December 2023: This location has become a go-to for a delicious sub. The only sub better (to this meatatarian) is Taste Of Philly ("The Works" w/Frank's Hot Sauce). Firehouse Subs has so many good sandwiches that I really can't single out one for praise - I could go 10 times, never repeat, and love every one. And - this is important - they have the perfect sandwich size (MEDIUM unless you're starving) - unlike Subway, where your two choices are "too small" and "too big". These issues I experienced originally seem to be fully fixed. OLD REVIEW: I've visited the Longmont location - when it was busy - many times, and always had a great experience. So I told my daughter how great it was, and we went when it was so un-busy that we were literally the only people in the restaurant that didn't work there. With at least four employees present, you would think there would be time for cleaning, but apparently not. My chair was so dirty that I had to go wet a napkin to wipe off a big sticky spot. Meatballs sandwich perfect in cold weather. I normally ordered their classic one like hook and ladder. I am glad that I tried this one out ! i ordered a doordash order from the firehouse and loveland and there were some missing items. i mistakenly called the firehouse in loveland and the general manager Katie said she would replace our entire meal for free! I called back to say it was a mistake on my end but that the other store was not taking care of things properly and they are still making our order for us! You can ignore the majority of these negative reviews as they are mostly service related and 5+ years old. No service issues that I witnessed. Sandwich was warm and delicious (hook and ladder.) Firehouse is slightly more expensive than Subway or Jimmy John's on average but the quality of ingredients and bread is better. I eat at Firehouse a few times a year and have yet to have a bad experience. This location is slightly tucked away but give it a try if you're in the area. A solid sub joint! read more

First off, the service was sloooowwww. I was truly impressed how slow all three employees were. They were not quick to do anything it seemed, except welcome you into the venue. Then, I ordered (and was charged for) a turkey bacon ranch sandwich (description from the website: "Freshly sliced smoked turkey breast, crispy bacon, melted sharp cheddar cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and creamy peppercorn ranch dressing on a toasted sub roll"). They make the employees say "welcome to Firehouse" when you walk in which is really cringeworthy to me. The food was fine.

The required "Welcome To Firehouse" was a little less enthusiastic than I prefer, but if you enjoy Firehouse Subs anywhere, you'll enjoy it almost exactly the same here! They keep the place clean, and the chips and condiments are well-stocked - but most of the bottled sauce options were less than half-full, which I find a little off-putting. So, I wouldn't have used any, even if I didn't have the salad. They're a bit hidden in this location, but super easy to hit after. DIY project run at Lowe's! read more

This was my first time trying this sub place Saturday 12/14 7:30pm. When I walked in the door, there were no smiles or greetings from the 3 employees. They only had 1 family other than me in the store. I ordered an Italian sub and Chicken Dumpling soup to go. It was long wait for a cold sub. No smiles , acknowledgments or thank you when I picked up the order. It just went downhill when I got home. The soup was wrong kind and they only filled the cup halfway. 3-4 spoonfuls is NOT worth the $3.70. Tasty though. The sub sandwich bread was good but the amount of meat was pitiful. I didn't even get a pickle!! I paid 11+ for this and I feel cheated. read more

Firehouse subs is awesome! Their sandwiches are so delicious and they have really stepped it up during Covid, making it so easy to order online. I'm so disappointed in my experience tonight. My coworker and I ordered from DoorDash as we work in a local hospital and do not usually have time to take a normal lunch. I made specific requests for my sub, such as add extra cheese (for an additional $.50), switch out ham for turkey, and include a side of oil and vinegar. None of these requests were obliged. They were also clearly printed on the greasy receipt I was handed upon delivery. This seems very inconsistent with my previous Firehouse visits and I'm now kicking myself that I didn't go to the restaurant and order myself to make sure my food was made correctly. For a little over $30, including tip, I have this crazy expectation that I'll get what I ordered for such a high price tag. Ugh. read more

Food is good but service is terrible. These kids that work here talk roo much to each other and take too long to make our food that we have paid for. Need to really push these kids on how to work.
