A few days ago, we stopped at Jersey Mike's because we were in the area and needed something to eat. I've never been to Jersey Mike's and it's been several years since my spouse has been too. I found the ordering process to be confusing 'cause it said every sub came with a list of ingredients but when I said that I didn't want some things I was looked at funny and asked what I did want. I ended up just getting mayo and tomato because I thought the only toppings that were available were the ones visible on the counter. Turns out there's more things in drawers but if you're not familiar with how this place operates you'd have no clue since there's no list of what choices are and, like I mentioned, some options aren't in plain view. Well that was not worth the money. I'm usually a huge Jersey Mike's fan, but this location was not up to par. There are three tables open to eat at which is cool, but these tables are filthy! The store as a whole is very dirty and is not being cleaned daily. I ordered the 56 hot sub philly with no jalapeño's. I got down to pay and one of the workers handed me my sandwich. As I opened it I realized it was not mine, so took it back. The gentlemen after a few mins brought me mine and said that I had taken someone else's. Umm...you gave me someone else's I didn't want anyone else's but mine. I get my sandwich and the cheese on my hot sandwich was cold as well as most of the meat. So disappointed I paid $10 for a hot sandwich that was less than even warm. It wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Staff was not very friendly. We ordered online for it to be made by 8:03 and showed up at 8:03 and the sandwich and bowl had so much vinegar and oil my bread was so soggy it was falling apart. There was a puddle of oil on the paper after picking up the sandwich. The bowl was filled with vinegar about 1/3 of the way. Both were ruined and so gross due to the excessive amount of oil and vinegar. FYI we only asked the regular amount. read more

I'm surprised to see all of the terrible reviews on this Jersey Mikes in particular. We live in Fort Collins, but drive all the way out to Centerra for this location because it's one of the best ones we've gone to. The sandwiches are always made very well, and the one time we had a wrong order, the guy working was very apologetic, let us keep the sandwich and remade it correctly, and gave us a free regular sub coupon. I only ever do carry out orders, but I've never once had a problem, the staff has always been great, and would recommend this Jersey Mikes every time. read more

Unfortunately I agree with others. The operator of this unit is failing. This type of failure in a franchise isn't caused by a lack of knowledge or training, but a lack of ability to perform. It's common sense. I recently went to pick up a few giants that I ordered online. The ap said they'd be ready ten minutes before I got there. Upon arrival I was ignored for 5 minutes. After shoehorning my way in the girl looked around and told me they were packaging it at that moment. I had to shoehorn in again after another ten minute wait, this is where we discovered that my order hadn't even been started. It's too bad. Worst location ever. We online ordered 3 sandwiches for a 609pm pick up. They weren't even busy and they had to cook more bacon for 1 sandwich and didn't even acknowledge my husband when he stood there for almost 30 min waiting for our 3 sandwiches. They tried to put the wrong chips and random drinks we didn't order in the bag as well. He gets home all our sandwiches were on wheat bread that was hard as a ROCK. We ordered WHITE BREAD. We had to remove the bread so we didn't even get a sandwich, we ate meat and veggies with no bread. This is absolutely unacceptable service and we will not be back to this location. Ridiculous prices for sandwiches made incorrectly and being 30 min late making them. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. More times than not they overdress the sandwich with vinegar and oil that we've stopped ordering that, they aren't nice and they have one several occasions not had the right chips on the bag. I'm not normally a sandwich kinda guy, but my wife was dying to try something new this afternoon, so we stopped by Jersey Mikes to mix things up. And man am I glad that we stopped by. These guys were a great time! We were walked through the meats by this nice dude, and found a sandwich that sounded really good that's not even on their menu inside the store! If you haven't had their #12, I recommend it! I think its neat that this place has a kind of secret menu and its really cool that the people here care enough to walk us through it. This Jersey Mikes is the worst!!! Third time here and each time it gets worse! Perhaps they should go train in Longmont where service is too notch? Walked in looking for my pick up order. Not on the table. Decided to wait with (socially distanced of course) the other 3 people who were waiting on food. The crew behind the counter never acknowledged any of us. They just kept helping those in line. The one lady had been there for awhile. She was upset they lost her mobile order and then continued to help others instead of making her sandwich. Seriously? She'd been waiting way longer than anyone else in there. Then at one point a 5th person walks in with a red bag and someone asks them who they are picking up for. So I need to carry a red bag to get acknowledged? Finally I walk to the counter and ask if any of the 8 bags behind the counter are ready to go. The guy goes. Uhhh. And turns around. He points at one. That one; is it yours? I say I don't know; what's the name on it. He tells me the name; and yep; that's our hot sandwich's that have been sitting there. Seriously??
