Visited this Qdoba location for the first time last night. I had placed my order online ahead of time. This feature was super easy and user friendly. Arrived at the location saw they did offer curbside pick up if you wanted that. I decided to just go ahead and run in though and grab my food. The restaurant was very big and clean. Also there was no one inside. There had been one person in the curbside pick up line when i pulled into the parking lot. The employees on duty were friendly and greeted me with a smile. My daughter and I drove home and ate our meals at the house but we both though what we had was really good. She had a impossible bowl (i believe that is what it was called) and i had a vegan fajita bowl. We ordered a side of chips with some guacamole. Their guacamole was soo good! I would definitely visit this location again, it was nothing but a very positive experience :) read more

Honestly I never even do reviews of anything but yesterday at Qdoba I was dumbstruck with the atmosphere. I came in at first to buy chips and queso and just get a cup of water. When they rung up the chips and Queso it was almost 7 dollars. I told them the price was trippin for just some chips and cheese and the lady said "if the price is trippin then buy something" mind you I've came to this location plenty of times. I've purchased food from this location. Upon saying no thanks can I just get some water the cashier proceeds to throw the water cup at the counter contaminating the cup rim because it landed on its side. I ended up throwing the cup back on the counter in the same manner she did and I then get called rude and get told to leave. Who ever threw that cup at the counter should no longer work for Qdoba. She kept talking about my money situation with her coworkers and guests implying that I don't have money that's why I didn't want to buy. (I come from managing a fast food restaurant in the airport, I have money the price was just steep) She threw the cup on the counter (she must not know about food safety or decent customer service) She then also had the nerve to kick me out for something she did first and then called me the rude one. (She must not have integrity) Do you really feel like she should be employed there? It took a lot for me to throw the cup back to her but sincerely when she tried to bash me for not spending the 7 dollars I was beyond upset my feelings were hurt more than anything. We were driving through Ft. Collins and were looking for an Qdoba on the way out of town. Thank you Yelp for finding us this Qdoba. Normally, I wouldn't rate chains with 5-stars, but when they deserve it, they get it. The restaurant's layout is a unique due to the shopping center's location. Although its not a traditional floor plan, it definitely works. The space isn't just a big square box. As far as the food goes, awesome. Maybe we got lucky and stopped in at just the right time, but everything was fresh and full. We didn't get the meat cooked 2 hours ago, it was steaming and delicious. They clearly had a large catering order with an assembly line, but we didn't have to wait any longer than a normal visit. It looked like they had extra staff and were making it happen! I'll definitely stop in to this "Doba" again when passing through. read more

This location always have the rudest staff! It's been like this for several years. The daytime crew is hit or miss, but if you go after 4:30 they are alway rude. Years ago I use to frequent this location 2-3 times a week, then the staff changed and it was awful. So I quit going for over a year, went back had several bad situations. I only use this location once to twice a month now, but after how rude Lindsay was I will choose any other restaurant around, or drive to another location. And I'm really getting sick of a manager offering free entrées. I'm not complaining for free food. I want to walk in see friendly staff, have my food made correctly, pay, and leave happy... that's all! Fix your rude staff! I recommend driving anywhere but this location! You will not see a friendly face, especially after 4:30, and they do not make good quesadillas. The quesadilla will not have meat and cheese on each slice, and if you say something they tell you that you will have to pay extra. This makes no sense if you compare it to a burrito or bowl. Just make it correctly, the outside two pieces should have cheese and meat just like the middle two. The outside pieces usually are dry tortilla with a little cheese, they cost as much a the other entrées, come on guys try to care. There are many people needing jobs! I went in around 8pm so it's not like I walked in 5 minutes before closing time, but the red flags started popping up almost immediately. Everything was dirty, I watched a fly land on the rice right in front of me, the line was pure filth and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the lunch rush. Honestly I should have just gone somewhere else when I saw all that, but I was starving and lacking patience so I just stuck it out. The food was just plain bad. There were two employees, neither really wanted to be there but one of them did a much better job of hiding it than the other. Honestly I was pretty surprised to have such a disappointing experience here, there are way better options in the area when I'm craving tacos and whatnot, so on the plus side, at least I don't ever have to come back. In fact, this may have been the last time I even bother going to a Q'doba. There was a time (back in 2002) when I dragged a good friend on a road trip and drove across the entire state of Michigan just to eat at a Q'doba, but food quality seems to have continually gone downhill over the years, and when you factor in the amount of competition in the fast-food taco/burrito game, I just can't justify giving this or any other location yet another opportunity to disappoint me. read more

Qdoba is not my first choice for Mexican Food but this location is great for whenever I am in a pinch and a hurry and need something to eat. Love this place! My wife and I always come here when we visit family in the area. It's always been clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Typically I get the 3-Cheese Nachos with Chicken, I always have them put the chips in a bag so they don't get soggy if I don't finish it right away. I usually love qdoba, this was one of the most off putting experiences I've ever had. Servers were rushing me through the line and gave no feedback or suggestions on my otder. Skimped on everything, barley a half scoop of rice, beans, meat, and just dribbled a little queso on there not even across the whole burrito. Visibly was not right, it looked like it was missing stuff and when they rolled it up I was presented the smallest burrito I've ever been served here. The dining room is always a mess, the kitchen disorganized and the staff is awful; when you walk in there is no welcome, there's a line for an empty dining room and all the employees keep an annoyed/exasperated facial expression the whole time. These guys are amazing. One time I called to ask when they stop doing breakfast. I missed it by about 15 minutes. The manager was cool though and said they still had the makings for a breakfast burrito. I came in and sure enough, he had all breakfast makings out to the side and he LOADED up my burrito. While the food at all Qdobas are pretty fresh, my husband and I had a problem with this specific location. they have a sheet by the cash register that states that on Mondays you can get a burrito for $5 if you purchase a drink as well. Well, we did just that and they did not give us the discount. When my husband brought the receipt up there, the cashier said, "well, we only give the discount if you tell us you want it". This seems pretty ridiculous, as it should be understood that on mondays if you order a soda and a burrito, the burrito should just be rung up as a $5 burrito. read more

Went in hoping it was going to be a place like chipotle, far from it. Walked in no greet, the two female employees were completely ignorant and were making the food sloppy like. They both seemed annoyed and when we started eating it was cold. All of it not one piece of meat rice, or even the tortilla was warm. Had no flavor and the brisket was drenched in grease.
