I went there yesterday for dinner and the wait was 15 minutes for 2 big carls. The food came out cold and the patties were very small, I normally go to Carl's Jr all the time but not this location in specific, I will probably never go to this place again. When the food came out it smelled like burned old oil and the fries came out looking like mashed in a sense. The burger had no sauce no topping even though I asked for some. Didn't even give us a straw for our drink or any napkins. And when I asked for ketchup she could only give me 3. I had to go back in to get a straw and some napkins. Would not recommend at all. Okay okay I know it's a little odd to give a 5 star rating to a chain fast food joint but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've been through the drive through a handful of times since I moved here in the middle of Covid and the food and staff have always been great. I love that they have the Beyond Burger and this is what I always get. My husband is not vegetarian and gets the Beyond Famous Star with cheese and loves it too. Beyond meat is the future and I'm happy that CJ's is on board. The fries and onion rings are always good, hot, and fresh. Sometimes the food takes a few minutes to come out, but I find it better quality than "faster" places like McDonalds and Burger King and I'm glad it's hot and fresh when it comes out. This was the worst carls junior ever! We ordered burgers and they got them all wrong. We replaced them, yet the new burgers were disgusting! They were WAY too greasy, and they were thin and flat. The milkshakes were gross! They tasted like nothing and the texture was sort of rubbery! They were so thin they were like drinking milk. I mean, come on! How can you get a simple milkshake wrong???? There are no Carl's Jr in Kansas, just Hardee's and they don't make a good Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Was driving home to Kansas from Seattle and grabbed a WBC in Fort Collins. It was DELICIOUS. I ordered a number 2 with no cheese in the drive thru. When I got home i got the sandwitch out of the bag and the wrapper was soaked in mayonnaise. The burgers bun was wadded up like a wet piece of tissue. Vegetables looked terrible. Meat looked terrible. Basically completely inedible besides the french fries. read more

I keep trying to give these people a break as I love carb free burgers at other Carls. No lettuce wrap here, just a huge mess in a box. No one cares. The lady in front of me had a problem they took her food back thru the window passed it around and gave it back to her. This is not ok in covid people!!! She threw her food away and left. You know, until last night, (04/28/2017), Carl's Jr. was my favorite fast food choice. But I don't care to be given weak excuses. And I got a gem last night I pulled into the drive through and the speaker gave me the pre recorded greeting. After I placed my order, one of the guys working there came on to inform me that they "closed a little early because we ran out of meat" It was 10:10 and the advertised hours are until 11:00pm. I won't be going back. If you are going to make an excuse for poor service, at least make it believable. Running out of meat still leaves a long list of appetizers. Plus, last time I delivered a Carl's, they had 2 different hamburger patties and more than one variety of chicken. Someone must've had plans that closing early made happen. read more

Fast food burger joints shouldn't rate more than two or three stars but Carl's Jr. in Fort Collins definately deserves four - because of Six. The "Six," is the Prime Rib Six Dollar burger which I got with a large order of CrissCut Fries. Topped off with an Oreo Cookie ice cream shake, it was about as gourmet as a fast food meal could get. The "Six," isn't cheap but if they had called it the Prime Rib Sixteen Dollar burger it still would have been worth the price. Tasting some of my brother's burger and his cheese fries told me that my meal wasn't some kind of happy fast food accident. Service was very fast and the restaurant was immaculate, despite a deluge that had partially flooded the parking lot. Based on this trip, I'll make sure to visit this Carl's Jr., location when I'm back in the Fort Collins area. read more

This place, since the last reviews, I guess, has gone to crap. Apparently, every time people go there they wait for what seems to be for nothing at all but laziness. My experience had me wait about 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring me "fresh" criss cut fries. The criss cut fries were cold, the regular fries were cold, and the burgers were cold... Which, on top of the rude window lady, made this the worst Carl's junior I've ever been to. Me and some friends went to get some food and they took forever to get their machine to work, they didn't know how to use a gift card on it which is weird, they should already know. As soon as we walked in the place smelled terrible, they have their bathrooms next to the door and they obviously don't clean them. Also, after we ordered our food we specifically said take out not eat in. We sad down and waited for our food, they brought it on a tray so we had to ask for bags because we said we weren't staying. Over the years, I've visited Carl's Junior in this location a number of times. As Daniel says above, this is a fast food joint but the hamburgers are pretty good. Don't over-expect, it isn't a gourmet hamburger place but for quick and tasty burgers, it's pretty good. read more

Out of tortillas so I couldn't get breakfast burritos, WTF? Opted for a bacon/egg grilled cheese sandwich to go and took a bite 2 blocks down the road only to realize there was no egg. Returned to the store with my issue & was confronted with a very hostile "manager" Gavina, who accused me of throwing the return at her employee (not true), that everything was on camera (fine!) and that I was a liar. She went back to the kitchen & had the cojones to drape an egg on my sandwich & come back to again accuse me of being a liar. All of this in front of other customers -- how professional. Sure hope those cameras in the kitchen show just who the liar is. I can be forgiving of mistakes, hell, I make enough of my own. But this was one rude awakening to the day. Avoid at all costs! Should have figured it out when there was no one in parking lot as I pulled into the drive through. By the time I got on to the interstate it was too late to go back and demand a refund: fries hot but less than half full; wrong soft drink; and the hamburger was cold like it had been prepared and put in the chiller. Went here for dinner with the family to try their new burger. I meat patties had an strange color. (I should have returned it right then). Once I took a bite I figured out why. The meat, besides being borderline cold, tasted like it had been in the fridge overnight and then reheated in the microwave. The bacon that came on the burger looked just as bad and was really tough to chew. The french fries were okay but tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
