I love this Wendy's. The staff are so friendly and kind, super chipper and wonderful to interact with. The food is always fresh and hot. I've eaten here and gone through the drive thru multiple times. A few weeks ago, I came in to grab lunch to bring to my daughter at school (cool mom stuff). The staff were so helpful and excited about my plan, they asked which toy she wanted to get in her kids meal, and gave us plenty of sauce cups, napkins and ketchup packets. I was so touched by their actions. They took so much care with our order and because of their kindness I got major mom points that day, even on top of just bringing outside food. I love this Wendy's anyway but this made my whole week and restored some of my faith in humanity. Please be respectful and kind to the staff, they are well-intentioned and caring people! read more

I came here during breakfast time only because I arrived at the Target before they opened and had to kill some time. I asked what they had that didn't have meat which is a losing battle in a Wendy's but I got French toast sticks which they made fresh but were quite greasy. The bathroom was a bit dirty. read more

Ordered taco salad and they would not get me the chili for it because I purchased a large chili I will never be back.

I had my wife get me a Caesar salad. I hadn't had one from a Wendy's in a while. They are half the size of what they used to be & about a dollar more. This salad was horrible. I couldn't finish it. It did not taste fresh. The lettuce was room temperature & the chicken was warm. The west Eisenhower location closed recently & I have to wonder, why? Stick to making hamburgers. Based on this salad, I wonder if the quality of their burgers has slipped as well. I will never go back. read more

This has got to be one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever seen and I used to work at a bar. All of the girls toilets were stuffed with paper towels, the men's bathroom had urine all over the toilet and what looked to be feces on the bathroom floor. I brought it to the managers attention she said she knew and was waiting for the lobby to close to clean it up. I typically don't leave reviews and I eat here often normally getting the son of the baconator, I went in this morning to go get one, but I couldn't since they were only serving breakfast, I was just gonna go back latter until the guy at the driver though recommended the breakfast baconator, I had never tried there breakfast before so I was hesitant at first but the guy seemed thrilled on it so I got it, he was very cheerful and seemed like a cool guy, I was glad he took my order otherwise I would have never tried there breakfast. must I say it was delicious and I'm wishing I had got a second one, will definitely be going there for breakfast more often now. 10/10 sandwich. read more

Miguel...since you & your coworker called me weird for no reason thinking I wouldn't hear with the window open, I'm also reaching out to this locations franchise owner about how you handled mobile order #9030003. Worst Wendy's in the Loveland area, don't come here go to the crossroads location they're a million times better. Miguel at the speaker YELLS everytime you order & thinks it's funny. Then he laughs about your order with the window open as if you can't hear him talking about how "weird" your order was because you ordered just fries?? He needs an attitude check with the franchise manager about how he treats customers poorly that aren't even being rude. I asked the crossroads Wendy's if they know how terrible the 1405 Rocky Mountain Ave location is and they said "YUP WE GET THAT ALL THE TIME". Miguel puts way more effort into yelling at people & cracking jokes when he should be packing the orders correctly instead of hanging out with his little rude old lady friend talking smack calling people weird for no reason. Dont knock me for giving Wendys a 5 star but we do frequent Wendys and this Wendys is worthy of 5 stars. First off when I order a burger "without" a burger, the cashier didn't look at me like I had 5 heads, he hit the button that says "no patty". Also the establishment itself was super clean and the staff when they weren't busy they started cleaning and making sure the ketchup/condiment area was fully stocked. I've stayed near this Wendys many times but I've never gone there. I would absolutely go back. Now if we can get Wendys to get a veggie burger, this chick would be very happy b/c their fries are just to die for. A veggie burger and delicious fries - oh ya, that's a totally quick and easy dinner for weeknight! read more

I'm not one to write reviews about fast food places because you get what you pay for obviously. But this is the worst Wendy's I've been to and the nuggets were so over cooked that they're the size of a quarter and completely crunchy. The people in drive through took at least 5 minutes to come take my money when I saw them in the back talking - absolutely no rush and bad food. read more

This Wendy's is close to our house so it's convenient. I cannot stand mayonnaise and I've given this store 10 tries after it opened. Of the 10 times I've ordered no mayonnaise 8 times they put mayonnaise on it. Today I orders no sauce at all - I got both mayonnaise and catchup! They let it on thick too. Stay away if you don't want mayonnaise on your burger. read more

I work nearby so I come in to this location a few times a week. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this Wendy's! The staff is always smiling and unbelievably kind! The food is always fast and delicious. The dining area and even the restrooms are always clean! This is my favorite Wendy's location. My family and I arrived at Wendy's at 7:30PM to get burgers. Both doors were locked. Because we walked to the restaurant from a nearby store (my wife was running an errand), we walked around through the drive through and asked the employee if they had a dine in option. He seemed surprised, checked the doors, and then told us 'it looks like we closed 30 minutes early.' He then began walking away without any explanation or offer to assist us. I had to stop him and ask about the reason, he then responded 'I guess we're short staffed.' Once my wife returned to pick us up (5 minutes later), we drive around the restaurant and saw two employees and another individual smoking behind the restaurant. It appeared that instead of wanting to serve us, they would rather spend there time smoking. We considered going through the drive through but decided against it because if these workers didn't care about our service, we didn't want them preparing our food. Sorry but lost our business...not coming back to this location. Update: Went to Culver's (4890 Thompson Parkway, Johnstown). Doors were open, staff was courteous, services was quick, and food was fresh and tasty. Five stars... don't ward your time with Wendy's, go here instead! read more

As a fan of the Wendy's chain, this location did not disappoint. We were coming home around noon after being in a hospital since 4am. We had a lunch prepared at home, but it was still about 40 minutes away and neither of us had eaten anything all day. Stopped here to grab a quick tide-me-over of fries and a frosty. The fries here are always good, and the chocolate frosty was very refreshing. Held us over without being too filling on the drive back home. While we didn't order anything else this time, we have tried a majority of their menu on other occasions and have yet to encounter anything we haven't liked. Wendys Loveland CO 80538. Went through the drive through at approximately 8:30 pm. The young man who took our payment ran 3 of my cards (2 separate banks & one credit card) stating that all of them were declined. I was aware how much was available on each card. I went directly to the ATM and confirmed my balance in addition to removing cash. When we contacted the store the manager stated it was probably that all my cards have a limit on how much I can purchase at a fast food establishment. First, I've used those cards multiple times at that store. Second, two of those cards are connected to a bank account. Third, the total was under $30. We choose not to return to the store and actually went to another place. The manager made no mention that she would check with the employee to be certain he was running cards correctly. No apology or attempt to remedy the situation. Very sad. read more

I went to the Loveland location for lunch today. The guy who took my money was the rudest person who's ever waited on me. When he opened the window to take my money he spat out the amount I owed, no hello, or smile. He threw my change into my hand and it fell on the ground and he slammed the window with no apology. I had to pull up, get out of my car and go back and pick my money up off the ground. I will not go back to this restaurant! read more

My wife and I went to Wendy's for the first time in months. The food was absolutely terrible! The people at the window were more interested in yakking with each other than to make sure we had all the things we needed - ketchup, napkins, etc. The french fries were greasy and so salty we threw most of them away, and the "ICE water" I also ordered along with other drinks, was warm and without ice.
