were tasty- perfect base of crunch but the main attraction was the soft and flavorful scrambled eggs and chorizo topped with Avacado crema. Taste buds satisfied as well as our hunger. Although we came in starving we had food to spare. Sam was attentive and friendly and we lingered in a comfortable setting. Ladies- check out the wishing wall in the restrooms- cute customer forward touch! Prices reasonable for all the food- you won't be sorry checking this place out.
