The best Qdoba we've been to in northern Colorado. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The steak was well cooked but not overcooked. Most of the time it's pretty dry and chewy but this one was still tender. The queso had big ole chunks of peppers and tasted way better than normal. The service was rude and aggressive and if I walked in and saw them again I would leave. Wish I saw some more sanitary care as well. A couple nights ago, I wanted some Qdoba and we were close by. I tried to order online for pickup but it makes you pick a "protein" when I do a veggie burrito and that is fajita veggies which I didn't want so I compiled my order and my spouse went in to order at the counter for me. There are a million Qdoba locations. This one happens to be the closest to my house. I go there regularly and am never disappointed. Since Qdoba switched to including everything (guac, queso, veggies) in the price of your burrito, the value has really gone up. Excellent! I ordered the breakfast bowl with steak, eggs, potatoes, corn salsa, salsa verde, and Diablo queso. It was delicious and fresh! Savory and it honestly reminded me of my grandmas cooking! She just passed away recently and I know that she loved to cook and try new flavorful dishes. She would have loved the bowl. It was so good I had to call the location and speak to the manager. I told him that he is doing a great job, the food was juicy and sooooo delicious! I even posted them on my story for all to see! It was actually such a good deal in 2023 to get a giant bowl of steak and potatoes eggs cheese salsas for 11 bucks. I ate as MUCH as I could and I only got half way through. I will be full the rest of the day. The servers were friendly and QUICK!! The atmosphere is like a subway but the quality is like grandmas cooking! I will be back again and again. I like this location. Been there several times, and never had a bad experience. Not that I spent a long time looking, but last night I didn't notice any tip jar sitting out, and I was glad. More and more these days, it seems that you go into a restaurant and they expect to be tipped before they've even done anything. There's a term for that: "entitlement". They're usually short staffed so you'll see a long line when you come in and the workers just don't look happy to be there. I like the quickness of QDOBA and breakfast is the only thing I will eat here. Bacon is cooked nice and crispy, eggs are cooked at location so usually pretty fresh. My breakfast bowl is always the same egg, potato, bacon, pico, cheese, and sour cream. Service is always great at this location. The issue is always the cleanliness of this and all other QDOBA restaurants. The area you get your silverware is always nasty dirty, and the soda machine is filthy! read more

Huge shoutout to the team that was working yesterday, July 24th! Just wanted to pick up a quick lunch, but there was a line out the door - main reason was the special-needs group that had the same idea as me. While I was waiting in line, I was able to observe how incredibly patient, polite and genuinely sweet every of the 4 ladies working was! Despite it being rush hour and the added challenge of serving this special group, they remained calm, friendly and professional. Yes, I was late for my next appointment, but observing this example of kindness made my day! Working in this industry is hard and everyone who manages to stay positive and friendly under enormous pressure is a good person in my book! Definitely a big reason for me to come back! read more

I have always had fantastic customer service at this QDoba. The staff is really nice and friendly. Tonight I saw an employee washing their hands the right way (get the paper towel ready, wash hands, turn off hot water with paper towel). It made me feel good about the cleanliness of their store. Tonight I just got beans and rice with salsa and a dab of guac. The cashier rang me up for sides as it wasn't much food and saved me some cash. I really appreciated this. On Sat Feb 11, 2022 we placed an online order. My daughter in law went to pick it up and they were closed due to low staffing. This, of course, is not their fault. The following however is: 1. My daughter in law went to a different location and was informed that that location could have shut down their online ordering so people would know not online order at that location. They failed to do this. 2. MY CARD WAS CHARGED 3. I called to speak to a manager. I explained the situation. She was very rude and belligerent and refused to refund my money. She then hung up on me. In summary NO food was received. Credit card was charged. Manager refuses to refund my credit card. Also of note is food is ordered at this location quite often. i have been going to this location for some time now. unfortunately I have now encountered employees that are either new or I just happened to never see before. two of them use the register, walk to back for supplies, and just touch random things with their gloves on and then commence to making my food without new gloves. This is probably the best Qdoba I've been to in all my life. Everything from the taste to the service was exceptional. Specifically Tyler the kind gentleman who made my food did a wonderful job. However, the bowl did not get completed for 20 more minutes while I sat watching others get served. The guy who I think was the manager was nice and apologized a couple times. We came here as they were accepting the Father's Day BOGOF coupons and the south Qdoba location declined to. Definitely worth the drive, great service by people that care and food that was top notch. Ordered a smothered burrito and it was excellent and my wife had a queso burrito that also was excellent. Very organized staff and nice to see the drink machine was full for every option. I would give this 1 star, I am only giving it 2 bc the food was actually okay. The store was filthy. The floors were filthy, under the booths it was so dirty it was nauseating to look at. The kitchen area we could see from the order line was also filthy and the stove was dripping with caked on old food. There was an employee who brought out cookies while another employee was preparing our food and she dropped one in the sour cream right in front of us and was very unprofessional. She was then coughing into her arm multiple times, right by the food counter. The women's bathroom had no soap. Everything was literally so filthy we could hardly eat our food. The only redeeming quality was the young man who served us was actually nice and acted appropriately. The cookie dropping, coughing employee was making him feel obviously uncomfortable in front of customers. I would never return here and think QDOBA needs to investigate this location, and health inspection needs to drop in here. read more

I live less than five minutes away and as soon as I got home my food was cold. My burrito was much larger than I remember other Qdoba burritos being. Not only was it huge, it was mostly rice. Not to mention that rice was watered down with the not so flavorful queso, and the taste of lemon (maybe lime?) in the rice was overpowering. I ended up only eating one side of my burrito because that's the only spot where the meat and salsa were. Pretty disappointed. I don't plan on going back any time soon. read more

We returned 3 catering stands after Qdoba catered a party for us. I've always received one complimentary card for a burrito for each stand returned, but not from this location. We were told they only give one card for every two stands and so they only gave us one! That meal cost us $300 after tip and you'd think they could give more than one free burrito card on an order that large. Cheapskates. Plus, the restaurant was filthy when we returned the stands. We are new to Loveland, and big Qdoba fans, but we won't be returning to this location. Boo hiss. read more
