I love Chick -file-A and I guess it is not this location that I'm upset at but corporate! I saw the Frosted lemonade advertised and I used to get a true frosted lemonade as a young kids and loved them. So I drove way out of my way to get to this location to get one. Well it was not a frosted lemonade but am lemon milk shake. I'm allergic to milk so this posed a huge problem for me one sip and I knew immediately it had dairy! When I went on to their online menu to see what it said it cut off the description of milk shake and or any mention of dairy. When I pushed the button to see if it would elaborate it showed me the address of the location and nothing else. So thanks chick-fil-a corporate for wasting my money, time and gas not to mention my hopes! Maybe you should name it with a true description of the product. A lemon milk shake! Drive thru orders, in our experience, are incorrect a third of the time. It is annoying to get home and have breaded chicken nuggets on my market salad that should have grilled chicken so it's gluten free. Or expecting a Santa Fe salad like the bag tag says and its a different salad. Drive thru Team members are inconsistent in repeating orders back to you which lowers the odds of incorrect orders. It is easy to file a complaint on the company site. We let a few times slide but enough! I did place a complaint and the generated response is they will contact the store. They use your receipt or credit card as reference so they can narrow the employee down. Had I known this I would have filed before now. My suggestion is ask always for your order to be said back to you and before you pull away check your order. They maybe in a hurry and people maybe in line but you should be able to confirm everything is correct. You will be happier! read more

The good: We like Chick-fill-A food, they have good salads and good menus for kids. Not that good: The car line to order usually is quite long, but that's a common issue on many of their locations. Still, Why the 2 starts? After their recently renovation a couple months ago, they totally removed their Kids's playground just to add a few more tables. It was a good place for kids to have fun. I ordered for curbside pickup and waited and waited as I saw other people come and go. I made sure I had the right car, number, and location. Finally I went inside and they had my food just sitting there. They gave me my drinks that were watered down and a frozen lemonade that was melted. Didn't even apologize for their mistake. I usually try hard to give places a chance before eating 1 Star but this location has messed up my order the last 4 visits IN A ROW! First one was they messed up and forgot an entire sandwich leaving us short 1. Second time they gave me the wrong drink and I didn't notice until I got home and I called and spoke to a manager and informed her this was the second time in a row they'd messed up an order and she was like "what do you want me to do" I asked for a refund on my drink which she gave and I told her they need to slow down. Third time my drink was wrong again but I checked it before I was too far gone and had to go back into the parking lot and wave someone down. Fourth time which was today, I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and when I got home it was just lettuce, chicken and half a boiled egg missing tomatoes, bacon, cheese and corn. I understand this location is very busy but an extra 5-10 seconds to make sure customers orders are right isn't going to hurt. I called the time they forgot our sandwich and I also called when they gave me the wrong drink and I kindly told the young lady on the phone they need to slow down a little to be sure folks get the proper order. Apparently the feedback went in one ear and out the other. Came through about half an hour before closing on a Thursday night with a couple busses of hungry high school volleyball players on the way back to Denver after a match. The dining room was already closed, but the bus was too tall to take through the drive thru. I walked up to the window, explained our predicament, and Landon immediately accommodated us. He walked me back through the dining room to open the front doors and let in a stream of cheering teenagers. Alec hopped on a register and took all of our orders. Not only did they make it happen for us, they did it all with smiles and not a second thought. The driver that dropped off the order didn't even ring the doorbell luckily I have a dog to let me Know when someone is here. I open the door to find 1/3 of the order delivered. I called to let them know and was put on hold four times then disconnected. Call Back asked to speak to a manager she said she was a manager and then a supervisor got on the phone. at this point I was livid I told him that I did not want the order and just simply refund me they stated since I have part of the order they wouldn't refund the entire amount. I normally don't have any complaints against this chick-fil-a location but on Saturday I went to here with a friend and we both ordered large fries. Not only was mine half full but hers was pretty low too, but put on top so we couldn't tell just how few fries there were until we got home. This is how full mine was (pictures). We were both starving and waiting in a long line with slow service to get half filled fries, so you can imagine we were a little hangry and disappointed. This is the worst Chick-fil-A franchise. Orders are frequently missing items from entire entrees to sauces and salad packs. Salads are often wilted and bruised with soggy, discolored lettuce. Service is not on par with the Chick-fil-A brand. When issues have been addressed with management, their suggestion was for me, the customer, to remind staff to add sauces and salad packs when placing an order. Needless to say with an attitude like that issues persist. Check your order before leaving or you may get home and find you're missing items. The Chick-fil-A delivery service is just as bad. Usually love Chick Fil a. I needed to get a present for my nephews birthday, and while heading to target I saw the Chick Fil A so I thought, "why not go in and grab something?" when I walked in, I was not greeted; I was barely acknowledged. The young lady taking my order seemed disinterested and even spoke to me rudely. I'm not sure she was aware how rude she came off as. When I thanked her, despite her rudeness, she barely mumbled a "my pleasure". I looked at her name tag, but I can't recall her name. All I know is it started with an A. She had dark hair. Other than that, the whole staff honestly looked like they didn't want to be there; they all looked upset. I understand when it gets busy it can get stressful, but how you act and carry yourself is what the customers remember, even more than the food. Yes, the food was great, but it's the great service I'm still longing for. read more
