We live very close by . 1 time I found a tiny bug . Im assuming it's from how the wind blows in or when people open the door . For the most part It's ok the customer service is great the staff is nice . I enjoy a sub here and there. We always use the app so that we can customize our sandwich and not take up all the time while there. It's packed with people sometimes but if you go at the right times or order on the app its not so bad. read more

This was my favorite sandwich shop... until the last two times we've tried to order... I don't need to go into all of it but The last time was probably my last straw... i don't get it... I walked in with multiple employees in there making sandwiches or doing other things joking amongst themselves, but not one single person said a word to me. 10 minutes later at least I asked someone seemed to be cleaning for closing if he happened to know how long my order word take.... It was already ready so I stood there for 10+ minutes and had to ask for help to get my Togo order but not a single person acknowledged me even when I was the only person in there... read more

The Johnstown crew is consistent! Sunday 9/20 ordered a gigantic sub. Time to pick up was in 2mins, I was early. They finished on time and that sandwich was perfect. Hat's off the the team. read more

I stopped ordering from here because I like buying the lays baked chips(which they always have in stock), but there is no option to include this in online orders. Update your online ordering to reflect products you offer please! I'd love to spend more money here, but it's usually just frustrating currently. I'd easily spend $15+ daily if you updated your menu.(I'm now spending $0) Or you can just not give a shit and I'll spend it elsewhere. It's cool either way. read more

I love this location so much hands down the best there is! I loveeeeee the staff and they always make my sandwich perfect. The store is very clean and they are very welcoming with great customer service! read more

$5 gift card. 1st Turnoff: waited several minutes for Associate to mill around doing what (?), to clean prep counter and meat slicer before ordering. Ordered Gluten-Free bread, I was asked if it was ALLERGY or PREFERENCE. It indeed is 'allergy' and was charged anyway. To think I foolishly added TIP. There are other sub shops in this area with WAY better quality / taste of sandwiches. 1 Star for courtesy. Won't return. read more

A few days ago, we stopped at Jersey Mike's because we were in the area and needed something to eat. I've never been to Jersey Mike's and it's been several years since my spouse has been too. I found the ordering process to be confusing 'cause it said every sub came with a list of ingredients but when I said that I didn't want some things I was looked at funny and asked what I did want. I ended up just getting mayo and tomato because I thought the only toppings that were available were the ones visible on the counter. Turns out there's more things in drawers but if you're not familiar with how this place operates you'd have no clue since there's no list of what choices are and, like I mentioned, some options aren't in plain view. The food was okay. Spouse liked his more than I did 'cause he figured out the toppings system better than I did. read more

Alyvia was super helpful and had a great smile she need to be a manager the food she made was amazing

I decided to swing by for some lunch while I was on vacation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The food was excellent as always, and the store was tidy and kept clean. Service was quick, especially for how busy it was. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and answered all of my questions, especially Sky! Will definitely be returning if I have the opportunity. read more

Every single time I come to this Jersey Mikes the manager and the entire staff are so sweet and nice! They always ask me about my day too. My sandwich is perfect every time. I honestly enjoy coming to even see their manager lol. Thank you guys for always being so awesome! read more

Needed a large lunch order for a tournament. I placed it on the website, had to customise multiple sandwiches. Scheduled the order for pickup the next day. Picked up early--everything ready to go, employees super helpful and pleasant. Order exactly right-even with the customisations to their signature sandwiches. Everyone was happy--everyone got what they wanted, got fed, and lunch was super easy. read more

Really busy location on most days from my experience but staff is hard working and tries to serve everybody quickly and efficiently and they make the sandwiches taste good! read more

Well that was not worth the money. I'm usually a huge Jersey Mike's fan, but this location was not up to par. There are three tables open to eat at which is cool, but these tables are filthy! The store as a whole is very dirty and is not being cleaned daily. I ordered the 56 hot sub philly with no jalapeño's. I got down to pay and one of the workers handed me my sandwich. As I opened it I realized it was not mine, so took it back. The gentlemen after a few mins brought me mine and said that I had taken someone else's. Umm...you gave me someone else's I didn't want anyone else's but mine. I get my sandwich and the cheese on my hot sandwich was cold as well as most of the meat. So disappointed I paid $10 for a hot sandwich that was less than even warm. It wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. I will stick to other great locations, but will not be back here again. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Delis Near Me - Johnstown, Colorado

Staff was not very friendly. We ordered online for it to be made by 8:03 and showed up at 8:03 and the sandwich and bowl had so much vinegar and oil my bread was so soggy it was falling apart. There was a puddle of oil on the paper after picking up the sandwich. The bowl was filled with vinegar about 1/3 of the way. Both were ruined and so gross due to the excessive amount of oil and vinegar. FYI we only asked the regular amount. read more

I love Jersey mike's Subs and was so excited to hear that one was coming closer to me in Johnstown, Colorado. However, EVERY time we go there the bread is dry and hard as a rock..... very disappointing!!!!!! The staff is very unfriendly. I really feel like they should get a new manager in there that knows how Jersey Mikes Subs are supposed to be ran. read more

I'm surprised to see all of the terrible reviews on this Jersey Mikes in particular. We live in Fort Collins, but drive all the way out to Centerra for this location because it's one of the best ones we've gone to. The sandwiches are always made very well, and the one time we had a wrong order, the guy working was very apologetic, let us keep the sandwich and remade it correctly, and gave us a free regular sub coupon. I only ever do carry out orders, but I've never once had a problem, the staff has always been great, and would recommend this Jersey Mikes every time. read more

I'm seriously surprised at how many negative reviews this shop has! Everytime I come in, day or night, the staff is very kind to me! I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. And the sandwiches are great! I hate onions and never want them on my phillys. When my order is taken I'm always asked about the ingredients and my sandwich is always made right. Whatever's going on in this shop - keep doing it!! read more

Unfortunately I agree with others. The operator of this unit is failing. This type of failure in a franchise isn't caused by a lack of knowledge or training, but a lack of ability to perform. It's common sense. I recently went to pick up a few giants that I ordered online. The ap said they'd be ready ten minutes before I got there. Upon arrival I was ignored for 5 minutes. After shoehorning my way in the girl looked around and told me they were packaging it at that moment. I had to shoehorn in again after another ten minute wait, this is where we discovered that my order hadn't even been started. It's too bad. And to the lazy dickhead who owns this place and shows zero respect for his customers, how would you like if each of us held YOU hostage for 45 minutes? read more

Was so fire love this place. Also Carmen and Alex are probly the best employees at this location

Their sandwiches are fine enough. BUT do not make a to go order outside of the store. Their POS system seems to be busted, well that or they can't be bothered to make it properly if you're not there, and your order will be wrong. Already been burned twice. Also uses crappy out of season commodity tomatoes, would avoid. read more

I didn't mind them being slow for being short staffed. I didn't even mind them being out of every bread other than the rosemary. I did however mind that the sandwich I got on my bday tasted God awful. I got all the way home with a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich, took a bite and nearly threw up. I threw the sandwich away. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. The chicken tasted rotten. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

If you like to wait a long time for food, get treated like a pos this is your place! You are also invited into the back "to make your Sandwich" when 4 people are standing around. Your order that was supposed to be ready at 7:50 but isn't, but the orders with the same sandwiches to go ready at 8:20 are ready. They also make customers who walk in just stand there and don't acknowledge them. Pretty great place... NOT! The manager also doesn't give shit so no need to complain. read more

Worst location ever. We online ordered 3 sandwiches for a 609pm pick up. They weren't even busy and they had to cook more bacon for 1 sandwich and didn't even acknowledge my husband when he stood there for almost 30 min waiting for our 3 sandwiches. They tried to put the wrong chips and random drinks we didn't order in the bag as well. He gets home all our sandwiches were on wheat bread that was hard as a ROCK. We ordered WHITE BREAD. We had to remove the bread so we didn't even get a sandwich, we ate meat and veggies with no bread. This is absolutely unacceptable service and we will not be back to this location. Ridiculous prices for sandwiches made incorrectly and being 30 min late making them. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. More times than not they overdress the sandwich with vinegar and oil that we've stopped ordering that, they aren't nice and they have one several occasions not had the right chips on the bag. Once they didn't have fountain drinks either. We've just had enough. We should get a refund for our sandwiches this time honestly read more

They made our phillycheesteak raw and got orders wrong. Didn't change gloves. Not impressed.

I'm not normally a sandwich kinda guy, but my wife was dying to try something new this afternoon, so we stopped by Jersey Mikes to mix things up. And man am I glad that we stopped by. These guys were a great time! We were walked through the meats by this nice dude, and found a sandwich that sounded really good that's not even on their menu inside the store! If you haven't had their #12, I recommend it! I think its neat that this place has a kind of secret menu and its really cool that the people here care enough to walk us through it. I was really just expecting to try a nice sandwich and move on, but these people are so genuinely kind that I think my wife and I just have to come back again :) read more

had a great experience at this location even though there's a ton of bad reviews. haters gonna hate. these ppl are awesome, super nice and funny and it was a dank sub. forsure coming back for the peeps. only jersey mikes ill go to in loveland. read more

This Jersey Mike's has always been friendly and provided great service. The sandwiches are always made fresh to order and delicious.

This Jersey Mikes is the worst!!! Third time here and each time it gets worse! Perhaps they should go train in Longmont where service is too notch? Walked in looking for my pick up order. Not on the table. Decided to wait with (socially distanced of course) the other 3 people who were waiting on food. The crew behind the counter never acknowledged any of us. They just kept helping those in line. The one lady had been there for awhile. She was upset they lost her mobile order and then continued to help others instead of making her sandwich. Seriously? She'd been waiting way longer than anyone else in there. Then at one point a 5th person walks in with a red bag and someone asks them who they are picking up for. So I need to carry a red bag to get acknowledged? Finally I walk to the counter and ask if any of the 8 bags behind the counter are ready to go. The guy goes. Uhhh. And turns around. He points at one. That one; is it yours? I say I don't know; what's the name on it. He tells me the name; and yep; that's our hot sandwich's that have been sitting there. Seriously?? Get it together guys! Last visit to this location for sure. For the price I expect better. read more

Incredibly disappointed with the girl running the cash register. She was very rude and lied about charging us wrong even with a receipt. I didn't make a big deal about it, just wanted to make sure they made the sandwich a medium like I was charged for not the mini I ordered. When she continued to argue with me and make snide comments after I walked away from the counter to wait, I decided to get a refund and leave. Sad since I really enjoyed going there before. read more
